Hi, I have a big problem.
I recently update my mobile to kitkat, but the whatsapp photos, camera photos are in the phone memory and I doesn´t see it :crying::crying:
I lose all of them... I use diskdigger and undeleter but it doesn´t recover any photo.. and there were about 3000.
(I update to kitkat by flashing it)

If you haven't got a nandroid backup or even a normal backup, then there's no other way to retrieve your lost files! And I guess there was a ton of warns about backing up your system before modifying it. (Next time don't do it)
As for an alternative solution, can't you get those images back from other chatters' devices?

But there are too many photos...
I make a hard reset, but if I go back to JellyBean and use the Mass Storage with a Pc tool like Recuva or another can be useful? or its imposible?
Atleast some pics should be recoverable this way.
But the more you do resets and data writing, lesser would be the chances of recovery

due to an emergency i had to factory reset my s9+, i forgot to backup the files in the secure folder, some pictures, videos and documents. these are personal files, that are very important for me.
is there any way to recover them? unfortunately i didnt back them up earlierer....
i have nearly 0 hope to do so and xda developers site is most likely my last chance, i hope you guys can help me to get some files back.
btw: theres no backup in clouds or whatsoever

i know the files are encrypted, but in case a recovery is possible, i am the owner and know the pin/passcode
My wife uses Quick Memo+ on a LG G5 to record memories of our children (funny things they say/do, etc.)
Tonight she says it got uninstalled somehow and is very upset that she lost all those memories.
Is there any way to re-install it? Would she get her memos back?
Is there some other way we can recover the files somehow?

If your phone is rooted, you can use Disk Digger Pro to recover them. Another way would be trying to look in /sdcard/android/data/com.lge.qmemoplus: if she uninstalled the app in ADB using -k flag, you can recover all the media files created with QMemo+ in that folder. If you are looking also for written data, you may look for it in /data/data/com.lge.qmemoplus/databases/qmemoplus.db.
In the case she used the -k flag, and ONLY in that case, reinstalling the app will give you back your photos, but you have to be sure it is exactly the same version you had installed, because different versions use different database formats.
I accidentally deleted the "whatsapp database crypt" from my phone.
I don't have root, and i just have tried several programs (dr. fone, anymp4, android recovery, etc...) and some of them maybe have to recover if the phone is rooted. (don't test)
And i also tried to root my phone Moto G4 Play, but don't have sucess.
It's really possible to recover this file? I just need some really important notes of my 'Honor' in college.
