I have a question about the statistics of running What is the difference between "Run" and "Trail run" , in the two case, I have the same informations
My last Run was a Trail run but the VO2 max is not updated, It works only with Run but not Trail Run ?
In the Amazfit App, what is the "intelligent analysis" above "parameters"

Hi everybody
I bought the amazfit 2 and had a few difficulties with interval workouts.
After i set a training in my phone app and synced it to the watch i went for a run.
In most times the training stop and wont continue to the next lap/interval/repeat/segment and i have to stop the activity and start a new running activity.
Does anyone had this problem and can help me work it out ?

I am having the exact same problem here. Doing interval training, set to trigger on a given distance. After the second or third interval repeat the watch get stuck and the next interval never starts, forcing me to save the activity and start a new one. This is really not ideal. I was using a BT HRM, wondering if that might be contributing to the issue ?
First of all, there is no Stratos 2:
Stratos is Huami Sports Watch 2, or simply Stratos (some call it Pace 2, since it came after Pace, but it's also wrong).

That being clarified, there is a know bug about interval repetitions, it hangs after some time. A simple workaround is adding multiple intervals with the same distance (or time), dumb but usually work. If you have an International version of the watch (A1619), you can report it in the link below, maybe they fix it some day:

I have that bug when changing screens. If i dont change between screens then no problem at allí.

I run every week-end and I record my run with my watch( stratos) , everything is good except the vo2max informations, I only have one of the 5.
.I respect the conditions for calculating the vo2max but still no data.
What can I do.?
My watch is flash with paceficator but the problem is the same with different paceficator version
The Vo2max value is calculated (in the Stock ROM) by the Outdoor Run only (11.12.2019 - Activity), by other Activities like Trail Run (26.12.2019 - 26.1.2020) is the Vo2max not calculated.

Trail running is specif for running in mountain and long time running. In this mode you can set the GPS mode and the data are focused on altitude. In outdoor running you have more "city running" feature and specific workout (time, kcal, distance ....). So if you don't mountain running I suggest you to use Outdoor running
New Verge user here, runner, previous Garmin Forerunner 310XT (5Yo) owner.
While running outdoors, regular run or intervals I set pace alerts but it only shows every 5mins on regular run and if intervals are shorter than 5mins no alert is shown.
Pace alerts are crucial to runners like me and if they are not shown at least every 5 seconds (when running out off desired pace range) or let say every 3 times pace value refresh on watch screen, it´s a useless feature.
Any custom ROM/FW to solve that?
ADB command to change alert fire event schedule?
Any chance to put my hands on original "Run" app sources maybe? (C, java, Kotlin, assembly, whatever?)

I have some issues with my Amazfit bip.
First some informations:
Firmware: 1.1.6.48
A-GPS: up to date
Now to my problems:
1. If I start a workout like Outdoor running my amazfit ne approx 7-10 min to get GPS connection. And I'm not inside my Appartement.
2. I have no Idea what I have to configure to use Amazfit original app and Notify& Fitness for Amazfit together.
I like Notify a lot but I think that the Firmware Update Process from the Original App is just better.
I also don't want the permanent Notifications from both apps in notification bar.
Can you help me please?

N & F can be used together with MiFit or by itself by pairing the BIP with it.
While I prefer N & F for pretty much everything and use it without MiFit, there is one problem - N & F can't update the AGPS, so you would have to use MiFit for that.
However, I also don't understand why your GPS connection takes so long, since it's up to date.
If you run both apps, I don't think there's any way to get around the need for persistent notifications for each, to make sure they aren't killed by Android.
Sorry I couldn't actually be of much help!
Is there someone who can help me with my major problem?

i've replace my Pace for a Stratos 3, stock version with firmware 4.2.8.0.
In my Zepp IOS APP version 6.0.1, i don't have any VO2Max value after 3 ou 4 cycling activities.
In the activity details, i'va VO2Max values.
do you experience the same issue ?

You gonna have to do a run for VO2Max to display. To be honest Stratos 3 is a downgrade comparing to Pace/Stratos (v1) - softwarely speaking.

outdoor cycling do not generae VO2Max ?
I cannot tell for sure, but i remember i had to cycle a lot for Vo2Max to update for the first time then it was ok, but when it comes to running you go once or twice and it magically starts to update.

yes VO2Max is only generated while running.
