I just got a samsung a7 lite from my coaching. They using knox which even prevents from unlocking developer options so I cannot install custom rom as unlocking bootloader is too important. The only options I'm left are the options which show when u press power and volume up button
were you able to find any solutions?
Out of curiosity, is it a care.coach tablet?

I have a s6 edge stock rooted, id like to be able to enter recovery mode( using twrp) by using the power off option..extend our power menu options...is it do able
There are plenty of custom roms that give you the option.
Did a bit of googling, there appears to be an Xposed module that does what you ask, not sure if it working on lolipop and our device, but worth a try

If your phone its rooted then you can use this apk from store:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.siriusapplications.quickboot
Its work very good and its free.
We must find a way to unlock the bootloader.
How could we do?
Someone could help solve this problem?
I haven't seen anything that can do that and LG's boot-loader unlock tool only supports european G4 phones. I tried the Developer Options > Enable OEM unlock, but got a security error screen on boot when I tried flashing.
I was able to root with kingroot and install twrp which was the next best thing. You have to turn off the phone, then hold power + volume down, then release power for a second then when the lg logo appears then keep holding them both. In the factory reset menu, select (yes) perform factory reset twice and it will boot into twrp where you can flash roms and make backups.
When I installed TWRP and tried to boot into TWRP I got the "Secure booting error"..
How did you get into TWRP?
I use the H340AR

First of all, I'm new to this forums AND I'm new to rooting, so please take it easy with me.
Anyways, so I want to root my Galaxy S9 plus Exynos version, and I heard you should enable OEM unlock in developer options before you do anything, so I did switch it on, it asked me to do a factory reset, so I backed up everything and let it do its thing. Now when I go to developer options the OEM unlock is ofcourse not there, but when I go to download mode it says that OEM lock and FRP lock are off. So does that mean I successfully unlocked the bootloader and now I can flash TWRP?
I believe you have to leave the phone on for 7 days for it to show up.
You can try this too - https://www.xda-developers.com/fix-...y-s9-samsung-galaxy-s8-samsung-galaxy-note-8/

Well since you new you should have done your research on this process.
If you had you would have known NOT to let it reboot to system once turning OEM unlock on....factory reset is normal as you now know.
What you should have done is flip the swtich and then boot directly to download mode and flash twrp to avoid the reset.
Yes now you must wait 7 days again to do anything.
Reading and research is key here dude, never just blindly do anything...bad things can happen. In this case no biggie though just more waiting
sent from my Exynos S9 plus, Pixel 2 XL or Note FE

Sorry, but with things like this I like to be exact and have no level of presumption or uncertainty.
In saying that, when you say "flip the switch and boot to DL mode" do you mean to flip the switch, and DON'T press agree, or DON'T accept the pop up warning from samsung to restore, but to just ignore and reboot to DL mode?
So literally do what you said and do 2 actions,
1. flip switch
2. restart in DL mode (and exclude pressing any of the pop up notifications from samsung to restore).
Will this work, or do you need to accept samsungs pop up notification to reboot in order to enable OEM unlock ?

Yes you have to acknowledge the prompt then boot to DL immediately.
The key here is NOT to let the device start the reset process
Hi to everyvody,
I have a Samsung Galaxy s9 and an enormous issue. I forgot the pin/pattern to unlock my device. I am trying to find some solution but the USB debugging mode is not active and neither have I unlocked the developer options. Is it there a way to do something to bypass the pin code without loosing all the data?
Of course I've already tried to use the google account and few others similar ways.
I hope someone can give me a hint!

No, because of encryption, the only thing you can do is hard reset your device.
With the Galaxy S9 powered off, press and hold the “Volume Up” and “Bixby” buttons.
Continue to hold both buttons, then press and release the “Power” button to power the device on.
Release all buttons when the Samsung logo appears. ...
Use the volume buttons to toggle the selection to “Wipe data / factory reset“.

My Samsung A50s (507FN) is not booting and I want to try rooting and flashing custom rom. But when I flash TWRP with MAGISK am getting error of OEM LOCK.
Please help me unlocking the bootloader in order to flash custom rom.
Note that I am not able to turn on device.
Get back to official rom first, and enable OEM Unlock. If, there any option to unlock bootloader using volume up + volume down and insert USB cable then after warning appear on screen, press and hold volume up, to unlock bootloader.
But i dont recommend you to unlock the bootloader, because it may cause your device dead if selected file not compatible or wrong selection file.
Just back to official rom, first. (same binary version is recommended)
