Hard bricked Motorola G7 - Need help - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone! I am in dire need of help.
So I recently decided to acquire a regular Motorola G7 because I had heard its battery is fantastic. This far, I have been loving it.
But silly me decided I wanted to explore OEM boot unlocking to eventually root the device. After successfully completing theses tasks, I installed the TWRP recovery. Sadly, something (must have) went wrong because when I tried to reboot, the phone went into hard brick. Completely unresponsive, holding both power and vol. down button for 2+ minutes did nothing. I basically have exhausted every Internet recommendations thus far and nothing has been fruitful.
I have been able to get the Qualcomm Port 9008 (COM3) to show up in device manager when I hold power and vol. down. Also, the program QPST also recognizes a phone in Sahara download mode (although I have no idea what it means nor what to do with that, if anything).
So here I am, asking for your help. I have read somewhere that a blankflash zip file could allow me to restore my phone but alas, I wasn't able to find any nor would I know what to do with it.
I would greatly appreciate any help.
Regards,
Afireblood.
Edit: I have managed to find a way to potentially salvage my bricked phone, using QIFL tool to flash a stock rom. However, to do so I need some files (which are proper to the Moto G7 - any other would not do). They are:
programmer (firehose?).mbn
rawprogram.xml
patch.xml
If anyone has any clue where I could find that (except everywhere on Google - it hasn't been helpful), I would very much appreciate it!

Update: Now in search of the Moto G7 specific blankflash.zip
If anyone knows where I can find that I would really appreciate it!!

I am not familiar with the g7. (I own a G5+). I believe the G7 code name is "river". You can look at https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/river/ and they show a blank flash - but let me say something - a blank flash must be exact for your phone. Its basically the main disk partition with other partitions inside. My phone has 64GB/4GB, and 32GB/3GB-2GB models - so you see a problem. But if all the G7s are the same, then this blank flash should be OK.
Also you can download the phones original firmware at https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/river/official/RETUS/ , if its a US model. If its not, back up 1 directory and you can find it by either carrier or country. You can fastboot the firmware - which I would do before a blankflash,
Hope that helps.

[Q] Huawei Ascend Q Root

Okay, So I've been looking since August for a rooting tutorial for this phone and I've had zero luck.
I've attempted nearly every simple method of rooting (Gingerbreak, Superoneclick, etc) and all to no avail.
My phone has been in debugging mode and I do have the drivers installed (courtesy of the Huawei's website) so I'm not sure where to go from here.
I've learned that holding down the Power Button and the Volume Up button boots the phone into Recovery mode but I'm not sure if that's helpful or what to do with it. I considered attempting to use Odin but I can't find out how to get my phone into Download Mode (if it even has it).
If anyone could guide me of where to go or what to try, that would be greatly appreciated. I'll answer any questions that you need.
It's running 2.3.6 gingerbread, and the cell provider is Cricket, if anyone needed to know.
Huawei doesn't have the phone listed in phones that need the bootloader unlocked.
I've also found one tutorial, but it doesn't work, I keep getting permission denied on "adb push root/flash_image /data/local/", and it also uses Z4 and from what I've read, Z4 doesn't work on devices past 2.2, I could be wrong though.
Please help me, I'm a tad desperate.
Did you figure this out? ....or somebody did? Thanks.

Comprehensive guide on unbricking the ASUS transformer pad 103c (TF103C)

