Mi A1 and Redmi note 5/5 plus has the same processor qualcom snapdragon 625 but why Mi A1 supports dual volte and redmi 5 plus/note 5 dont has dual volte ?

yep, both Redmi note 4 SD version and Redmi note 4X are same except LTE bands and Bluetooth version.
