Hi guys, I would just like to ask how to pull up the menu options on the S9 Plus using the keys or nav buttons? Back on my S7E to pull the menu of any app, we just have to long press the back button. It doesn't do that on the S9+. Just to be clear I'm not talking about the settings

Is there an app or mod that adds the menu options to the sprint locked stock power button. I got my phone rooted and set up almost perfect. The main thing I'm missing is the power button menu options. Is this possible for a locked stock phone?
since ICS htc made phones with 3 keys back home and tasks while samsung and LG made back home and menu and long press on the home key take you to tasks...
so my question is that some old application that does not have the 3 dots at top that replacing the menu key let you access setting and more only by ptessing the menu key so....
my question is how does it work?
thank you for your answer
To get rid of the black settings bar, there's an option in settings. After that's changed, you have the option of short pressing the recent apps key for settings and long press for multitask/recent apps or vice versa.

i have a galaxy note 2, i activated the screen buttons, but kept the menu button active... however the apps keep thinking i disabled it, so they give me a menu button IN the app... this is very anoying, specially in some stock apps that dont resize when another bar is added to acomodate the button and so the lists get cutt off... any way to tell the apps i have a menu button whilst keeping the buttons bar?
there are plenty of threads out there to do just the oposite, not this.
Hi,
Is there a way to assign an app to the Power Button / Menu Button (on Galaxy S4)
At the moment I can only call the shortcut menu, what I really want is to call my favorite app from the Power Button / Menu Button.
Is there such functionality on the S4 (I heard there is on some Motorola table)?
Thanks
Hi.
We can use the menu button if we keep presing recent apps button, so....
why need to see the menu in top of the screen in apps?
I hate this, a normal phone with hardware menu button doesnt show this menu on apps, is there any way to hide this from all apps?
(I have root access)
Thanks