Welcome to the comprehensive guide on rooting and unbricking your precious TF103C!
Some words of wisdom and truth
You will most likely be here because, you know, your device is bricked.
First of all, I would like to say that none of the downloadable links are made by me. I happened to find them laying around XDA after looking for a solution for a long time.
Skip this if you don't want to know the reason behind this thread
I got this device a while back (my guess is 4 months), and loved it from the start. Rooted it, of course, and soon after, it didn't want to boot anymore.
As there isn't much development going on (due to the locked bootloader), it's hard to find a solution for bricking. While scrolling, I came upon a post from member gouster3, which came to the solution below. I myself have used this successfully, and have my tablet back. In my opinion, also on rooting, there was no dedicated thread available that really explained the steps to root the device, so as a thank you to the guys who got my tablet fixed, here it is!
The rooting process
The rooting of this tablet is quite easy, really! I'll explain in a few simple steps.
Head into settings > security > then turn on unknown sources
Download the Rootzenfone .apk file. get it here
Install the app (if it is still in your notification bar you can just press the downloaded file, or you can navigate to it's location to install from there)
Turn on airplane mode before you open the app
Open the app, and hit "OK, I know, please root!" (when you press this, a number of screens and a popup will show, ignore those)
5 seconds after pressing, restart your tablet.
Hooray! You are now rooted!
Unbricking your device
Luckily, unbricking is almost as easy as rooting the phone, if you know the steps you have to follow. Here's what you could do (it worked for me) if you still have acces to DROIDboot.
As always, install the adb drivers first! get it here
# You can also make sure the correct driver is installed when plugging in the device in DROIDboot mode. In you device manager it should show up as Android Debug Bridge#
Download these files, containing a clean system. get it here
Make sure the device is turned off, and the battery is at least 50% (just to ensure a complete flash before your battery runs out)
Hold volume+ and power untill the asus screen pops up, then release the power button.
Plug in the tablet to your pc (usb cable) when DROIDboot has been loaded.
Open the downloaded folder, and find 'update_image.bat'
Right click the .bat file, and choose 'run as administrator'
A CMD screen should open on your PC indicating the flashing status. All you have to do now (assuming that it works as intended) is wait untill the process is completed.
Your tablet will reboot automatically when the process is done.
That's it! the 2 things that keep this tablet alive. I would like to send a thanks to the members who were so kind to help me out on this.
gouster3, for providing the link to the unbrick solution
Eclipse00, for giving the link to the rootzenfone apk
Monki, for giving me a clean system.img and putting effort into getting my tablet running again
To all of you, thanks!
It works on my TF103CX too. (it is same hardware).
When i bricked my TF103CX, i had around 80% of battery, but i was not able to charge,
so be careful when bricking. Always do interventions to system with full battery.
//I think, we need add our TF103C to xda device list. it will be nice.
I heared that using Intel Manufacting Tool we can get UEFI instead of Droidboot, and boot Ubuntu/Windows on IntelBay tablets. I found guide for Teclast: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/teclast-x98-air-3g-tablet-9-7-2048x1536-t2913035 But i cannot find any UEFI fot TF103C. I dont want to full brick m device with trying flash it.
Here is original thread in russian language.
Thanks
Thanks for helping me rescue my tablet. Much appreciated
Could anyone please confirm if the rooting method may be used on the TF103CG (K018) model? Or in general is the app able to root any device that is anyhow Zen-related?
this don´t work if you have lillipop on tf103c, the droidboot don´t load, You only get Fasboot starting and nothing more...
i want the raw lollipop image ( system.img ) for tf103c
will this essentially work as a factory reset? mine touch isn't working; and i just want to nuke all my data off the device
Hello all, I just ordered a TF0310C (Best Buy exclusive) from woot.com which will be here tomorrow and the closest thing I can find information on is the TF103C (both are Intel processors), and just trying to find as much info on it as I can. I was unable to find any roms or anything for the TF0310c, will things from the TF103C work on the TF0310C such as rooting or custom recovery at least?
http://computers.woot.com/offers/asus-transformer-pad-10-1-android-tablet-1
Unbrick not working on tf103c running KK. It looked like it was doing something, but no luck. Any common troubleshooting tips?

