LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 9 (pie), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

This rom is awesome just like your other builds ,
I would like to mention few things here :
1) Being LOs , google ****s are minimal , focus on privacy .
2) Initial boot takes time .
3) The rom has all minimal customizations , so it doesn't lag behind all other roms .
4) The trebuchet launcher has app lock options with Fingerprint options too.
5) Being LOs its missing signature spoofing which is sort of a USP of LOS .
6) The performance is bang on , had the lowest idle drain ever .
If I find some things I'll update later .

SELinux enforcing might cause problems with substratum, that's why many devs are keeping it permissive.

Why doesn't g5 plus have official lineage os roms!? Even fourth gen moto g or even 1st gen moto g has an official one!
I would unlock my bootloader the day official rom would be available.

I think its easier to update and se linux is enforcing so better security.

Some paranoid people do. Some time ago, I had a big argument with some guy in Sandeep's lineage thread over his privacy concerns over your first unofficial lineage build. In the end, he didn't flash it.

There are not many choices for enforcing ROMs
Only Ashwin uses enforcing I think.
