Hi, my wife using a Ray, upgrade to the latest available official rom by Sony. Now she is suffering from a bad battery live, it will last only 5 to 8 hours and then the % is less than 15%. Anyone having this problem and solved it, but I do not want to root it or to install an non Sony Rom.
My !"/!&"!= Samsung S4 died on me yesterday. Or, at least the screen did.. Honestly I've been NOTHING but angry with the phone since I buyed it in january. 4G/LTE has never worked (only 3G), ****ty wifi-signal and now the screen that died from nothing at all.. And it kept asking me for it's SIM card.
Anywho, before I baught the ()!"/!)"?!" samsung I had a HTC Desire HD which I actually loved. Yes, it was old in the end; but with the help of custom ROMS and this forum it worked perfectly until I lost it after 4 years.
I _need_ to buy a phone that can be rooted without toooo much trouble (damn Samsung's KNOX too!) and that is well developed for in here.
I'm thinking about these models as for now and is still looking for other options

HTC One M7 (M8 is way to expensive for me still, so I'm thinking about the old one)
HTC One M8 (if I by some miraculous way won alot of money... It's sooo sexy!)

Sony Xperia Z3 Compact
Xperia Z1 (Well developed for..)
Huawei Ascend Mate7 (No custom ROMS yet and so on.. But it seems possible to root, and the UI Huawei ships it with has inbuilt themeing. I'm addicted to pretty phones. Anyone know price-tag of this? It varies SO MUCH online in Norway as far as I can see)
LG/Google Nexus 5 (only 16GB internal memory and no free slot for more.. But will I care?)
Xiaomi Mi 4 (Not that developed for... Yet? Hard to get ahold of when you need the international version?)
Sony Xperia Z Ultra (It's soooo huge, isn't it? I had a S4, and it was HUGE in my small girl-hands.)

Hi , guys , i want new phone for next 3 years. I am not planning to root it by any chance. I am done with that. I want phone for 550 dollars max. Tried Note 3 ,amazing but camera weak in low light. Going to swap it for G3 or Z2. Now i have to decide. Want reliable phone , no rooting , fast and snapp , 5,2 inch or more , one of the best cameras , price 550 dollars max.

best cam i think is Xperia Z2
with the new 4.4.4 update it seems nothing can rival a Z2 Camera at all
have a look around in those threads where people post their photos (google it im at work now )
G3 low light is not good at all. I have one sitting on my desk lol. Go with Z2 it has better battery by long shot, G3 quad HD screen kills the battery.

wow you are lucky. Z3 costs 503 euros here. But then , 360 for z2 makes it even better deal , since Z3 isnt that much better.
Z2'S Camera is better than G3.

Have Z3 now 18 months,happy with it especially battery life. Its still quick and snappy but I'm thinking of buying a Chinese Android phone for around €150(max €200) delivered if possible. So would have to be from an EU warehouse to avoid customs. Looking for a quick phone,that doesnt require a lot of work to get rid of bloatware etc. And will get updates. Decent camera,expandable storage,good processor. Somebody on another thread recommended the Redmi Note 3 Pro. Would that be the best bang for my buck and a good upgrade from my Z3?
Hello XDA , I'v always wanted a note never got the chance . I'm about to buy my new 4 years long smartphone and I'm looking highly at the note FE
my questions :
1- Did Samsung made that phone or its refurbished by other sellers ?
2- Should I be concerned about the phone battery accidents or not anymore ?
3- Can I still find accessories for it and would the regular note 7 accessories works on it ?
4- Would it last for the next 4 years
5- Is there anything should I worry about or know before buying this phone ??
