I always rooted my phones and enabled "automatic hibernation." I am a bit confused, as now I don't root my new device. If I use Nova Launcher, and enable the "double tap feature" to use Greenify's "Hibernate+Lock screen" shortcut, i see it cycle through active apps and closing the windows. I am confused, is it Force Stopping apps? or is it hibernating them? Doesn't cycling through each Active app in turn reduce battery?
I currently have aggressive doze enabled, and was wondering about enabling this shortcut now too, but confused.

I found that some setting are not found in normal setting page,

Yes same issue but I think is because of the kernel

I'm using Kenzo with Global 10.1 Kernel 3.10.84-perf-ga89deb5
Apps that are in the background often dont give any notification. LINE for example only shows notifications when I open the app manually.
Google Translate only shows its popup-translation whenever it wants and is completely random.
Youtube disconnects from my chromecast everytime i go to the homemenu and switch back to the app.
Same with other apps. I've tried adding them to the Autostart permission but that didnt change anything.
Power Saving is off.
Why is the energy saving so aggressive? Am I missing some option?

Hello
I am using Note 9 (exynos) . I got offical Andorid 10 and one ui2. But in developer options There is "Force dark" not "override force-dark" like in S10. So only few apps (like Facebook. though it was so ugly I turned it off ) changed after turning this on. Whatsapp, Chrome and other important apps don't get black.
In chrome it is possible to force it in chrome://flags but you can't turn it on and off conveniently. ( is there a way to link it to system settings? )
Why there isn't override force-dark in Note 9. And how can I make whatsapp dark.
Hi
Anyone know of any settings in Android source code to disable 'Do Not Disturb Mode'?
It is enabled on every boot and then the launcher and no app has sound until I disable it.
It also seems if I use certain launchers(some Leanback ones) then all apps have no sound until I disable it.
But mostly with phone launchers, 'Do Not Disturb' is also enabled(but not fully), moving around in the launcher has no sound but all other apps have sound then.
This problem is on Android Media players running Android 10.
