Hi Everyone,
I recently moved to Boston and I bought a new SGS3 and a mobile number. I have also updated all my location/address details in my profile and Google account settings.
But still when I try to download some apps from the Google Play store (Like say "google voice" for instance), I am not able to download or install it, and I get the error message saying that the app is not available in "my country" or "the app is compatible with the device"?
How is this possible? I saw from Google Voice webpages that it is available in the US! As I mentioned earlier, I just used Google Voice as an example.. but there were few other apps too that I couldn't download.
Can someone let me know how can I download these apps or why am I not able to download these apps though the device was bought in the US, registered to a US number, etc?

I just received my amazfit pace watch today. Charged it up fully and turned it on and it displayed the QR code. I then installed the latest watch app from Google store. In opening it I but the " I agree" button for the terms and conditions and then tried to sign up but it gave me a "login failed" message. I then tried to login using the Google button. It allowed me to choose my Google account but then presented me with a login failed. Same thing for Facebook. Any ideas on how to create an account and log into app?

Go to en.miui.com and create a Xiaomi account

Created an account on mi but still getting that error
Might I comment that Amazfit is a worst pairing experience ever.

Just for info it was a connectivity issue. I disabled my WiFi connection on my phone and enabled my 4G mobile data and was able to create an account on the app
I emailed support as I can't sync using WiFi. I have entered the password in the app and says it is connected but have to use 4G
i using huawei nova2i, not sure is it the device is too new. the apps seems like haywire. sometimes it will auto disconnected. but from the watch itself said is connected...
ahhh. seems like xiaomi stuff act like iphone only their own brand will have a great connectivity...
i using 2 xiaomi phones never had this
uninstall install apps still same
any method around?

I am having similar problems. I cant register through the app, it will not show the I agree button for the user agreement. I have registered at Mi.com and en.miui.com and it says the account doesn't exist. I have turned off WiFi and used 4G still no success. I am using a Umidigi Z2 does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get my watch to work?

I called Amazfit support a moment ago and described the issue, "no user agreement and unable to proceed." Was told they are aware there is a problem with the app and that they'd issue a fix by tomorrow, Saturday, or perhaps Monday. I'm going to wait and see. They took my contact data and say they'll email me when fixed.

edit: A moment ago I received an email saying the issue was fixed. The timing was so immediate it was uncanny. Sure enough it now works for me. My issue is resolved. I wish others here the same luck.

Hi guys since two weeks ago I cannot sign in with the Google account, anybody knows something about that ?
I can not simply use another login way because I need my data, could you post the phone number of support team, I'm going to call there, from web site support I have no answer

Guys the PACE usually comes with a backdated ROM which only connects upto Android v7. If you are running Oreo PACE wont connect. Grab a mobile with Android 7. Install Amazefit app from playstore and sign in with your google account (sign up if you dont have it). It should connect now. Then update the ROM of the watch.
After update install the app on your phone (the one running Oreo) from playstore and connect.
Is it possible to use Google Assistant (voice) to open up non-Google apps and control some features of the phone like turning on the flashlight or change the brightness of the phone?
If not, does Huawei have it's own assistant / AI for such voice tasks?
You can open and control some features with the assistant on pixels phones not sure it's the same for mate 10.
Yes you can use Google Assistant for that.
Google Assistant is universal, if it can do something on one phone, it can do it on all (except for pixel exclusives)
I tried to use my fido u2f key by NFC to log in my google account in Chrome, but got an error "empty tag".
Does anyone meet such problem?
The key works good on other phones with my google account. Not sure if EMUI 10 miss any module for it.

I have the whatsapp account I use for my job in it (in the Whatsapp dual app), and I want to move this Whatsapp account and keep the data to my new phone (Redmi Note 10 5G with Global ROM, Google services and Drive working well, I also want to use this Whatsapp account in the dual app, because I already use my personal whatsapp in the normal Whatsapp app (no dual).
I know is not easy, but I think there will be some option to do that, I don't want to lose all the chats, files, etc that I have in this WhatsApp account. I hope I explained clear....sorry if not. Feel free to ask me

Right now, I have this setup :
Old Phone:
Redmi 4 with Chinese ROM
Whatsapp app (downloaded from uptodown.com)
New phone:
Google 7 with Global ROM
Whatsapp app from play store
I tried many things even bought 50$ Wondershare Mobil Trans. but no success!
I got stuck in the process on Old phone, when I am in whatsapp and click on "Settings->Chats->Chat Backup," I have no additional Menu, It's displaying only a small popup and I do not enter to a new option page. (the popup will stay 20sec and go from 1% to 100% then the same page is displayed)
Do you have the same behavior ? (on my Chinese ROM it's all the same, Global Rom I have the backup page.
