Use latest mi flash tool, exract your fastboot rom in your C:/ drive folder. Then use only "clean all" option in the bottom right corner of mi flash tool, when flashing your rom.

Unbricking RN4 (SD)

Hello guys,
i wanted to upgrade my Ressurection Remix ROM and managed to softbrick my phone. While flashing the software (Flashing system partition unconditionally) TWRP got stuck.
My phone got an unlocked bootloader and i already tried to flash the global MIUI ROM via EDL and also fastboot. The flashing process is successfull but after i restart my phone i'm stuck at the MI Logo with the moving Android Circles for loading.
I let this run for ~6 hours, no progress at all.
I also tried flashing the Global DEV Rom, same as above.
Factory Reset via Recovery Mode (with MI Suite) also didn't do the trick.
I think something with the bootloader went wrong. Any ideas to unbrick it?
I can access Fastboot and EDL Mode, unlocked Bootloader. I also got a TWRP backup with System and Data Partition, but currently only the original Revocery is installed.
Any help is very much appreciated, thank you.
Did you tried using this guide to flash stock firmware/recovery?
http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
Yes, the problem is not to flash the Fastboot ROM, but after successfully flashing the ROM i got stuck at the MI Logo with the loading Android dots
That's weird.. this bootloop usually happens when you flash stock MIUI and still have TWRP installed, can you check if you have stock recovery after fastboot flash?
After i flashed the global DEV ROM i got the stock recovery where i can choose between Wiping Data, switch to MI Suite etc.
Edit: Its not really an bootloop, it just gets stuck there without doing anything
Update: Got TWRP back, now if i want to flash any ROM (doesn't matter if stock/custom) i'm stuck at TWRP saying: "Patching system unconditionally..." it stays there for hours.
Any advice in this case?
guys,, i was facing same problem. I also agree that 8012... status does not matter to unlocking bootloader. I was tried all but fail after granted permission. I was tried daily. after 5 days when I tried with old mi unlock tool I got error at 50%. After that restarted my phone and clicked on settings and in developer menu, I watched i clicked on allow unlock bootloader but I forgot to click on usg debbuging. after clicked it I went for fastboot with old unlock tool and I got success. thankyou.
Try my method you will get success. hit like. stay tune. tandob is here to help you guys.

Hello to all ,
I need help for my phone.. I'm using Xiaomi Redmi note 5 .
The story is I already unlock the bootloader , install pixel experience rom in it, and used for months now. But something happen with the update cuz of the error 7 thing on the twrp
So I try to find a solution and find how to fix it by using some tools that you edit and delete the "assert" thing which they call it.
BUT.. that thing won't change anything but yes it fix the error 7 on twrp and you can flash the update rom but once you reboot it stuck on mi logo.
I try everything and my phone end up on the logo .
So , I try to used the fastboot thing and what happen is..
After I try the method "fastboot' and miflashtool , my phone how do I said this.?? It's becoming unnatural.
It goes on .. but the bootloader is lock . Buuttt my phone is still on the custom rom which the latest update of the pixel firmware. My twrp is gone too.
But still I can use my phone like usual.
Can anybody tell me what happen and is it possible to flash to global rom and get back to miui ?
And is it possible to unlock bootloader again ?
Are you on miui or pixel experience?
how is your phone on custom rom when you flashed miui through miflash tool?
Sir Try Mi-flash-unlock to unlock your phone.Boot your phone into Fastboot and try to unclock it.Then You need to download Redmi 5 plus MIUI 10.2.1 fastboot (.tgz) file.Extract that file in Pc. Download Mi flash tool and install in pc.Place the extracted file in desktop.Open that file and copy that location (it's like Desktop/user/....) then boot your phone into Fastboot then connect your phone into pc.Then refresh in MI flash tool.It will show device like (056873).Then see the bottom right of the MI flash tool choose Clear all. Then click flash button.wait for some time. Finally it will show completed or some error do not panic .wait for some time your phone will boot and finally go to the system

Screen stuck at MI logo screen

PLEASE HELP
My redmi note 5 (vince) was earlier on havoc os rom . Then i decided to install miui again through fastboot. I started installing using fastboot method but it said mismatching of image and device ....so i searched for this issue on xda
Someone already suggested to omit two lines that included“getvar” and try flashing again. I did the same. It flashed but didn't rebooted. Not even started. I took it to service center ....they opened it and when they came back with the phone....it was showing it's mi logo and was not going further..
So for now my phone is showing mi logo and is not going further ...please suggest something.