I know its a bit late, but perhaps better than never. I'd say those devices are identical, but somehow there is a weird naming mixup. Here are the official ASUS pages for them:
http://www.asus.com/supportonly/ASUS Transformer Pad TF0310C/HelpDesk/
https://www.asus.com/Tablets/ASUS_Transformer_Pad_TF103C/specifications/
Whatever you do on the first link, it will be eventually redirected to somewhere that belongs to the second. Their specifications are also basically the same. This is still a guessing game tough, so the best would be to compare 2 build properties, partition tables etc. of those devices to know more.
Rooting will most likely work, Zenroot should do it regardless of device type.
hello,
i have tried different way to unbrick my tf103c, but none is working
i have access to fastboot
i successfully run your bat file to copy the image, but after it reboot and stays on the "asus" logo
if i launch the command after modified the name of the "AS-TF103C-v67.43-capsule.bin" into "capsule.bin", it reboot then a blue progress bar is showing, when the bar is complete the tab reboots, but again it stays on the "asus" logo :'(
do you have any advise ?
Same issue
Hello,
I have the same issue with my tf103c ; i was trying to apply a new update from asus support (to get android 5).
It didn't work and in addition to that, my device results to be bricked.
I have successfully run the bat file, but then i get stuck at Asus logo and device never boot...
Icarolo did you manage to solve your issue ? Is someone really succeed in unbrick tf103c device ?
Thank you in advance
Dead
Hi! I have an asus tf103c and i rooted it with the rootzenfone.apk but now it doesn't turn on at all. after i pressed okay, waited about 15 sec and then i restarted it, but it just turned off. And now it's dead. What should i do?
ASUS K010 (TF103C). I forgot how to enter Recovery
Hello everyone, I have an ASUS K010 (TF103C). The complete model is TF103C-MB1-BLK-DK.
I forgot how to enter Recovery. My Asus is bricked. I know it is possible to enter the recovery because a few months ago I entered and also enter droidboot mode. On that occasion I discovered pressing the buttons energy, volume +, volume - somehow, because I did not work the methods that were in different sites websites, but now I do not remember the exact way of pressing the buttons. I tried many methods but they do not work, only the "Asus looking for incredible" logo appears. The battery has a charge (I charge it manually).
If someone has this same model and knows how to enter the recovery would greatly appreciate it.:good:
I think you can enter the droidboot menu by pressing Volume Up + Power for several secondes.
i dont have acces to DROIDboot.
How can unbrick my tf103c.. thanks

Hello
I just got the LATAM version of that same phone, and i can tell you that it's gonna take some time to get information, but it will appear in some time.
Indeed, this is the right place, but it seems to be that similar models have variants around the globe, and the Moto G8 Power Lite it's not a priority right now.
I'm waiting the same for my version (XT2055-2), but it's just a matter of patience.
Keep looking on the forum and eventually it will appear some information

Yea I thought as much, motorola seems to be putting out lots of versions of every device. This is by far the worst device I have had in recent memory, seems be missing quite a bit of the usual options available on other recent moto devices. I would have a go at bits myself but it also seems my version of this device has a Chinese bootloader installed, I don't think I will still have this device by the time any work is done I need to change phones quite often for work. Good luck.

The chinese bootloader is something common on Motorola, even i have the same thing. But i guess they gonna come up with something. As per today, the Brazil version of this smartphone started getting Android 10 (with some bugs tho) so i guess Motorola gonna start moving things in the coming weeks

Go to Settings > About Phone > Model & hardware
and it will show you the Model, Serial number and Model(SKU) of the device. Ithing what you are after is the SKU.
Tip: Under the title "Model & Hardware" you should see "Model: moto g8 power lite" in a gray(er) font.
{This may vary between models and versions}
Hope this helps.

It's not possible to unlock the bootloader on the G8 power lite, only the G8/G8 power.
It cannot be done using fastboot but it is certainly possible using the Realtek VCOM USB protocol
Rooting Moto G8 Power Lite
Does anyone know where I can find a decent guide to rooting the G8 Power Lite (if one exists - I know it's only been out a few months)? I've had a Google around and looked on this forum and on reddit but I can't find anything. I haven't done...
forum.xda-developers.com
This video sums it up well
Essentially you need to:
1. download MTKCLIENT from github, works best on Linux IMHO but Windows works too - on Windows you need additional USB drivers and MTK Drivers, which i attached. Use PIP to install the requirements by going into the MTKCLIENT directory and typing into CMD/Terminal: python3 pip install -r requirements.txt
2. Copy the G8 power Lite specific script to the root folder of the MTKCLIENT
3. Open up the phone, remove the plastic covering the cameras and motherboard. Unplug the battery. Short these two pins either by soldering them together or just using something metal - this is only necessary during the flash and then should be removed.
View attachment 5889467
4. Plug in usb cable to the phone but dont connect it to the pc yet. Start the program either by CD-ing to the MTKCLIENT directory and running it via CLI (on Linux: python3 mtk w proinfo, seccfg proinfo.bin,seccfg.bin, If it wont unlock using the custom G8 script, just run this generic command: python mtk da seccfg unlock) or doubleclicking the desbloq_bootloader.bat on Windows. Then short the two pins, keep them shorted and connect the USB cable to the PC. You should see a bunch of code scroling, it will automatically close/end.
5. Unplug USB, remove short circuit from two pins, plug in battery, turn on phone, you should see lines of text during the boot like this:
View attachment 5889471
Bootloader unlocked. Now the only use is ROOT, no custom ROMs or Recoveries available as its vastly different from normal G8 power, which has a Snapdragon CPU and totally different screen. You'll also get a big "CARRIER INVALID" message on the home screen, so after you ROOT make sure to relock the bootloader using the same method but the command is python3 mtk da seccfg lock
I'm almost sure that what I got it's a - Moto g8 Power lite - XT2055-1
So I got the phone long ago and it's been mostly at home and used as a backup by some of my friends.. I can't even remember which person had it last time.
Thing is that I completely forgot about the Motorola protection and after factory reset it keeps on asking for the last used google account which I got no clue which one would be. To make things worst I have no way to find out the IMEI's so that I can use Motorola RSA.
It looks like to me that I can't enter BootRom mode and I can only access preloader mode even tho, I got access to recovery mode and meta mode. I have tried all the key combos I can imagine by now.
I have also tried sp flash tools but I'm getting an error when the process is starting.
I'll drop some more details soon.. thank you.

