I removed the capacitor with problems, and it solved part of my problem.

I have some issue with the cable of my stratos, specifically on the recognition of the watch in fastboot mode;
searching on internet I saw that my problem could be caused by the cable, so I need a new one.
Do you know some compatible (or official) cable for stratos? where can I buy it?

Recently changed to a Amazfit Bip watch to replace my defunked Fitbit Surge (Wanted something similar but cheaper to just monitor my sleep/steps/heartrate ).... & (so far) I can't fault the watch (the Mi-Fit App is another story - currently using Notify & fitness 3rd part app instead))
Anyway, I wanted to protect the watch from as much bashes/scratches etc as possible (I work in a factory) so I went ahead & purchased ascreen protector & a rubber outer casing for it [https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product...o_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1] to protect the sides
To be honest - the watch now fits on my wrist much better with the outer casing (B4 one hole made watch too loose, while next hole made it too tight) so everything seems to be working out EXCEPT for something I overlooked
- with the case on watch it WON'T fit the charging cradle.
This isn't too much of a problem since the battery life of the watch exceeds that of the Fitbit I had (Fitbit lasted ~3days if I'm lucky, Amazfit still has 52% after ~2 weeks !!) meaning I don't need to charge it up as often, but it's a bit of a pain having to remove the straps & cover to charge it each time
So here's my question....
- Is there an alternative charging cable for the Bip that doesn't rely on it 'clicking into' a cradle so that I can top-up the charge without having to strip the watch down each time ??
At the moment - I am considering getting another cheap cradle [https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bescita-Po...548949034&sr=1-8&keywords=bip+charging+cable] & then attempting to file the sides out to allow the extra width of the watch, but is there an alternative ??

Hi everybody,
Started my vacation a few days ago only to realize my GTR 2 charge cable was left back home, right when I needed it the most as I plan on several activities in the coming weeks. The places where I'm at currently and going to be are tough to get a new cable and so I'm left at a dead end.
Would ruining an ordinary USB cable on one end do the trick? I got a few quick chargers with me at least.
I also have a GTS watch and its GTS factory charging cable but that one has never managed to charge my GTR2 for some reason, despite the fact the magnets hook correctly on the watch, which makes me question the success of destroying another ordinary USB cable to try charging my watch.
Ideas?
