[SOLVED] Akku replacement - LeEco Le Max 2 Questions & Answers

Hey together,
i replaced after 6 years my akku in my Le Eco Le max 2 x820. It doesn't boot anymore. I only can start the device with the old battery.
already tried:
- charging for over 24h.
- pressing Power and/or volume up and/or when plugged in to the wall
- tried to push the connectors a little to the middle to get contact (no effect)
- measured the voltage (shipping 3.85V, after Charge 4.25V)
- in ADB device is not listed.
- doesn't show in the device manager
Any Idea what I could test?
Thanks Paul

Heyyo @Paulter , does your PC recognize the device at all? Does anything change in device manager?

yes already tried that. And sadly it doesn't show in the device manager

@Paulter , hmm, that's not a good sign if device manager doesn't show that 9008 mode driver... Does the QFIL app show a device by chance?

Sorry for the late reply. Didn't test that, though I got a new battery, and it worked fine from the first second....
I got this new one from Aliexpress. The nonworking I got from "Grandado". My recommendation: don't buy there

[Q] HTC HD2 HELP! Phone does not recognize USB

Today i plugged my phone to the usb cable and instead of getting the usual connection option screen... nothing... The phone charges but no Data transfer. Did hard reset, still nothing.. now im stuck with the old firmware... any help plz?
might be the cable that you're using. i used before a cable that is not the original and the same thing happened to me, i.e. pc cannot recognize device.
Try Settings-->Other-->USB To Pc-->UNCHECK (enable faster data sync) this should help...
cable : original came with the phone (used to work up until b4 yesterday) also tried another micro usb cable that came with me N900 but still nothing.
I did the un-check "enable faster sync" still nothing
Did soft reset, hard reset using volume keys, and factory reset from phone setting itself. still nothing.. the phone charges.. but no data transfer.. its something to do with the phone because i tried multiple PC's the phone doesn't bring up the connection type option page

No harm in checking.Infact i faced similar issue once and the USB2 was disabled. It took me an entire week to diagnose the problem. These PCs have got a mind of their own and do mischievous things on their own without our knowledge.
But since its not working on multiple PCs,i am not sure. We'll hav 2 wait 4 a solution i guess...
hmmmm.. would a full system format and re-install be possible? and would it fix it? (talking bout on the phone)
HELP, HELP
SAME PROBLEM WITH HTC2 T0MOBILE
even on the boot loader screen, it charges but no USB stuck on serial.
even when on sleep mode and plug the cable orange led is on but it didn't wake up for choose (active syn or stoeag memory)
PLEASE HELP
i can do nothing, HSPL or rom upgrade
the cable and the USB drivers are tested more than 100 times
Most horror problems I had with the USB sync have been down to not having the latest version fo Activesync from microsoft. Uninstall the old version thwen reboot - now download the 4.5 version which I think is the newest and last version they made (unless im out of date) and then reboot the machine, then connect up the phone - but not immediately after the machine has booted wait a couple on mins, Windows takes longer than it often appears to be ready to go. One your hard drive led flashing light has settled down it is probably time to try. Then see if it finds all the devices in your phone.
If it doesnt go into the control panel and double click system, hardware tab, then select device manager and see if there are any devices with a yellow sign with a "!" in them. If there are delete them and then unplug the phone and plug it back in again. It might get past some stuck things. If it doesnt see anything new on device manager theres a menu at the top and look for "scan for hardware changes" this gives teh device manager another look at what its got connected.
If that fails open up the USB section under in device manager - its got a little plus next to it, press that plus and it open up all the names of chips you have for your USB control on the pc's motherboard. Write down the numbers and go and get the correct up to date drivers for that type of USB and install them. Then try the process again. Sometimes deleting the USB drivers and just doing a "scan for hardware changes" again, will reset the USB drivers and start things working, however it can get tricky if your using USB mouse and Keyboard to select anything if you delete the USB, because thats what the KM/mouse relies on to control teh machine, so have a PS2 mouse plugged in if you can. If that fails I would suggest reinstalling windows as its probably knackered. It amazing how things start to work wonderfully on a fresh copy of windows.
I have been where you are! And tried every suggestion that was given here. It all came down to the cord. I actually went through 3 different cords before I found one that worked and found that by accident. I bought an external drive and that cord works. For whatever reason, that is the only cord that now works for me. I only use it for data transfers. i use the other cords for charging.