I did before as far as I recall but I gave up on it I think 'cus I ran into some issues as well.. I'm a bit rusty when it comes to this kind of stuff.. now that I'm reading all again about the tools etc I'm gonna give mtkclient a go and keep you all posted. Thank you again.
First off some questions please.. and I'm running win 11 pro.
What am I suppose to see on the screen when on Brom mode ? or how do I know that I'm on that mode.. obviously that if I'm not the operations just fail.
cant run mtk_gui atm for some reason trying to clear that out.. 'C:\Users\Q\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311\Lib\site-packages\shiboken6\libshiboken does not exist'
Also tried bypass_utility_v1.4.2 using dif. key combos always returns 'device in preloader mode, trying to crash..'
mtkclient handshake returns failed 'Preloader - [LIB]: status: handshake failed, retrying..'
I'll keep on trying to understand all this just need my time.. all help appreciated.

for brom/preloader mode you will need to use the shorting method shown in the previously mentioned youtube video, not sure why you're trying mtk_gui and bypass_utility_v1.4.2 , what are you trying to achieve by using them?
Well reading from github where you get the mtkclient I thought that I could unlock the bootloader using the bypass_utility_v1.4.2 just like that.. guess ain't that easy and tbh after reading your previous words also thought that I could try using the mtkclient regardless being via the gui or the terminal.
I have seen some posts about the Brasilian fella and more shorting method but thought that by now wouldn't be needed anymore.. I did have my phone open before 'cause of that.. guess I'll have to have a look again.. my bad.
Thanks again.

you might be able to get into brom/preloader mode by holding volume down button while it is booting but shorting also brings the same result

care to share what you did so we can know?
I do care.. I also care the way some people talk to others behind screens.
Now if you read what I have just said on my previous post and the first post so to get what you/I'm dealing with you will realize that I was stuck on welcome screen, after soft reset, 'cus of FRP, once the last google account used was still active and I had no clue. Bricked or not bricked

Hi,
I bricked my phone, a SHARP Aquos C10.
After unlocking the bootloader I was able to install several rom. The last one was LineageOS 18.
I bricked the phone when I tried to replace LineageOS Recovery with TWRP by dint of trying.
The phone is not completely blocked. It gets stuck for a long time on the "battery" logo which replaced the "Sharp" logo when the unlocked it. After several minutes, it vibrates and restarts.
I can restart it by long pressing the OFF button, I can't turn it off, I can't put it in recovery mode.
I can just put it in download mode but unfortunately it is no longer recognized by the PC.
So, bricked or not bricked.
Thank you for your help.
Nobody can help me ?
Hallo,
if you still can go to the download mode, maybe not all hope is lost. Your phone might not have
a hard brick, but only a soft brick. Everything should be fine as long the download mode isn't bricked too.
I had a similar problem once with a tablet after flashing it.
You need to install the USB-Drivers for your device on your PC and then reconnect it.
This might sound ridicolous if you already have installed them, but sometimes
a deinstallation of the USB-drivers and reinstallation of the drivers might help.
I found the following site for the drivers:
If you prefer an official source, you can use: "http://www.sharpusa.com/Home/CustomerSupport/SharpCareCenter/MobileSupport/ADBDriver.aspx"
However both sources seem to look reliable for me, even if I can't test it, without having a SHARP device.
If you are not sure, you might compare it with other tutorials and look for reviews.
Installing the drivers can't lead to harm to your device until you don't connect it.
Things can't really get worse if you install the drivers. The only thing that could happen is, that either the PC will say that it recognizes the device or that no device can be recognized, so it's worth a try. Please report me, if it worked for you and you are able to flash again. I hope this will help.
With kind regards

