i need big help. i dropped my phone and now display not working. i connect it to the PC but PC says usb devise not recognize. so i cant get back up my phone. i need help to back up the phone to the pc. help me please....:crying::crying::crying:

I was wondering if anyone can help with my poorly phone?
My phone broke a couple of days ago and the screen is black and digitizer has broken therefore I’m unable to use it. I don’t think there is any point trying to get the screen fixed but it will cost as much as a new phone would. But what I would like to do is backup the data on my phone.
I have not got USB Debugging enabled and when I connect my phone to the PC, the drivers are installed and I see my phone as a portable media device but there are no files or drives to display the phones data through windows explorer! Please help!?
After some research on the internet I have downloaded [email protected] and ADB.exe but the phone is not recognised (I believe this is because USB Debugging is not enabled).
I then did some further investigation and managed to book my phone under fastboot in recovery mode and selected ADB mode, this connects to my PC and new driver is installed but I am now not sure how I can use this mode to backup my device? And enable USB debugging so I can use my phone on [email protected]
Anyone able to help?

Hello all, hope I can get some help here. I was trying to boot my phone in recovery mode to clear the cache but the phone cannot be on at all. There is no response now when I try to on it normally. I've tried charging it but the phone does not respond at all. When I connect it to my pc, it detects it as a USB drive but says it has malfunctioned and cannot recognize it.
I'm not sure what happened exactly. Need some help~
Hey, I got wiko ridge 4g that was bricked, it won't turn on but the light is blinking when battery is not full when i connect him on charger. I have connected the phone with PC via USB and he recognized him as 'qhsusb_bulk', i tried to unbricked it with SRK Tool 2.0, but i can't turn on usb debbuging and i don't know if the phone is rooted or not, but i did it anyway. So i managed to delete partitions with that program, but later the phone was recognized as Unknown USB Device. So my question is : is there any other way to brick the phone back, without phone being turned on, via PC ?

Hm, nobody answered to this ,so i keep digging out on internet,and after some searching i use the qfil app, also i downloaded original stock rom for my wiko ridge 4g, through qfil i installed that rom , the pc in one point recognized my device as 4g ridge, but then just started to showing quallcomm hs-usb diagnostic mode 9092 when it connected to PC via USB. My phone show some signs ,screen was black but it vibrating, and a assume it's turned on when i press touch screen or volume changer button he reproducing sound, but on pc he is readed like quallcomm hs-usb diagnostic mode 9092! If somebody know how to fix that problem, please answer me!

I am presently facing a strange issue with my Honor 4c. Nothing has gone wrong on my phone for almost 1 year but recently, impossible to charge my battery while my phone was on. Today, after a few weeks thinking my phone was just dieing, I have tried to make a back up and wanted to save all my data on my computer. However, impossible to connect my phone to my computer. Then I realized the problem was probably due to my USB parameters (No interface asking for mode to choose when I plug USB).
I finally did my back up but issue is still there : I can only use USB while my phone is OFF... meaning I only charge my phone when it is OFF..
I did not find any solution on internet and did not find an option to allow this interface to come back, even by trying to go in "developer options"

Hi , if you did back up , remove all accounts from phone and do Factory Reset , also make sure you are using original usb cable and plug in another usb port ...
i can do factory reset but problem is still . i can use original USB cable but not happen any thing. i check all ports..
when i put phone off it is working like charging. but when i put on Phone it is not working not charging no connect to computer..

I have come to you all with an issue that I have been frustratingly trying to solve for like 3 hours now. The problem is I try to connect my phone to the PC and it only charges, I don't get any options to select this or that, just charges.
Yes I have USB Debugging on.
I am trying to unlock my bootloader, but the PC won't recognize the phone at all, doesn't show up in the device manager either. Doesn't give me a "bloop" sounds when I connect it to the PC either.
I am in desperate need of help!
