[Q] Battery Icon

I have observed on my SGS2. When I am charging SGS2 with switched off, it gives beep at 100% completion. But when I charge SGS2 with switched on it doesn't give any beep on completion of charging and it's Battery icon stops showing charging at 93%. If you think Battery Icon stopped that means your charge is complete, but actually you have charged only 93% of your Battery and not 100%.
Has any body observed this ?

What happens when you disable battery full notification?

What happens to your phone when you disable it?
I noticed that without this mod, when your battery becomes full it gives out a bleep and then STOPS CHARGING. You will notice in your battery usage graph that it will start mapping out your usage when you receive the notification. What'll normally happen is that when you wake up you'll see a few hours of use already and a little battery drain.
With the mod you don't get the full notification and when you do wake up you will get 100 percent battery upon unplugging the device.
Now is this safe to just let it continue charging even if the battery is full? Should I be concerned about my batteries health?
The mod should have just disabled the notification and the warning tone. When the phone reaches 100% the charging stops and acts like a trickle charger to maintain it at 100%
Yeah but like I said, if you've tried the unmodified VR it charges up to a 100, bleeps the notification and then stops charging at all. That's why when you wake up you're prolly gonna end up at around 93%

instant 50% battery charging jump

I found my Atrix totally discharged this morning, you know this situation, it does not start even plugged to AC charger. I switched my sim card into my spare phone. after ~15 min of waiting my Atrix did start and battery stat. showed 0%. at 12% (ater ~30 min) I shut down the phone via menu (long press power button -> shut down) and when big charging battery picture appears on the screen charging status was 60% ! same 60% I found when I boot the phone into OS (CM7). so I'm curious what caused that 50% jump in charging status and I'm not sure now when I'm at 100% is it 100% or just 50% ????????
Flash juggernaut's battery fix and then calibrate the battery to take care of that.

[FIX] Phone turning off at x%

When it turns off at x%, open twrp, set timeout to maximum and brightness to maximum and let it consume the battery until it shutdown, doesnt matter if it says 50% or 0% on twrp and you saw your phone turn off at 3%, let it discharge on twrp until it shutdown. At that point your phone is completly discharged, if you turn it on you will see the led on the left corner blinking red. Charge the phone until 100%, unplug it a scroll the app drawer a little bit for a few seconds up to one minute, if it goes down to 99% or less, plug it in again and let it charge to 100%. Unplug it and use it. That process will recalibrate your battery.
Ended up with new battery repolaced myself today But ill give it a tray next time.