Hello,
Thank you very much for your help.
Yes, I installed the USB drivers. I unlocked the phone for you I installed another rom.
I reinstalled the drivers following your links. Unfortunately that does not change anything. The phone is not recognized. No sound comes out of the computer when I connect the USB cable.
I tried on 2 computers, 1 on Windows 10 and in Windows 10 / Xubuntu dualboot.
When the battery is empty and I try to turn it on, a red battery will light up and flash. As I charge it, the battery changes color to green.
I don't have download mode if the cable is not plugged into the computer or the charger.
:/
Hallo,
the download mode is supposed to be only able to get started if you connect the device to the computer or another device, this is not strange. You need to go to the download mode and try to flash the stock firmware for you device. Try it at first without a device recognition of your PC and find out, if you need to do a hard reset before, to regain factory settings. I have listed, in color, a short number of things you could do now. If this still doesn't work only the SHARP team or a specialized company might help.
What you could do, is to ask the SHARP support for a source for the USB drivers and how to do a hard reset to regain the factory settings. I don't know which flashing tool you use for you device.
Normally if your device is not recognized by plugging it in to the PC-USB-Port the flashing tool shouldn't recognize it either, but it might be just an error of Windows, and the flashing tool is not allways depentent to the USB-drivers, but relies only on the question if you can go to the download mode, so you could give it a try to flash even in this case. Start the flashing software and look what will happen.
You said, that you have successfully flashed until now, which means that the flashing tool supports you device. If you can't flash now anymore, you might also not make a backup, which would be important, because the only things you could try now, is to find the stock firmware and flashing it.
If you haven't installed any important data on your system after flashing LineageOS or if you already made backups of your applications in a cloud or another drive you need not to care. It is possible that you will need to do a hard reset before. You can find on hardreset.info, in the section "All devices", how to do it or ask the SHARP support. If you fear you have still important data on your phone a backup is normally recommended.
Because flashing a ROM not only wipes your data, but removes the guarantee, the result is: Restoring the phone to a usable device by any helping team of SHARP's customer care service in you city, even if you have any service buildings, might be expensive in this case. To go around high prices you would need too look around also for other data restoring companies or specialists, if nothing works.
But at first, if you are able to do it; I would recommend to do a hard reset of your device, which should restore it to factory setting, which should make the drivers work.
Even if they don't work, ask SHARP for actualized USB-drivers. Try flashing also with and without working USB drivers, and find SHARP's stock firmware for you device first, which is a "must do", if you want to have access to the original recovery mode again. Flash this stock firmware after you have done a hard reset. After flashing the stock firmware you should be able to go to the custom recovery mode again, if not, only a specialized company or a help team of SHARP's customer service might help.
Hello,
The adb and fastboot commands wait for the device to connect.
SHARP support is not responding.
Hello, did you try "https://getsupport.sharpusa.com/Contact-Us/Product-Support"?
Because of the actual situation with the Virus, they might need longer to answer, so you need to be patient. As I see you already tried to connect your device after the use of CMD.exe. Installing the drivers with CMD and checking the Windows Hardware Manager if the Installation worked correctly is one way to do a driver install. I am sorry if this didn't work for you. If it does not, only a specailized soft- and hardware team can help, which could get expansive, but maybe not as much as buying a new device, so I hope for you Sharp will answer and give a correct Installation guide and that it will fit to solve your problem. I wish you good luck and that you don't need any other company than Sharp to help. I know that nobody is amused if all help and waiting does not help, after bricking bis device, but unfortunately I can't do more for you. I wish you success and keep your device in a safe place just for the case.

