I have performed some reverse engineering and investigations on sport data database in Amazfit Stratos smartwatch. Some of data is still mysterious to me. Hopefully the document will help the community. If you would like join deciphering data, let me know. I desire for sport_data.db from Stratos or Pace users who perform wide variety of sport activities which produce various data.

Hi,
I´m searching for a way how to export gps tracks from my Amazfit BIP to get them as .gpx files or sync them with strava or something similar.
I know that Notify and Fitness can do that, but I would like to keep using the original Mi Fit App and don`t like the overbloated N&F app.
Now I stumbled over the Huami Web Api
From what I understand, with this API it should be easy to get GPS data of activities, so it should be possible the create a small app or even a simple webservice that catches GPS activities from Mi Fit and creates .gpx files or uploads it straight to Strava. Am I right?
I googled about this API, but aside from the website above I found nothing. It seems like nobody has used this API ever before. Could this be possible? In my opinion this API could be very helpful for lots of projects, apps or webservices. And it seems pretty well documented.
Does anybody have any experience with the Huami Web API, or do you know of other projects that make use of it?
Thanks
Any news?
I do not have any experience with this Huami stuff, but if i look at that page, it looks a lot like using REST-API's.
With REST-API's you send an URL to a website/server/watch(?) and get an XML back with the requested info or with an error.
In most cases, there will be a list of codes/url's that you can send and also which answers will be cominig back.
To try, you can even use an URL in a webbrowser, or in some scripting language.
But on the other side of things, it does not look very usefull if you can use N&F for it. N&F can also export to Strava as far as i know.
So i cannot help you, but just take a look at how REST-API's work and maybe you get this Huami stuff working.
Hi Everybody, I was looking many threads to find solution and I have noticed many people looking for the same, but I have not found final solution, can anybody help me. Is it possible to do it, as it is with garmin or wahoo fitness where I can import heart activities without any problem.
Kind Regards
Use AmazeBackup to extract the data as TCX, when import them in the service you use. You can "semi-automate" this using AmazeBackup + DropBox + FitnessSyncer.
I purchased a Bip first, and subsequently upgraded and acquired a Stratos. I just didn't have the heart to sell off the Bip. In retrospect, I think that was a wise decision.
I have an Android handset. I find that both the Mi Fit as well as Amazfit Watch app for Android leaves a lot to be desired. Both are horribly slow to sync with the watch. At times, I feel like something has gone wrong. In comparison, Notify & Fitness for Amazfit is heads and shoulders better. Also, the data remains locally in the phone, and not get transmitted to some server in mainland China. But for the app to work with my Stratos, I have to compulsorily install the Amazfit Watch app for the QR code to be scanned and paired by the phone. Seems a bummer, as I have to install two different apps for the same job.
Is there any way of altogether bypassing the Mi Fit or Amazfit Watch app for Stratos to work similarly?
Hello,
Is there a Website where I can read my stratos 3 data ?
Thank you
You can sync your watch with Strava, and on Strava's website you can read the activities.
AFAIK Amazfit has no own webportal or api, only the app. STRAVA will work only for recorded activities - not for other daily metcris like steps.
Hi, I'm looking for a $50-$100 amazfit wearable. I read that GTS4 and GTR 4 can count reps and sets. Is there any other amazfit that also does that? If it doesn't automatically count reps/sets, maybe you can record it manually?
I was also taking a look at the notifications and fitness app, but I don't know if I can track my strength workouts using it.
Thanks for your help!
