Let me start by saying this is my first post and I hope its in the right place. I am a complete Noob to this but will say I love this ROM.
I have two questions,
1) When waking my phone (hitting power button) I get a google search screen instead of my home screen, is there a way to change that to go right to my home screen?
2) Can I USB Tether my phone instead of wireless hot spotting it? I keep trying but cant seem to get past it trying to install Moto cast every time. Wireless hot spotting does work but I would like to get wired tethering working. I have tried to go to storage and turn off auto install which I believe would fix Moto cast trying to install but there is no option that I can find. So basically when I try to check the USB tethering a window pops up on my computer trying to get me to install Moto Cast which already is. I have also tried this with my phones storage mounted and unmounted.
Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.
Facing a weird problem in my new Moto E, whenever i put it on Vibration mode.. it switches to Silent (no vibration) mode by itself after some time.
Because the phone is not vibrating i've missed some important calls, it is not always possible to put the phone in normal mode.
Anyone else facing the same problem?
What should be done? as it is a very serious issue regarding to my work. Plz help!

try resetting your phone and see
Maybe it's got something to do with moto Assist. Check the app and the notification bar for any updates of the phone goes silent.

u need to ensure phone is in locked mode when u keep in pocket. ...many calls has been sent from my phone which i dont know myself...I think the button or touch display is active and random clicks on it is the culprit. ...ensure to lock screen by the power button when you keep it in ur pocket...
Here's the case.
The 6S Edge with no Samsung or Google account set up.
One day the FP just stopped recognizing the finger, so I am officially locked out.
Photo content on device is precious and has to be rescued, pulled out.
Need a solution to carry this out without tripping the KNOX and if possible saving stock ROM.
How can I do that with minimum fancy?

When you set up your fingerprint you had to setup pin code. Use that to access your phone.
I found this video that will be helpful to you. FTM mode on our phone is called Download mode. Power-Home-Volume Down to get in to it then Volume up.

Can any one answer why when on a phone call if I want to open another application it just causes the phone to go in a strange loop like its trying to run a lock screen very strange ?
Hi all,
I have had this a few times and Re set my phone to get around it... But this time I'm pretty sure I saw a notification saying enabled before it happened again.
I took a screen recording because I know people will say the volume is low and suggest apps to increase it... This ISN'T the problem...
I know resetting will solve it but want to know if its necessary.
