Hey everyone,
Today I woke up and found my phone in a black screen and no response at all, tried force restart and everything but nothing worked with me.
The situation is that the only thing that I can see is a flashing red light when I charge it, and every time I try to turn it on by holding the power button and connecting it to charge it does vibrate then it returns to the black screen and flashing red light.
However, I managed to open the fastboot/rescue mode but it's locked and I tried to do everything on fastboot but as long as the phone is locked I couldn't do anything (I need a code tho to unlock it but I prefer not to).
I would appreciate it if anyone can help me with it.
Thanks

Unfortunately not, the only thing that I can boot is fastboot/rescue mode.
I tried to boot the recovery through my computer "fastboot reboot recovery", but it won't it just keeps booting the black screen with red flashing light.
Well, without erecovery and bootloader still locked, have you tried dload method or a quicker way just send back to service center?

I'm not sure what is "dload method", I would appreciate if u can explain it to me.
About the service center, actually it is my last option.
Thanks
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=80124126&postcount=2 you have to use force update, look it up in the forum, many topics about dload method.
Had the same problem on my Mate 20 Pro, sent it to reapair on warranty and they change the motherboard on the phone.

I think your only option is to restore it via RIFF JTAG... I don't know another way...

If you haven't done it yet, pull out the battery, put it back in and try to get into bootloader or recovery. (the pulling out the battery part is important)
by the way, what exactly is happening when you try to boot? please describe step by step what is happening. And what do you mean by boot "into hboot"?
And how did you try to go back to stock? Did you even get into the stock rom. Didn't you just forgot to flash the boot.img when going back to stock?

to flash a rom I
1. Switched off my phone,
2. hold power + vol down (to boot into bootloader recovery), just blank screen no boot.
3. hold power button + vol up, again just blank screen no boot.
4. when us connected led lights up, and PC detects as "unknown device found".
not booting at all.

sounds like you got a bad phone
easy way to get to bootloader is power + volume down - this will bring up fastboot mode where you can flash TWRP
then power + volume up till the phone shuts off and switch to power + volume down again should boot to TWRP
once TWRP loads you have a bunch of options - restore a backup - flash a rom - format the partitions ...lots of thing you can do their

sometimes when connecting to a charge ignites me the red LED (this is rare). usually even when I connect the phone to the charger, there is no reaction.

I think I can throw away this phone. Maybe this phone have uncharged battery and now by the lack of system files, the phone can not be charged? you ever thought about that?
if I change the motherboard, the phone will work, right?
okay! I called to the site Huawei, they told me that the phone has a manufacturer's warranty by the IMEI number. I am from the Polish and if my phone was bought in Europe, I can make a phone warranty.
For all who will have the same problem, IMEI number can be found on the SD card slot.
Hello all,
I hope someone can help me with this headache.
I downloaded and tried to install the EU rom from here https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/download-link-for-curtana.56901/ on my Curtana using LRTWRP. However, I got an error during installation, I pushed reboot to recovery. Now the phone reboots so quickly that I cannot reach any fastboot or recovery mode. Has anyone had this problem before? any way to fix it?
Keep holding down power + vol down. That gets the phone into fastboot
do you see the redmi logo at all?

Hi guys, I recently bought a gt realme on aliexpress and I didn't realize it was the cn version, while trying to change the rom via flashboot my pc died, in the middle of the process.
Now it doesn't turn on, and when connected via usb only the qualcomm hs usb qdloader 9008 driver is recognized and nothing else. This has been about 20 days and so far without any success in all attempts to bring it to life.
Someone who can help me? is there any box or dungle that can restore the software? or would it be possible to buy a motherboard to replace it?
I thank everyone.
Not yet, I'm traveling.
I will probably need your help.

yes if msmtools doesn't work then only service center. This GT **** tends to brick. many users has bricked GT . my device is bricked too. but hoang can fix yours i believe. he fixed mine once then bricked again. Hope now it will be safer as twrp is available now.
i tried my best to fix it myself but it seems impossible. i believe oppo blocks install from third party softwares. with time tricks will come out to safely unbrick it

hello,
I bought a CN version of gt, I unlocked the bootloader and changed the rom. Then I got again in twrp and pressed on reboot - then my phone bricked. It is not responding, and when I connect it to my pc, it connects and disconnects every 10 seconds while the cable still plugged in.
I don't know what to do, I spent 400$ on something that I can't use...
thanks.

try vol "down" +" power" button, if it'll go to recovery stable you can use adb commands
or
vol "up"+"down"+"power" (3 buttons in total) and when you see chinese letters just relesease them. if its succesful, you'll see bootloader menu

You probably only have EDL mode active. I think only MSM Download Tool will help you. However, but this is a paid service.
This is my opinion, but maybe someone more experienced should have a say.
Try to press three buttons (vol up- vol down- power) during 40 seconds aprox....
May only use 9008 mode.
I solved it. The only solution is to pay to someone who got msmtool.
This problem happens when you flash another rom through twrp on gt, it erases the recovery of the phone and then when the phone is trying to go to recovery it becomes bricked .
If you want to avoid it use the commands of adb and fastboot through the computer (not through the phone itself).
I paid 15$ to @hoangzk9 he solved the problem.
Big thanks.