I think I bricked my phone! HELP!

Best XDA-Devs,
I think I may have done something REALLY stupid.
Today I possibly hard bricked my phone.
How? You may ask.
Well, I was looking into installing a custom recovery and found out I had to unlock the bootloader first. So I googled how to unlock the bootloader and found a XDA thread about it.
I followed the steps and tried to install the aboot.img file attached to the thread.
I opened up CMD and began replacing the stock aboot file with my aboot4.img file (I renamed the attached aboot.img to aboot4.img because I thought this was necessary).
I then rebooted my phone and BOOM nothing works now.
I can't turn on the phone, I can't get the phone into recovery and I can't even get the phone into download mode.
If someone knows how to fix this (if it's possible at all), please post it.
If you need any more information just ask.
Regards,
Thomas.

Thank you very much for your reply!
I'm going to try this and will report if it has worked.
Regards,
Thomas.
It isn't working for me yet.
I'm now draining my battery until it's at 0% and retrying this instruction.
Again I'll report if it has worked.
Regards,
Thomas.
I've been trying to get this to work for a couple of hours now. However there's no success yet.
I'm not giving up yet!
Any ideas?

Thomas.
I did it!!!
I finally got into download mode!!!
After a lot of just tinkering around with this guide here, I was finally able to boot into download mode.
This is how I did it (this may not work for everyone):
1. Completely drain your battery. First I placed my battery in a LG L90. I ran as much tasks and services as possible on this device. When the battery was down to about 2% the phone automatically turned off. It was at 2% and 0% so I had to come up with something else. I got my battery and an LED. I held the LED to the + end - poles and waited until the LED turned off (the battery was now completely drained).
2. Place the battery back in your phone.
3. Press the on/off button. If you see the 0% battery icon go to step 4. If you don't see anything keep trying until you see the screen. If you still can't see the screen just give it some time and try it again later (if you want you can check if your battery is empty with the LED method).
4. Press the on/off button again and at the moment you see the 0% battery screen hold down the volume up button and plug your usb cable into your phone (the usb cable should already be connected to your computer) while holding the volume up button.
5. If nothing happens, try again. If you see the screen that tells you to keep holding that volume up button, you should be holding that button.
6. If you've reached the download mode screen you may sing your happy song now (I did).
7. Now flash your kdz (if you want me to post a how-to link, just ask).
8. Post your happy comment in this thread because you finally unbricked your phone!
I did this on my LG D620 and successfully unbricked my phone.
Regards,
Thomas.

Thanks for your helpfull messages. This method is worked for my LG G2 mini D620r. It is a simple way to unbrick/unHARDbrick to your phone, if you can find a way to finish your battery. This is the same subject here. I want to add somethings.
I tried to unlock my bootloader too. But my phone is bricked so my phone
* cant open; only black screen.
* cant connect to pc; pc cant see my phone so doesnt work adb/fastboot mode.
* cant reboot recovery or download mode.
! but my phone shows an empty battery icon warning, if I remove the battery and connect my phone to charger.
When I read this i didnt believe this will works for me. But when i found the same method in this thread, i give it a try, and it WORKED for me too
1.a find a cable; short and thin, find something which works 1 AA/AAA or 2 AA/AAA; it may be a flashlight/torch or a toy or something like that.
1b. find a good condition usb data cable.
2. a led like that.. You can find it easy in your home. I used my old battery charger led or you can buy it.
3. uninstall all LG programs; LG USB driver, LG pc suite, LG *.* (reboot).
4. download and reinstall only LG-Mobile-Usb Driver(reboot). (maybe 3 and 4 are not necessary but i did)
5. remove your battery from phone, and connect it to your torch(flashlight, toy) with a cable. Yo can see +, - symbol on your battery and torch. Wait until your torch doesnt give light.
6. connect your battery to led and wait until led turn off. It maybe take long time, be patient.
7. put your battery on phone and push power button; if you cant see anything it is normal because your battery is completly drain or if you see an empty battery icon it is normal again because your battery is about %0, so 2 possible things but both of them are normal and enough/good.
8. connect your usb cable to your pc.
9. while pressing volume + plug your phone to usb cable and hold on(~10second).
10. If nothing happened dont worry, unplug your phone and go 9. (read 11)
11. If you tried more than five go 6 and keep try. (because your battery now ~%1, you should drain it again)
12. If you see the screen that tells you to keep holding that volume up button, you should be holding that button.
13. If you've reached the download mode screen you may sing your happy song now (I did too).
14. Now flash your kdz (if you want me to post a how-to link, just ask).
dont worry it will works. try again and again and agian... I tried more than 5. Good luck.
Thanks again, Thomas and panagiotisden2.

