I have an amazfit gts from a week, I am using my mi9.
Yesterday I received an update for my phone and now I am not able to use the notification with my gts.
Even with authorisation from amazfit app is not possible to turn on notification, I checked everything, rest both phone and watch with no success.
Anyone with mi9 and amazfit gts same problem?

Hi buddies.
Yesterday I see my Verge not sync completely with the Amazfit App (Android). The app say that some data not is possible to sync. In the same day, a OTA update is appear in the app, and in a few hours later I update the watch but the problem persist. Today I try to unpair the watch from the app but then not is possible to pair again, when the watch appear the Bluetooth code and press OK, the watch restart again in the QR code. I try to login in the Amazfit app with another account and nothing.
Anybody with the same problem?? The watch not be able to use in this state.
I have managed to pair it, but the problem of incomplete synchronization with the app persists...
Hi there. I just bought the Amazfit GTR. This is my 3rd Amazfit watch, I have both the Pace and the Stratos. Had no problem with those, but with GTR, no matter what I do, I can't make the notifications to work on the watch. I get the notifications for calls, but that's it. No notifications for sms or other apps, despite activating and selecting them in the Amazfit app. I unpaired and paired the watch again, I rebooted the watch, made sure the watch is connected to the Amazfit app and that the app is running on the phone, but no luck. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Anyone else encountered this issue or have any tips on what to do to make notifications work?

Try resetting Amazfit access to notifications (turn it off then back on).
Managed to make it work by resetting the watch to factory settings and uninstalling/reinstalling Amazfit app.

I've been using Amazfit Verge for about three months. Everything was ok until yesterday when some of the notifications stopped working. I didn't change anything in the settings. It stopped by itself. I still get notification when someone rings or the alarm clock is set but all application notifications such as Messenger, Facebook od Telegram do not work. I tried to unpair and pair the smartwatch again, uninstall and install the Amazfit application but the result is still the same. Thanks for the help.

A1811, latest firmware and amazfit app . Mi 9 global eea miui 11. For now, the problem disappeared after resetting the whole phone to factory settings.
Amazfit has an option to test notifications: if they work but you don't get notifications from other apps, then you must reset Amazfit app permission to access notifications in phone settings. If the test notifications don't work then something is wrong in the connection between 0hine and watch (make sure watch isn't in DND/Silent mode).
And today it has happened again. Notifications stopped coming to the watch again, and nothing changed in the settings.

My amazfit gtr disconnects from the phone every night and in the morning I have to restart both phone and watch more than once for them to reconnect.
I've noticed that when I charge the phone overnight watch won't disconnect.
I've turned off battery optimization on the app but still the same problem
Anyone has a solutio. For it not to disconnect every night or at least an easy way to reconnect at the morning.
Hello, I have GTR 47 and one+ 7t too and no problems with BT disconnect. Maybe it helps to connect GTR and 7t not only in the Amazfit App but in the Bluetooth settings too (add new device). And add the GTR as trusted device in trusted agents to keep phone unlocked.
Trying to avoid to loose my phone, with Amazfit App 3.6.2 is there any "simple" way to have have a connection lost alert/notification when phone is away?
Before with my Amazfit Bip and Mi Fitt App i have that option there on the App, now with GTR and Amazfit App i don't find that option.
Anyone know how to set it ?
I also use Amazfit Tools App but even there i can't find that option.

Hmmm, i don't recall seeing it in the Amazfit app.
But i do know that Notify&fitness does have that option and it does work.
I have used it, but stopped using it, it took to much of the battery as i regularly are at the edge of the connection between phone and watch and it keeps vibrating
