Description
I have downloaded the latest Mi Unlock version miflash_unlock-en-6.5.406.31.
I have two authentication option :
Email + password then SMS 2FA (
https://imgur.com/7pb6vRw
)
QR code (
https://imgur.com/2MHcHK4
)
When I log in with my email + password it's asking for a SMS code but I'm never receiving any SMS from Xiaomi. It's not an issue on my side since am receiving SMS from other peoples and it's the right number since it's already associated to my Mi account and was verified. With other Xiaomi services I'm receiving SMS, I'm not just for the Unlock tool.
With the QR code authentication using my phone, it's says authentication successful but that I have to re-login (
https://imgur.com/gcz7lET
) and when I click on the login button there is a login wheel on a white screen loading indefinitely (
https://imgur.com/iJR7miT
).
I tried clicking on the "bug & feedback" button, it redirects to https://en.miui.com/forum.php but the page returns a 502 HTTP error.
I downloaded MI Unlock from https://en.miui.com/unlock/download_en.html (miflash_unlock-en-6.5.224.28). When launching it, it offered me to download a newer version at miuirom.xiaomi.com/rom/u1106245679/6.5.406.31/miflash_unlock-en-6.5.406.31.zip (miflash_unlock-en-6.5.406.31). Both have the same behavior.
I tried running the software on various Windows 10 machines without success. So If I understand correctly as I'm not even able to log in properly I can't start the ultra-long unlock timer.
My opinion:
Why there is even the account linking, the PC tool required, the very long timer, etc. while on other vendor phones there is just one button to press or a key to retrieve on your account.
[email protected] is not answering, it's just an empty mailbox. [email protected] answered me but asked me to rewrite my mail in French because I wrote it in English and no answer since. My post in Xiaomi sub-reddit has been pending for approval for weeks "Post is awaiting moderator approval.". Xiaomi community forum is buggy as hell and my post there was removed.
All this look like a giga scam from Xiaomi so people can't unlock their phones and stay with unrooted MIUI. I bought the POCO F3 just because I was supposed to be able to root and flash it but now I can't even unlock it.

mSaldoHere's my new plugin for Titanium.
This small app checks balance for one of 4 accounts in mBank. Because mBank is avalible for polish users, mSaldo is only in polish language.
mBank supports few channels to get some info. The SMS channel needs to be activated before you can use mSaldo.
How it works?
1. Program sends an SMS with body: 1#Users_ID#Users_Pass_To_SMS_Channel to number +48601362265. (fee is like an normal SMS)
2. mSaldo waits for an SMS from mBank with balance info.
3. After that, mSaldo displays that info in his dedicated Titanium panel and removes the retrieved SMS.
Here you can watch how it works
Security:
1. Users ID and password are saved in system registry in a encrypted form.
2. If you don't like to save this data in the registry, you can write it always when mSaldo runs.
3. If this data is saved, entering to options need to be validated by SMS channel password.
4. If you're scared if someone can look at your balance on Titanium, you can choose to hide them after a selected period of time.
5. When the panel is condensed, it can display a sum of balance from all accounts. You can disable it if you don't like it.
6. The retrieved SMS is always deleted after mSaldo reads from it the account balance, sended SMS is not saved in send items.
Handling:
mSaldo supports this accounts:
1. eKONTO
2. izzyKONTO
3. eMAX
4. eMAX Plus
one retrieved SMS

Installation:
1. Check if your device is unlocked
2. Install mSaldo in internal memory.
3. Wait for mSaldo panel configurator and choose where you like to add a new panel.
4. Run the configurator and enter user ID, password (you can disable saving these data in the registry)
5. Wait...
Requirements:
mBank account

WhatsApp is popular free messaging client which is available for iOS, Android, Nokia and Blackberry, but still we have no client for Windows PC officially released by the WhatsApp team. Well you can imagine having WhatsApp on your PC and how fast you will be able to send and receive text messages as you always be on one device so you can handle everything right there. So we found an unofficial client which is supposed to be a dummy version of Android running on your PC.

Step 1: Download and Install BlueStakcs App Player.
Download the BlueStacks App Player
BlueStack Download
Follow the onscreen instructions. BlueStack requires a Core2Duo PC with 2GB RAM and Windows 7 / Vista with .NET framework 3.5 so make sure your PC is up to date
Now go ahead and launch the app. and complete the instalation.
Download WhatsApp APK – it is a 4.6mb download from WhatsApp.com/Android
Save the file where you can get to it.
Step 2: Installing and Configuring WhatsApp for PC
When Bluestacs is installed you can merely double click on the WhatsApp.APK file and it will install WhatsApp automatically.
WhatsApp icon is now on the BlueStack player home screen..
Step 3: Verify WhatsApp for PC
Now if you have installed WhatsApp previously you will know the installation instructions that follow. If not it is simple enough. Agree to the Ts & Cs.
Enter your country code and then your mobile number. if it asks you for a phone verification or a text message, select “TEXT MESSAGE”. with your code.
This text message had your verification or activation code in it. WhatsApp will ask you for this code. Enter it to activate WhatsApp on your PC.
WhatsApp is now Installed on your PC.
If you had WhatsApp on your mobile phone it will no longer work, it will give you a verification error. Should you click on verify again, then your installation of WhatsApp on your PC won’t work.