Device charging but not detected

Hey there,
I am trying to setup my Le Max 2, but when i connect it to the laptop, it shows one short vibration followed by a longer one. It is apparently charging, but I have no chance to see it anywhere on my laptop. No notification like you would expect, not visible through explorer, neither in the hardware settings.
Tried another port already. Is it possible I need to connect directly through USB C? Currently I am using an adapter which was sent along with the phone.
Thank you!

Mi pad 2 completely dead

Hi, I installed a new battery on my Mipad 2 tablet running MIUI. It didn't start, No led light, No fastboot, no recovery mode. Out of desperation i searched online and found a solution relating to short circuit on a mi pad 1. Many have reported to have succeeded in re flashing their mi pad 1 after the successful short circuit by placing a copper wire between the sd card slot. It eventually got detected on windows after disabling driver signature verification turned off.
However i tried it on Mipad 2 but got no response whether through USB or MIFlash tool of Xiaomi. Sometimes leaving the tablet just like that for days and then just pressing the power button for 3-5 seconds, a blinking red light appears on led. Thats it. Nothing more.
Can anyone help me to do the short circuit thing properly. I feel im close to finding a solution.
Can u share photo of tab with back panel opened? With exposed motherboard?
You can try this if u want...
Disconnect the battery.
Connect the pins or short them, I mean.
Connect the tab while pins are in shorted connection.
Then connect the battery.
This had worked with my mi pad for which flashing wasn't going through. Mi flash used to give error while flashing I guess.
Try it if nothing else is working. At your own risk.

Black screen issue, i can't restart the phone

Hi! I'd like some help.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e (SM-G970F).
The power button is faulty, I got it back from service yesterday, unfortunately it was not repaired because the device is rooted.
Before I handed it in for service, I was able to turn it on without the power button (download mode -> restart), but now the download mode is not available either.
And it doesn't indicate charging either, the display is completely black at all times.
Yesterday the computer recognized it as a drive, but it showed only one TWRP folder. Today, unfortunately, the computer does not even recognize it, nothing happens when the usb cable is connected.
Is it possible that the device has remained in some service mode?
Somehow I would have to reboot or get into download mode, I just don’t know how..
So now:
The display is completely dark.
It does not respond to buttons.
The power button is broken.
It does not indicate charging.
The download mode does not start. (volmune down + bixby button & connect usb data cable -> nothing happens.)
The computer does not indicate a usb connection.
The adb doesn't see either: error '(null)' not found.
What can I do?
To me it seems phone's boot-loader is broken: a working boot-loader would start Android's "init" process what automatically starts ADB on phone, if USB-debugging got enabled on phone, what in turn would make the phone accessable via USB.

Thanks for the reply.
However, I have new news about the device.
I realized that the device itself works, only the display is always dark.
I disassembled, unplugged the battery from the motherboard, and switched back to download mode and Odin recognized it.
I managed to update the software on it, the device restarted fine, only the display is completely dark.
The computer already recognizes it, I can give a command via adb, and I can hear the volume button when pressed.
The only problem is that there is no picture on the display.
I reconnected the display connector to the motherboard, but that wasn't the problem.
When the power is off, the display does not indicate that the charger is connected.
Does anyone have any idea what else I can do?
