Good afternoon
I bought a smartband amazfit heart and I can not connect to bluetooth with the amazfitt health software (the recommended one). There is a possibility that I might have screwed up and had the smartband updated and it stopped showing indications on the screen of the wristband.
Can someone give me directions on how to solve the problem?
Thank you
I dont know if anyone else is having this issue or not, but my 1 week old amazfit stratos is starting to give me some trouble. If I have my watch is on for a long period of time, or usually after a workout. I swipe over to the heart rate widget screen and when I press "check heart rate" it just doesn't respond and does nothing, and I can't even open the widget to turn on continuous heart rate either. The green light doesn't go on. But when I swipe over and start a workout it turns on and gives a reading. The usual fix is to reboot, but I don't want to be doing that frequently just so I can check my heart rate. Any possible solutions? I am certain it is a software issue, not a hardware issue.
Try to unpair the watch (it will erase all data on watch) then pair again. If it's a software or data corruption issue, it may fix it.
To all Stratos users. Do you having this problem?
Why is that the real time display sport Data keep changing during lock mode?
I want to see the Lap Time, Lap Pace and Lap HR, but it only temporary and will change back to default value as soon as the screen was lock. So, I am wondering, what is the purpose of having this when it is clearly can not being display throught out the workout session. Funny isn't it?
No issues here using firmware 2.3.6.0 and Amazfit 2.6.3 from AppStore (tested with Treadmill). Choose what data you want to see and the order in Amazfit and it is displayed on watch after syncing, even when screen is locked. If you have problems, I suggest that you reset watch data: upair and pair again but do not restore old data to watch. If you still have problems, do the same but reinstall Amazfit after unpairing watch.
It's true. the problem has been resolved. I just have to reboot the watch, and the active screen will display the lap HR, Pace or cadence just the way i wanted.
Hi,
My Amazfit GTR 47mm is fully updated with latest app ver 3.6.2 and watch firmware is 1.3.5.37. this version supports Always on display with Smart feature. In smart feature the AOD should turn off automatically after a while when watch is removed or when sleeping, but this is not happening. Can any one help how to make this work.

I figured it out. If automatic heart rate detection is turned on then the watch never goes to sleep. Try turn off heart rate detection after that it will go to sleep as expected. Hope this helps.

I tried to disable the continuous heart rate monitor, but the issue remains.
I described the issue through amazfit app, and sent it to them, hope to hear soon from them.
So, to all who is still watching this thread, i have an official update from amazfit gtr support.
Bottom line:
global version GTR does not equip with capacitive sensor, so it does not support off-wrist detect function.
I went through a few iterations with their support on my ticket, including sending them logs and what not.
They ended up sending me this message [1].
Which i dont entirely agree with, because they didnt mention why the AOD doesnt turn off when you fall asleep. I mentioned this again in my reply. But i doubt they will come up with any other reasonable explanation...

Sorry that we made a mistake that we describe wrongly about the Smart Always-on function. Actually, global version GTR does not equip with capacitive sensor, so it does not support off-wrist detect function. When the watch detects you falling asleep, the Always-on function will be turned off. But putting it on the desk does not meet the conditions of "falling asleep", so the Always-on function will not be turned off.
We will modify the description about the Smart Always-on function in future firmware update. Sorry for all the troubles we caused.
Thanks for sharing this information. I never thought that the Chinese and global had hardware difference.
Apart from this the AOD is very weak in sunlight, my friend has a Huawei gt2 watch his AOD is very visible in sunlight.

The Zepp app is very poor at tracking deep sleep. Anyone with the same problem?
Notify & Fitness for GTS is tracking fine.
Two months ago,it tracked sleep normally, but now it doesn't.
Any help? I also reinstalled
See attached images
Yes, I also have the same problem with deep sleep tracking! I made a complete reset of the GTS but it doesn't work. The problem is still the same! I also noticed that since the Zepp update the heart rate is not so accurate as normal and also PAI isn't working. Very disappointing, the GTS was great but now I am thinking to switch to another brand.
