So tracfone doesn't allow me to unlock the bootloader of my motorola e (xt830c). I know its kinda stupid, but I tried flashing a stock rom for the moto e but for the standard U.S. version to see what would happen. It didn't work, but I was still able to flash the standard Tracfone firmware back. However, I didn't learn my lesson and I decided to try a different version. I didn't work and neither does flashing the tracefone firmware. It only boots the logo, then the fastboot screen and it says:
version downgraded for boot
failed to validate boot image
Fastboot Reason: Fall-through from normal boot mode
USB connected
Is there anything I can do to unbrick it?
Thanks for any help.

I just bought a motorola atrix 4g manufacturer refurbrished from US and i want to use custom ice cream rom on it, i've managed to root the phone following the commands in the previous threads. But i'm unable to unlcock the bootloader, i've tried all methods founds here. The phone is running on 2.3.6 Gingerbread 4.5.141.MB860.ATT.en.US. I'm unable to use android recovery as well as Customrom recovery either, the error i get is 'fail to boot 2'......I flashed back to stock with SBF 2.3.6, 4.5.141 and had no fix with wifi/bluetooth bugs.
I'm unable to use wifi/bluetooth, i get wifi error and bluetooth fails to switch on and whenever i try to switch on wifi the phone restarts.

You may have an unlockable bootloader.
Your wifi / BT are on the same chip. If the chip gets damaged, neither works.
I sell phones on Ebay and have worked on a few atrix phones.
1. The wifi/bt chip is burned out, it cannot be fixed only by replacing the whole motherboard. Has it been this way since you bought it? If so then the seller screwed you.
2. This is the way I personally BL unlock atrix phones:
A. Boot into RSD
B. Flash "4547-fix-try2.sbf" using RSD lite 5.7
Note this will soft brick your phone. You will get an error like 0x000 don't freak out, it will ask you what to boot into, RSD or what, choose fastboot.
C. Open a command prompt and navigate to your adb and fastboot files. Make sure your device is listed under "fastboot devices" then "fastboot oem unlock" This will return a string of characters. Next retype that character code "fastboot oem unlock XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
D. If you did it right it will say your bootloader is now unlocked.
E. Next "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
Where recovery.img is a flashable recovery CWM or TWRP (I prefer TWRP because it's touch based)
These instructions assume you understand how to use RSD lite and fastboot. You can find other similar methods on the forums.
Hi
Here is a XT1527 at&t device flashed by the wrong file:
XT1527_SURNIA_RETCA_6.0_MPI24.65-39_cid14_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml
It was stuck in fastboot mode and I flashed it with this file
XT1527_SURNIA_ATT_5.1_LPIS23.29-18.9-2_cid1_subsidy-ATT_CFC.xml
also
XT1527_SURNIA_ATT_5.1_LPIS23.29-18.9-6_cid1_subsidy-ATT_CFC.xml
everything seemed ok and no errors during flashing but after flashing there is just blank screen.no boot up no recovery no ..
just fastboot is working .
Any help would be appreciated
How on earth did you even manage to flash this device? If it's the at&T model, Motorola claims that AT&T signs the bootloader and it's not unlockable.

You should ways check out the ROM specs before a flash always. Not only that NEVER flash a rom for another device unless it's confirmed to work with it. You may have had some bootloader related partitions flashed and borked the whole device
I am currently trying to install LineageOS on my phone. I personally have never unlocked or reinstalled a new operating system on my phone. I looked on some XDA forums for some guides and i found one and followed the steps. I unlocked my phone and I installed a custom TWRP because I was trying to downgrade the phone back to android 11. Once i was done flashing the file to the phone and rebooted it doesn't boot anymore and only gives me a booting screen for a few seconds after I hold down the power and volume up button for a few seconds nothing else works. I have use the MSM tool and put my phone into EDL mode and it detected the phone with a black screen. Every time I use the tool it works till about 18% then it gives me a Sahara communication failed error and then my phone gets out of EDL mode.. I installed all the drivers needed on my PC and used multiple USB 2.0 slots but it still fails. Any help would be appreciated.
There are warnings in the TWRP thread for the N200 that it is broken and should not be flashed.
I have written an easy to follow guide here to downgrade to A11 with Fastboot Enhance.
Unfortunately, now that you have used MSMTool on the phone, it is now bootloader LOCKED. This tool should be the last resort only if you are already hard bricked. You could have gotten the phone into fastboot if either boot.img was still intact and re-flashed the rom with a still unlocked bootloader. The phone will change slots after so many failed boots.
Now that your boot loader is locked, the only tool that can modify the phone is MSMTool. If you can get into Recovery, do delete user data and try again.
Otherwise, you will need to get an RMA and send phone back to OP.

Sorry I should have written more details but I currently have a hard bricked device. It will not boot and It failed to boot like 20 times. It will not enter fastboot or even get past the logo when you first turn it on. I did use MSM tool after it wasn't letting me into fastboot. Thanks for the help and I will send it back.

My phone (Moto G Play 2021 Guamna XT2093-4) got stuck in a boot loop and I can not for the life of me figure out what to do about this. I have looked for the relevant guides and have no idea what I am looking for, I have searched for BOOT LOOP but can not find something that is completely relevant to my phone.
Someone please point me in the right direction so I can get my phone back up and running as this is frustrating to have this happen and I have no clue where to look for this.

Thanks, although none of those steps worked, and when I go to "Recover Mode" I get a No Command screen.
I want to note that I did download the latsest firmware from LMSA, which gave me firmware GUAMNA_RETAIL_RZAS31.Q2_146_14_16_subsidy_DEFAULT_regulatory_DEFAULT_CFC.xml
Which then I tried to follow the steps with flashing the firmware from scratch using the Online FlashFile Converter Tool, based on the flashfile.xml in that folder with the firmware.
I followed those steps, without clearing my user data, and the phone still continues to be in a boot loop, but then comes to a screen that says "Boot Failed. Press POWER KEY to Retry", and has a bit more infor saying:
AP FastBoot Flash Mode (Secure)
No Bootable A/B slot
Failed to boot Linux, falling back to fastboot
FastBoot Reason: Fall-through from normal boot mode
I then tried to manually flash the gpt.bin partition per this post with below:

Only up to step 7, which I also skipped wiping user data, and then did fastboot reboot, same No Bootable A/B slot
I am not sure what else I can do.
Update, I tried the LMSA restore with wiping my data, still have A/B slot issue.
