so today i've got the Amazfit BIP, but it's not working.
The problem is that i can't pair it for the first time.
After i've downloaded the Mi Fit App i wanted to pair the watch and i'm stuck on the pairing screen with the green and the red button. The watch doesnt react to any touch i'm making.
I've already tried the other apps like GadgetBridge and NotifyFitness, but it's always the same.
Is there a way to restart the watch?

1. press the physical button to enable the screen touching
2. press the physical button longer(like 10 seconds or more) to reboot the watch

But this does not work.
Nothing happens, just the backlight goes out
So you have to wait until the battery is down. I can't find another solution
same problem here!
i have the same problem; albeit mine is a new one.
i purposely have it unpaired; and thought "re-pairing" Amazfit Bip with my phone would solve the problem.
I was dead wrong. And now I'm stucked.
The phone were able to "see and recognised" the bip watch. However, the "Green" affirmative button cannot be confirmed as the touchscreen is NOT RESPONDING!

this time it works without problems.

After restart, I see the Amazfit logo and after two minutes the watch restarts.

Dear friends, I know there probably is a thread on this, I just cannot find it, so I apologize for starting a new one.
I have GTR 2e which is about 2/3 years old. Recently all the lights on the back stopped flashing and it will not pair with my iPhone any longer. It boots up normally but after I did a factory reset it now only starts up in with the QR code - I cannot see it in my bluetooth devices list on my phone not can I discover it in the Zepp app. Any help please
I'm having my gtr 3 pro for almost a year now and it worked just fine, no issues till recently im suffering from the screen touch is not responding as usual.
It's not lag.. instead, it just does not respond except after many many several attempts to do the required action.
P.S: I'm using the latest updated ZEPP APP & software
The physical crown buttons work perfect and i have also tried factory reset several times but the issue remains.
How can i troubleshoot this issue knowing that there is no repair center in my current region

There isn't a lot we can do to fix any issues to these watches from AMAZFIT. Try to upgrade using the app " notification for amazfit" it solved some issues with my gtr2