Question OnePlus 10T 5G Hard Brick/Boot Loop Issue

The Issue:
The phone is constantly booting looping (flashes the Oneplus logo).I am unable to go to fastboot through either adb or through the on-phone buttons.
When plugged into a charger, it immediately begins to bootloop once enough power is supplied.
The only way to turn it off is by letting it get to 0%.
What caused the issue:
My phone got soft bricked all of a sudden, so I followed some tutorials that I found online showing me how to flash firmware using adb in fastboot and by unlocking my bootloader. This temporarily fixed the issue, but it told me that after doing everything I should relock it through ADB. Foolishly, I did so and am now stuck in this situation.
What I've tried:
I am able to get into EDL mode by holding both volume buttons, even while in the boot loop state.
I have downloaded the latest version of QPST and this firmware file (https://firmwarefile.com/oneplus-10t-5g-cph2415).
Quick note: I'm not sure if that's how it's meant to be, but QPST always detects my phone as "Download" (ESN: Download, Phone Number: Download, Banner: Download).
I am not quite sure how to use QPST and have tried following the guide, which told me to select some.hex files from the firmware I downloaded, but I was unable to find any.hex files at all and therefore could not proceed.
I also tried QFIL by selecting prog_firehose_ddr.elf from the IMAGES folder and tried multiple times in both UFS and emmc mode, selecting all of the rawprogram 1-5.xml files with their corresponding patch1-5.xml files from the IMAGES folder, but I always got the same error:
ERROR: function: sahara_rx_data:276 Unable to read packet header. Only read 0 bytes
ERROR: function: sahara_main:982 Sahara protocol error
ERROR: function: main:320 Uploading Image using Sahara protocol failed
Download Fail:Sahara Fail:QSaharaServer Fail process fail
Finish Download
I have tried the leaked EDL flasher from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/edl-flash-tool-leak.4494211/. However, I have been unsuccessful in doing so, though I may have been doing it wrong, and it would be greatly appreciated if someone could explain or tell me how to do it. As you can see in the attached image, I tried to flash it by using the images folder located in the firmware that I have downloaded. But it just gets stuck at 3%
indefinitely as the time goes up forever.
Thanks for reading looking forward to any replies/info
uh do not flash it by qfil it will just not work because oneplus actually blocked qfil and qpst so the only way is their edl tool and you cannot flash it on the edl tool unless you have an (actual) account and (not) bypassed

the Merge was a mistake, its laughable that OnePlus went from being with the opensource community to being completely against it.. What annoys me the most is, instead of just locking their bootloader, they post the source code for their phone, probably as they have to, yet they give no way to utilize that code without developers running the risk of bricking their device.. Developers are willing to dedicate their time and money, to build for a device, all they ask, is for the ability to be able to unbrick, that is humble, Devs ask for donations, they do not force it.. Oppo do not even allow their bootloader to be unlocked, which prevents users from bricking their device.. OnePlus allow users to unlock their bootloader, knowing full well that Developers will understandably not be willing to develop for a device without a potential 60-80% brick chance.. The code could very well build for said rom, but once flashed it has the potential to turn the dev's device into a paper weight, meaning something they do to provide, turns into something that ultimately takes..

Well said to be honest that clears my suspicion about oppo they are greedy and dirty and maybe it is oppo who is making oneplus act like this in the first place oneplus should really consider all of this and give the people what they want instead of being a monopoly like oppo i never even liked oppo from the beginning actually i trusted oneplus with my 7t because i knew if i were to brick it the msm tool will always be there it has been months since the release of the 10t and ace pro and yet still no msm tool for it or a way to even get it back yet but there are many msm tools for the rest of the oneplus devices so maybe i am wrong they can tell us but i still think it is wrong that th 10 pro has to have an actual account.
I'm stuck with a Hard Brick and my device screen is black, only entering EDL for a few seconds.

the only thing i can think of is a slot switch
Yes Probably what happened but now i'm totally stuck on the bootloop until no baterry left.
Cant access fastboot because the phone boot and 2 seconds later reboot ... I can only access edl mode with Oneplus Flasher (bypassed by Hexa change) but after that, like op described the time keep increasing ,and circle progress stays at 3%, nothing seems change on phone
You have no option but to use the official flashing revovery via Oneplus / oppo whoever does it which means paying them to reflash the phone correctly
Ok thank you, so ive to send back the phone or i can do it on my own ?

no need to send the phone to oneplus just contact them directly and arrange for one of their techs to reflash your phone over the internet

Thank you for your help and answers
So anyone who still watching this thread I made progress on this whole problem I took the 11r firmware file and it has script.sh commands in there and I ran them and it extracted all of the firmware files and made a bin folder that has only two folders inside of it and it took all the files to make it it puts it in your recovery section of your computer but it compiled all the empty files so they actually have things on them if you want to know how I did it and what I used just private message me cuz I will not be posting public because Oppo
