Was able to update my Israeli H870 via Bridge. The update info says the usual "improve functionality and performance"...

I take that back. Seems to be working a little faster with less lag opening apps. Can't say it this is actually due to the update or because of cleanup associated with the update process.
Here battery seems better with this 20g...

The material that is published is public. It is important to cite the source. It was done.

Did you try flash OTA or full ROM? If you are rooted, you must flash full ROM.
To avoid problems clean flash

In case the answer is that is not possible to do that i have started to read all the info needed to fix this(up to what i read till now it seems that is needed to go back to unrooted stock, make all the OTAs and when there is no issue go to a custom rom)
is that ok ?

Yes, Taiwan's version has google pre-installed and allow custom launcher. And notification issues are fine.
But it doesn't let you to allow more than 5 autostart app in it's own system manager.
And if you turn on the accessibility, it will notify you it's not safe in the top area of screen. And won't disappear, unless you turn it off.

Hmm what would it be the problem?
I was under the impression seeing as this device is android one it would get monthly security updates as it clearly states in the specification description on the Motorola web site , just got device today and no update out of the box and on 1st August security in few days time it will be 3 months out of date , bit lame tbh from Moto

Unzip the file, use fastboot to flash
There's a xml file saying which files must be flash at which partitions and their order. Once all partitions are flashed just reboot and voila: Android Pie

Did you try registering for that forum and/or simply ask them?
In general to view download links on a forum you may need to create an account and post at least once (or more depending on the forum configuration).
Using Google translate seemed to indicate you needed to just post on the site to view the link. Granted Google translate wasn't doing the best job on the site, the word "flashing" ended up displayed as "brushing" (I mean we don't go around brushing firmware to the phone)