It isn't working brother, already tried
Is there any other method
If still it stuck on mi logo ( after flashing with the correct fastboot rom using xiaomi flasher) or you may also try another custom rom if doesn't work, then this may be a fault of screen ,you needs to contact service center again for this issue...
No issue of screen
Anyways thanks for giving time .?

Mi A3 weirdly stuck in fastboot mode, please someone help
I recently opened my mi A3's bootloader and then flashed twrp image as it was error or something, my phones got stuck on fastboot mode and after that I have to flash stock rom v11.0.11.0 through mi flash tool and I successfully worked but then I installed magisk and flashed boot image to obtain boot image and that too successful worked but guess what real problem starts here, after the other day I restarted my device and android one logo showed up and then it got stuck on fastboot mode, then I have to again flash the same rom and again patched boot image file to get my phone back working and it went well for 2-3 days but suddenly, yesterday magisk notified that "DTFO is patched, tap to reboot" and I ignored and after that after few hours my phone automatically got restart and stuck on fastboot again and now when I try to flash the same rom again, it takes more than 3500s in mi flash tool and still not showing success, currently stuck on fastboot, no flash tool is working, can someone help please??

How can I repair semibrick on Realme x3 Superzoom (RMX2086)? - Only works Fastboot Mode

Hi, I have a semibrick on my X3 Superzoom (Global), and I can't seem to restore the original firmware. When it was working properly, I think the phone was updated to the latest version available in Europe (RMX2081EU_11.A.50), hence Realme UI 1.0.
I do not remember very well what I did, it's been a few weeks since my "screw up", I must have flashed an untrusted firmware, the thing is that when rebooting the screen looks black and goes into a continuous bootloop, but allows to enter fastboot mode with power + Vol down (I know because I can launch fastboot commands). Curiously, when it goes into bootloop you don't see the Realme logo, I discovered that the logo is there but with the screen illumination at minimum, and you can only glimpse a little if you put it under a lamp. Very strange.
Since it can go into fastboot mode I have tried flashing several firmwares for my phone, RMX2086 and none of them repair brik. I have tried always by command line because with MsmDownloadTool I don't have login access and with Realme Flash Tool always shows error "cannot find central directory", I have tried also with QFil and I can't get it to stay stable on the port.
I flash with command line with "fastboot flash" all .img files of super, recovery, boot, boot, dtbo, vbmeta (in that order) but it does nothing. Furthermore, I have tried with several ofp files like for example the following file from realmefirmware.com, which seems to be the last released full version of Realme UI 2.0 (I have tried also with Realme UI 1.0 versions):
RMX2086GDPR_11_C.11_2022011318270168.zip (I decrypt the ofp file inside to extract the .img files.).
Interestingly, I can flash TWRP Recovery (it works, and you see the screen with normal TWRP recovery) and from the recovery I can flash a Custom Recovery like PixelPlusUI. The phone boots (no logo visible) in CustomROM normally, but after a while of use the screen turns off but working ROM.
What should I do? Although I have some flashing experience, I'm pretty much stuck. Can anyone give me any suggestions?
Sorry with making it so long, but I wanted to explain this as best as possible so it is well understood.
When you already upgrades to Android 11, you can not flash custom rom, otherwise it bricks, because all the custom roms required android 10 ROM system, you may downgrade using flash tool (I tried but failed to flash any stock rom using any tool, only able to flash using fastboot commands)

It's been over a year since it happened, I didn't find a solution on my own, and since it was still under warranty, I sent it to the official technical service and a couple of weeks later I received it back with the firmware working.
