Amazfit Bip U Pro disconnected phone notification? - Amazfit

Hi there,
I have a Honor band 6 that does remind me with a vibration that my smartband is getting far away from my phone (Bluetooth connection is lost). That's a cool feature, my friend likes it so much.
He is just about to buy an Amazfit Bip U Pro and can't find the information if this function is available or not.
Can somebody please check it for us?

hey there, i have one bipu pro and the tirth part app notify have a beta feature that is supost to do this, but for me dont work very well, it keeps giving me false alarms... i had an sony smartband that has this feature, and i miss this too, i hope they fix it soon

Thanks a lot for your reply! I've found another model, which both has GPS and this Bluetooth-disconnection notification (vibration) It's the GTS 4 mini. Hope that helps someone!

Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock using Gear Fit

Hey guys!
I got a Note 3 and a Gear Fit and I am trying to use the Fitness Tracker as intelligent alarm.
I mean like aXbo SleepPhaseAlarmClock. I also got Sleep as Android, but I don't want to have the smartphone in my bed, but I like the silent vibration alarm on the Gear Fit.
The similar app Sleep Genius with Gear Fit gives a parsing error at installation on my Note 3. I think this app should do what I need, but also not compatible with my old SGS2 with CM11.
Is there any solution you know? I am a good friend of google but it does not help me.
I just hope my english is partly correct =)

Im wanting to use Sleep Genius for Gear Fit also. I have the Note 2 & the play store says its not compatible - sounds stupid to me!
Im hoping someone has the APK for this app so I can use it anyway!
i wanted to try sleep genius for gear fit too...but it crashes after i launch the app from the fit.
i own a oneplus, maybe it's only for sammy mobiles?

Some apps and fitbit not compatible with p30 pro

I hope someone can help me?
Some apps (gesture plus, accu Battery, slim navigation, etc etc) won't work, not even after doing the exact instructions given by Huawei costumerservice, the app developers and "don't kill my app".
I've read on the internet that those solutions helps some, but not me and others.
My wife has the same problem (p30 pro not compatible with fitbit smaetwatch) and my father with his p30lite and AccuBattery as well.
Does somebody knows a solution for this?

Hello, can you give some more information about where you are running into an issue? Are you getting an error message somewhere along the process?
No, there are no false notifications.
The apps are unstable, the particular apps and fitbit work sometimes and sometimes not (all the other apps works fine).
For example fitbit, gesture plus and AccuBattery are unstable.
Navigation bar doesn't work anymore after turning on and off ultra battery saver.
Another developer (from slim navigation bar) told me there are more Huawei smartphones with this issue and don't know the solution for this.
I already went to the settings of the battery and apps and did the necessary changes Huawei costumer service and don't kill my app advices.
But still unstable (as well as by other people I've read on the internet. For some it works and for some not)
So I hoped some smartphone experts overhere did have the solution

hello to all guys, I purchased this new amazfit gtr because I read that it recorded atrial fibrillation, having some health data a little busted I really need it. opening the application and clock menu, but I can't find any settings about it, can anyone help me? thank you all from the heart

I'm sorry, but GTR doesn't have that function. At least, the global version.

Amazfit GTR 3 Pro questions

I love my new Amazfit GTR 3 Pro except for a few things.
I can't find a timer feature. There is a count down setting but it doesn't alarm at the end of the countdown. I used my old Versa as a timer all the time. Had anyone found a timer setting?
The watch calendar won't sync with (get data from) my Google calendar on my phone. Has anyone been able to pull data from their Android phone's Google calendar into the watch? I saw a review from GSMArena that stated they did this.
There doesn't seem to be a way to change notification or alarm tones. Unless I missed a setting some where.
I also noticed it is quite picky about song file formats. It won't recognize some some that I have ripped.

Well, I guess my countdown is broken. I have the notificaton sound and vibrate setup already. I don't get an alarm or vibration when the countdown is done and sometimes the countdown will stop a 1 second and not finish. I have to use the alarm function and create an alarm with the amount of time that I need.
I've rebooted the watch but that didn't fix my countdown issue.
That doesn't sound good. If a factory reset doesn't fix the problem then a return is your only option I guess. Good luck!
Hi, guys. I'm currently staying in China and bought GTR 3 Pro. I chose China as a region in Zepp app as well. To my big surprise the watch is fully Chinese lang. I couldn't find any option to switch over to Eng neither in Zepp nor in watch settings. Any workaround?

In the Zepp app under watchsettings you have "system language". Here you can change the watch language.

There is no such option, mate. I know it should be and where to find - nothing in there, nor in watch itself.
When I set up my watch I didn't have an option to set up region. I could choose between a bunch of languages and I chose “follow phone language (Swedish). Since the watch doesn't support Swedish it automatically chose English. Didn't you have that option during setup?

I set up a region while registering in the Zepp app. When was setting up the watch itself I didn't have any requests to follow device's lang or anything lang changing related. I contacted a customer support, they said it's a domestic version and it can't be set into any other lang but Chinese. Which is weird.

Yeah, have already applied for it. Here in China when you buy something there is a rule of 7 days no reason return. Amazfit representatives told me that I need to order it from Amazon haha

Amazfit Zepp app doesn't show watch faces in the store, and Alexa doesn't work on my new GTR 3Pro unless my phone is connected to an external WiFi network! Everything was fine with my Amazfit GTS 2 watch! 4g and 5g is receiving data just fine as always! Any thoughts?

I bought this smartwatch and I configured it using Poco X3 NFC and Zepp app.
In Bluetooth I see 2 device:
Amazfit GTR 3 Pro and Amaxfit GTR 3 Pro-2E08
Why so? Do you have this double BT connection too?
the trouble is that when I turn on the BT only the first automatically connect to app, for the other (2E08) I've to connect manually.

First bluetooth is to connected the watch to the phone (zepp) and the second one is to connect the watch to answer to the calls. You can accept the first only or both of them.
I've got the answer from support team:

So we have to wait for new updates

The problem is that when I connect the Gtr, the BT for answer to the calls, do not connect automatically, and I've do this manually.
Is it normal or it's a bug?

I don't use anymore the Bt answer, is very energy intensive. But the few days i used it, the second bluetooth connection was automatic for me.

Amazfit GTR 3 Pro - ios16 BT calling issue

Hi,
I use iPhone 13 mini with the Amazfit GTR3 Pro watch. I've update the phone for the new iOS16 just now. After update, on the watch the Bluetooth calling isn't working. The notification is working flawlessly. I've tried everything, but no sucess. Factory reset, BT connection delete, BT re-pair.... The two BT connection between the phone and the clock are exist, but the phone calling and recieving aren't working. "Bluetooth calling disabled." I am alone with this problem? Is there any solution for work the BT call on watch again? Thanks!

Thanks for your answer! Much better now. I wrote for the support team. He promised they will fix this issue till end of the month. I hope them though September.

It is not a good sign if the Amazfit support team is not aware of the current version number of the ZEPP app.
