I have searched a lot and many sites say it does (https://www.frequencycheck.com/mode...-32gb-m1908c3kg-xiaomi-olive-lite#frequencies)
others say it does not:
https://www.devicespecifications.com/en/model/80c65232
the thing is I have not been able to get LTE signal in Mexico (movistar) which uses B2, I only get umts/Hspa+
and the icon is a H+
So not sure if I have not configured it properly , I have it setup as LTE PREFERED, seems to me as if it does not have B4, how can I be sure?
Boot images patched with Magisk for specific MIUI versions (flashing these images will root your device, as if it wasn't more obvious).
(Warning: Flashing the images on different MIUI versions might break things like WiFi and sound, hence be sure that the image version matches the one with your own ROM version. Also, do take a backup of your important data as this might wipe storage)View attachment 4901393View attachment 4901395

Hi will it be possible to unlock the FDD LTE baseband B20 (800) on the 32gig Pro Version ?
The used this chip, is a SKY77643-11 and he did all basebands. http://www.skyworksinc.com/Product/3065/SKY77643-11

i think is posible... wait a few weeks...
Really, you can unlock basebands? If someone can unlock 700 Mhz (Band 28) that would be insane, they would sell like hotcakes in Australia.

Looks like you need to:
1) Root your phone
2) install https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobileuncle.toolbox
3) go to "Engineer Mode" -> "Engineer Mode (MTK)" -> "Bands"
But I don't know if this tool is for changing or just checking bands ( but that's where the screenshot was taken from)
I don't want to check it because we know that it don't have the lte 20.
You don't neeed to root yout MTK phone to run the buillt in Engineer Mode app. Just open the dialer and enter *#*#3646633#*#*
Be very careful what you do in Engineer Mode.

you don't need to try and the engineer mode can not add any band even wcdma or LTE
Would it be possible to flaseband from 2014819 (Brazil Version) in order to open different bands? Isn't this something that would be controlled from the baseband layer?
Edit:: 2014819 has Qualcomm SOC, no doubtful
This MTK chip support any band (worldwide) but Xiaomi need to pay a lot of money for just one band. So they just bought 3 for int version.
The best way is to open a Thread and collect money. I think our chinese friends will help us ^^

If it's identical and same hardware specs then good news. There should be no problems flashing it.

I'm wondering if there are any other ways to domestic unlock a Sprint Galaxy S8+ beyond going through Sprint?
I know there are sites like theunlockr but I've looked at like 8 of these type of sites and I believe they are international unlocking or just don't support CDMA unlocking at all.
I'm sure after some time, idone & others will figure out the DSU. Root may be required first, though.

So, the cat's out of the bag. I've personally unlocked 3 s8 and s8+ phones since yesterday.

I am in Europe and Now I can make GSM calls and etc. But The system tries to make settings for Sprint, then it sends me system message as Sprint OMADM "Configuration not completed". It doesn't disturb me but I don't want it be shown. How can I remove it? Can anyone help me?
Or mabe I can flash the phone with other firmware?
What firmare can be used for G955U to make it international, i mean with many languages?

Hi guys.
I am having issues getting root access on my phone.
The story:
I have just bought a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV s-edition. This car have an app to be used with Android or iPhone, but the car only got wifi (with horrible range) without internet capabilities. So I did some investigating, I thought I could have a phone in my car, connected to my cars wifi, and then just remote connect to that phone with an app like teamviewer.
I tested this out with my nephews honor 7 and I was able to make it work. Now, I thought to buy a phone with biggest battery, and fell on a Lenovo P2.
However, I tried everything, but nothing would work (setting "mobil data always active" in developer options did nothing. So I asked my nephew if he wanted to switch phones. He was super-happy to do so...
But now I am totally unable to do what I did earlier: connect to my car with my iPhone through the honor 7. So I am now trying to root the phone to be able to use full advantage of the application : Super download.
So, I have come to the place where I have installed a new bootloader: twrp.
But I am unable to get root access. I have tried several options installed through the bootloader, but nothing seems to work.
Who would think that being able to connect to two networks at the same time in 2017 should me so difficult with a phone?
It's either on the wifi(intranet) or the mobile 3g/4g, but never both... Oh noo

, that's impossible... Yes to send people to the moon in 1969 is fine, but to connect the phone on two networks at same time in 2017 is impossible? Who could know...
But yeah, if I could get root access on my phone u could try the app Super Download and try to connect to both intranet(wifi) and internet(mobile-data) at the same time.
Any help, or will this app not work, event with root?
