Hi. I have a Pocophone and i have input lag. It's very little latency, probably few ms but i have compared with the oneplus 5t and it's very différent ! Do you know screen latency value for this device ??

It's a software issue flash the latest xiomi.eu ROM it's fixed in it but the ROM is currently not stable.

I'm on MIUI 10 beta, and the screen still have the same issue, mostly on keyboard when typing.

This is not effecting on all devices.
Mine is ok since Miui 10 as on Miui 9 I did encounter slight touch issue.
I'm not saying its totally gone but reduced and I can accept it.
If your device still have exact same issue then make a video and share with everyone so that they can try to simulate it on their poco.
Maybe you should return/exchange for another unit.

Did anyone try to lower/decrease the dpi size of the phone and check if there's any improvement with latency that some are experiencing?

Yeah, that's what I'm referring to. The only problem I faced with regard to latency.
P.S. not 100% fixed, but a sign that it's not a hardware issue as some were afraid of.
I tried all solutions but none of them working(root fix ,xioami.eu rom,miui 10 )

Did you try the latest beta 10 that was released today?
Had around a ,5s delay and I thought there was an issue with my device. Turns out it was from when I was messing around with accessibility settings and turned on the triple tap for zoom which waited for a triple click, delaying the click event therefore adding that delay so make sure that is off by going to settings -> additional settings -> accessibility -> magnification and turn both off
Has anyone encountered the "double tap to wake" function being broken and fixed it?
For me it doesn't work on Pixel Experience and Nitrogen on my 128gb Poco. On my gfs 64gb it works perfectly.
I've tried everything from format to clean flash to older ROMs and tried to update them but the function never works
Curiously on Nitrogen the tap to sleep functions work even on lockscreen but not to wake! On Nitrogen I reverted my vendor to 9.1.07 from latest build and made no difference.
Also tried Frankie kernel, extreme and Sphinx, no effect.
It worked perfectly on latest MIUI global(I unlocked the new 128gb today)
So back to opening question, anyone see this and fix it?

I just went and fully installed latest MIUI beta, then I clean wiped everything and internal, flashed latest vendor 9.1.24, flashed Rom gapps etc and the tap to wake still isn't working.
I did the same. Weird as fk it works on stock miui and doesn't work on aosp,clean flashes and everything

It's crazy that needs one knows how to fix it, I'm sure we there's a solution. I compared développer options between my two pics and they're the same so idk that's as far as my ability goes.
This has been going for me for two weeks . Honestlt thought i was tapping it the wrong way. But with miui it works fine so dunno.

Not sure about that to be honest, i only got the phone in January. Once i was running aosp and went to Double tap to wake in my car and i was like wait wtf this ain't working

This must be specific to 128/6gb variant, because most people bought 64/6gb variant and hence majority don't face such issue.
Might be fixed if you provide logs to developers though

how do i do it like , I start the log , turn the screen off and start tapping it? and who do is send it to?
same for me: no working double tap to wake function on my f1 128gb. Nevertheless the dttw function works perfectly on original rom...hope really someone can fix this!

Apparently it may be due to out touchscreen model l, mine being "fts_ts". Since it works on MIUI maybe developers just don't include our touch panel?

Any kernel that uses touch drivers from the 9.1.24 version will do. Beginning with the May releases, Poco team messed up touch again making it oversensitive at the edges and bottom, and they ruined scrolling too. 9.1.24 is not perfect either but it's still better, scrolling is fine too.

I have same screen, was great till i cracked it. Waiting on new screen from Alixpress is painful lol.
i also have the same screen. . My screen replacement costed me 120 Euros. . Before i never had an issue.
I switched always to the latest Beta for hoping it to fix instead it got more . I wen back to Miu 10.3 . Still the same. i Updated to Miui 10.3.5 still the same.
Last week i installed Pixel Experience(completly wiped my phone before) . Was till the same.
I installed Franco Kernel on PE . The Screen freezes happend then even more often.
From Franco i switched to Optimus Drunk and i got better.
And now im on Crdroid Rom (Optimus Drunk Kernel is the main one there)..
It is definitely a lot better .
Im running it just for the days , but only a got a few amount of ghost touches. And about screen freezes im not sure.
On miui my freezes and ghost touches where so heavy every 3 times i wanted to use my phone, i had to lock and unlock it again 1-5 times.

The rom is pretty smooth and is working pretty good for me. But I couldn't find any settings for off screen gestures. Is that a feature in this rom? if not, could we get it?

i recommend this ROM but some features are missing that i notice like:
network speed indicator
no VPN quick setting tile
why first release of this ROM is stabler than derpfest and pixel experiance itself????? i mean derpfest a11 is full of bugs and its on alpha stage and pixel experiance gone EOL! and unofficial release has these random bugs
then Pixel Extended came out of no where and its almost everything that i wanted

Hey theres a problem i am facing on my oneplus 5t from last 1.5 years which is getting worse day by day. the issue is that my screen freezes and dont respond to my touch sometimes, earlier it was easy to recover by just restarting the phone one time but now it freezes a lot and dont respond to touches and yeah this is not hang or someting , i can control thr phone through google assistant voice commands. and yeah this is even not a hardware problem coz it gets recovered nowadays by just putting the phone in fridge for 10 minutes. you can search on yt of exact issue. so , anyone got a fix for this?