Same issue, Google account gets stuck during browser sign in
I have the same problem with my recently repaired (and factory reset) Samsung tablet. I am prompted to sign in using the browser and I get to the same My Account page as pictured above. But after following all the links and doing the various checks, there is nothing else to do. When I hit the device context menu, I'm given the option to exit the browser sign in, but nothing else. Any help would be appreciated.
Samsung Note 10.1 2014 Edition
I figured out my tablet's problem
My tablet was unable to finish the sign in process with the Google 2-factor authentication enabled. I hope that this helps @supakwong or anyone else who encounters this problem.
Solution: I went into my Google account settings and turned off the 2FA and then tried adding the Google account to my tablet again. The sign in process immediately worked and didn't require me to sign in using the browser. After making sure I could access things like the Play Store, I turned the 2FA back on.
After turning the 2FA back on, in tablet required me to log back into my Google account, but this time it worked great.
Ugh. This is ridiculous. I was hoping there was a better solution than turning off 2-factor, because all my application specific passwords etc will need to be redone.
And... there's our answer. Just create an application specific password and use that to set up your account on your device. Worked like a charm for me. No removing 2-factor.
It's seem happen to not specific phone, I got this problem too.
Hey guys,
I want to enable https on my sm-g900f for my local developer environment, so I created my own self signed root CA certificate. With this cert I sign my local server certificates.
Everything works fine on my desktop devices but not on my android mobile phone.
If I create a rootCA.crt file and convert it to binary .DER type, I'm able to install it on my phone via Settings / Security / Credential storage / Install from storage. HTTPs works now in all browsers and I can see that the cert has been addedd successfully to the Settings > Security > Trusted Credentials > User store. But then I get the "your network may be monitored" warning.
In order to get rid of it I followed the steps described in this thread. The only difference was that my user certs location is /data/misc/user/0/cacerts-added.
After gaining root access and moving the cert via ADB to /system/etc/security/cacerts/ (including chmod and chown) the warning disappeared and I can see that my rootCA is enabled under Trusted Credentials > System*.
As soon as I remove the beforehand added rootCA under Trusted Credentials > User, the warning disappears but https is not working anymore. Chromium gives me this:
{

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",

}
Anyone know why my phone/android shows this behaviour?
*(for experts only: also wondering why system/etc/security/cacerts are being displayed as plain ascii text with full cert info although android requires binary format for CA cert?)
For those interested I'm sharing the solution:
Here's what I did to solve this:
(1) flashing my sm-g900f with odin v3.12.4-4 and latest twrp 3.3.0-0-klte
(2) backup relevant data, wipe system/cache/... with twrp afterwards
(3) flash 16.0-nightly-klte addonsu-16.0-arm open_gapps-arm-9.0-nano-20190428
(4) install certificate via security settings options. Shown as 'user cert' but no warning message and ssl works now
Thanks to JW09I4 for helping me out and guiding me through the process of updating my phone.
Are you a developer or want to become a developer in the future? If yes then you might have heard about the Google Developer Account and uploading your Apps to Play Store etc.
But do you know that you can become a Developer for Huawei AppGallery as well and not only that, you can also become a Huawei Themes/Wallpaper Designer?
All you have to do is to apply for a Huawei Developer Account, you can do this by following my instructions:
1. First step is to register a Huawei ID.
To do this Go to -> https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/en/
Click on Register (To register your Huawei ID)
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Enter the required information in the Registration Form to create your new Huawei ID.
Click on the Register button once you are done.
That’s it, you have successfully created your Huawei ID
2. Login from your Huawei ID to Huawei Developer Console
If you are done creating your Huawei ID
Go to the following link: https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/en/
Click on “Console”
Enter your Huawei ID on the Login Page (Username & Password)
3. Following options will appear after you login for the first time through Huawei Developer Console:
If you are an individual, you have to click on the blue “Next” button in the Individual Tab. (I have created an individual account for myself therefore I will show you how to do it & skip the Enterprise account creation process)
4. After clicking the “Next” button, you have to provide correct personal information and as proof of your identity you will have to upload some identity verification documents (that includes driving license, passport, identity card, etc).
You have to upload 2 of the document in order to get verified (try to upload your documents that are in English, it will speed up the verification process)
5. Once you are done, accept the “Huawei Developer Privacy Policy” and “Huawei Developer Service Agreement” and after that click the “Submit” button
6. After this process your application will be forwarded for approval, normally it takes about 7 working days to get your application approved. (If you have provided correct personal information and uploaded correct identity verification documents)
7. Once your account is verified, you will receive the following email:
8. You can now login to your Huawei Developer Account and upon login you will see the following screen on Huawei Developer Console
Now you can start developing your Apps for Huawei AppGallery and designing your Themes for Huawei Themes Store.
Thanks for sharing the information
very useful
