You can use adguard dns in Private DNS settings. Go to Settings=>Connection and Sharing=>Private DNS=>Designated Private DNS here u enter dns[dot]adguard[dot]com
Now you should not see any ads.

No it doesn't work in Stock ROM. BTW Free X10 has an option to enable proxy.
Settings> wireless > proxy settings
Don't know whether it works.

yeah i tried it on the free x and it works for browsing,but not for some applications like appbrain and market
but i want a program work on the se original 2.1 rom,cause i couldn't get arabic support for the freex
I'm from syria too and the only way to use all the apps such as fb and yt and the market is to use an open vbn network i gave it a shot and it worked easliy and it's free freee and it's even hide ur real IP

many torrent sites are blocked by isp.Just change your dns server to google dns.

Go to settings 》 Wifi 》 Your Wifi Network(Tap and hold on it till a pop up occurs ) 》Modify Network 》 Show advanced options 》IP settings: Static 》DNS 1:8.8.8.8 Then go to DNS 2 AND TYPE 8.8.4.4.

It's working for me. Make sure you're pointing to port 2222 and using the sftp protocol (many clients default to ftp). Which sftp client are you using? Any of them should work but I have personally tested with the sftp command line tool in openssh, filezilla, and AndFTP (if you prefer an android app).

I'm using AndFTP it keeps giving me an error saying invalid credentials after 3 attempts with the user name and password I've tried at least 10 times but I keep getting the same error
Can someone just post them to a cloud account

Check out your settings against the attached screenshot. I'm not seeing any indication of your login attempts in my logs so my guess is that the address has a typo.

Not sure what exactly you are looking for, but I uploaded all system apks containing the word set ( none contained the word storage). They are in the same location as the last apks.

I want to change my MAC Address.. Device redmi note 4 (Snapdragon) has rooted + supersu + twrp + busybox.
i tried many methods with miui roms and LOS/AOSP custom roms.. nothing works.
I tried a app "change my mac" which one working awsm with other devices. But when i trying to change MAC im getting reboot. And after rebnot nothing changed.
Even i found MAC Address path after many research and trying to change manually but no luck..
here is path
/sys/devices/soc/a000000.qcom,wcnss-wlan/wcnss_mac_addr
But, when i try to save after edit MAC, sometimes it saves but file automatically gets to his default Mac and sometimes its getting reboot, (same like "change my mac app")
There is another app called "WiFi Mac changer" by Osama abukmail which changes Mac address successfully but it is not changing Mac from "wcnss_mac_addr" so when try connect to wifi after changing my Mac from this app its says "" network selection disabled authentication rejection""

Why do you want to change your Mac address?
We have WiFi at neighbours which has Mac filtering enabled.??
Even we knew the password we can't use it so...
We already spoofed Mac of MTK processor devices but RN4 is not changing its Mac address from file

When tried from 3 Rd party app, device gets reboot automatically ??
Some apps show "Mac change successfully but when I open wcnss_mac_addr file there is defult Mac only..it's not changing..

Perhaps I actually need to spell this out very clearly - using your neighbour's WiFi without his permission is illegal. Nobody here will assist you to do that.

What permission!! There is no need for permission. My original Mac has already added to the router. I wanted to connect it with neighbours Mac address that's it..
Also it's better to use spoof Mac at restaurant, coffee shops, McDonald etc.

Yes, that is correct. That is the permissions it may request. You still need to grant them. It does not give the app those privileges automatically when you download the app, if that is what you're wondering.
