anybody know some app for save note for each calls? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
I am looking for some android app that can log notes (typed by user) for each call I send or receive, and then I can search in log with date and time, note text or with contact name
for example, when I receive a call from John I enter "project 1 progress ...." for this call note in that app
and for next call from John I enter "paycheck" as note
after that it must be some searching form for the whole notes by enter john as contact name and both call logs above must be in results
or when I search project in note texts, then first John's call must be in results
Sorry for my bad English
Best regards.

anybody help

Maybe you can have a developer make such an app for your purpose.

any other suggestion?

Google Voice Alternative for Second Google Voice Number?

I am looking for a way to access my second Google Voice number from my Android phone. (I have one GV# for Work and one for Personal)
On my iPhone I use the Official Google Voice app along with GV Connect: http://goo.gl/6Mh9E to use both Google Voice numbers at the same time. I am looking for something similar to GV Connect for Android.
Currently I use the following 4 methods to 1. View SMS 2. Send SMS 3. Make Phone Calls. 4. Recieve SMS notification on an Android Phone.
1. To View SMS: I created a widget of the Google Voice website that I use to view messages in the Chrome Beta. (Also forward SMS to my Gmail and have a custom notification for the SMS Label I created in Gmail.)
2. To send SMS: I use Group SMS & Scheduler http://goo.gl/Vtwpo.
3. To Make Calls: I use GooveIP http://goo.gl/iTczt
4. SMS Notifications on Phone: I set forwarding of SMS messages on my secondary Google Vocie number to my gmail. Then created a Gmail label for all SMS messages to a particular label and skip my inbox. I then setup a custom notification sound for this folder so that I can get notifications on my phone.
There has to be a better way than this. I find it hard to believe that an iPhone is head and shoulders above Android when it comes to using Multiple Google Voice numbers.
Bump...
Edited details for sms on second number.
Every time I get a new Android phone I end up looking for a solution to this issue. I started looking for a solution to this issue when I got a Nexus One in January 2010. This is the number one reason I have stuck with an iPhone over the past few years as it allows me to use two different Google Voice numbers on the same device. The fact that I have been writing that last sentence for over two and a half years boggles my mind. I cant believe Google has not come up with a solution to this problem and even more surprised that so few third party developers have taken up the task.
With that said I am currently using the following solution.
1. To Make Calls: I use GooveIP http://goo.gl/iTczt
2. for SMS I am using SynerGV http://goo.gl/4nKkc
Both of these solutions are "good enough" however they are far from great. Still looking for a single well written app to use with my secondary Google Voice number.
It is a mystery to me how it is possible that an app for this has not yet been created. I would think it would be a lucrative project. I would pay just about anything for this application its the only reason my iPhone is still my primary device.
GrooveIP is great app but rather than buying SynerGV for sms, select the option to push incoming text messages to your gmail account then reply in your default browser using GV mobile site (google.com/voice/m). Its simple and free. I don't know why Google does not see the profit in having 2 numbers on 1 mobile number then having multiple accounts for its voice app. I would definitively pay the fee but anyway I hope this helps.

call history / logs

Hi
I've got the samsung s3 4g version but I believe the normal S3 has the same issue. When I go into the call history it shows calls from everyone over the last 30 days or something which is good, but when you click on an individual number it only shows you the history for that specific day.
I used to have a S1 and on that if you clicked a number it would show you the history (calls/sms) for the entire history duration, so you could see you spoke to that person a 3 days and a week ago for e.g.
Is there anyway to get the S3 to do that... ? it seems silly if they took that feature out of the S3 ?
I was looking on google and someone said to get "mr number" I tried that, but that seemed to make it worse and not show me any history (just a list of all the ppl who i spoke to)
If anyone knows howto get the history/logging to do what I need that would be great.
thanks
surely someone else is having the same issue ?
I've got the same problem.
Before I9300 I had Touch HD where I used an Address Book app. There I could click on any number in call history and get the entire history of calls and sms from that contact or number.
But on SGS3 I can only get the history/logs of calls for the contacts that I've written to my contacts: logs(call hystory) - long tap on contact - open contact- menu soft button on the bottom left - journal.
But I've got a lot of calls that are not in my contacts and I don't want to save them and I need to see if that number allready called me.
How can I find it out?
Thanks in advance.

[Q] Android 2.3.6-group call log

Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Mini2 with Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread). I don't like how call log appears.
If you call someone by 5 times, the name of the contact/number will appear by 5 time in the call log.The same with missed calls.I want to appears only one date. Example: To show "Contact name/phone number" (5) and when click on the contact name to show the detailed information.
Exist an application/update for android that will improve the call log in this way?
Thank you!
Galaxy Mini already has a separate section!

[Q] I'd like 'Default' phone numbers to appear first?

Hello Members
Does anyone know, or has noticed that even if I pick a contacts mobile number and make it the 'default' in the phones address/contacts book, if then go to type an SMS message entering the persons name in the 'To: ' it still won't pick the 'default' number in it's listings first, but choose the landline number of the contact as first number in the drop down.
It's important if you want to use an app for Sending SMS messages on the new Smartwatch 2, as doing so will send the message to the landline number.
Any ideas please.
Kind regards

Click to collapse
A quick fix would be to split it and create 2 contacts one for the mobile and one for the landline. Not ideal but its a workaround.
