Hi,
I have problem with my XDA O2. The XDA O2 is too slow.
When I pressed the soft reset button,
the XDA O2 won't start or still at the main screen (O2 logo with bubbles).
Even now I'm still waiting for my XDA O2 to get to the desktop (on PC we called it desktop).
I don't know what must I do to make it fast again.

Hi, I'm new to the forum and to android. I acquired. A dell streak off Craigslist with froyo v_1.6 by dj steve. Baseband 00-us. Phone works great with no sim card installed and on wifi. With sim card in it freezes randomly to the point I have to take out the battery to get it to turn off or the home menu and back buttons will flash a few times to reboot and then freeze. iv been ripped off and the previous owner will not respond. Can someone help? I can paypal money if needed or if your in the springfield il area I will come to you.

The only thing I have figured out is if I switched the network mode to gsm only it wont freeze. But if its on wcdma and im on hspa the phone freezes everytime. Explanations?

Hey I am having the same problem, how did you fix it? I have a white dell streak with the official 2.2 update. I switched SIM's and it freezes 1 min after start up every singe time.

Don't be bitter for lack of help, sometimes people don't have experience with specific problem or don't have helpful ideas, so they usually don't post a thing. That does not mean that you will not get any help next time...
Has anyone got touch to talk working on a O2 UK sim? I've rang O2 and asked them to send my MSISDN number to my phone but they have no idea what i'm on about. Is there anyway I can program this on my sim myself?
I understand I can use touch to talk through facebook but I would prefer the other method.

When i insert a charger or usg into my vibrant ,it shuts off , when i unplug it turns on back , what could be the problem

Only other issue to, skype doesnt sign in , android 2.1 update 1 , but cant update caus phone turns off when you insert usb

soo ill post on this one instead of a new post im having the same issue cant plug it in or it turns off help plz!
i recently got a text from orange saying that i was now on EE and when i restarted my phone, It would display the EE. So i restarted my phone and it didnt display EE. So i decided to go back to the samsung stock rom and it displayed the EE network then but i wasnt to happy with stock so i decided to install cm10 nightly, but now it wont display EE on my phone it just displays T-Mobile.
Im completely baffled about this, Any idea's on why this is? and how to change it ?
It musnt display on custom roms.Im in the same boat....but I dont care.
Its the same with network selection.There is no "option" to use t-mobile orange-only t-mobile or orange.

I have been running CM10 nightlies for about the last 3 weeks.
Upon restarting my phone after receiving the text, I have been on EE for about a week. I don't know if this info helps. I may just be pointing out that EE network is OK with CM10.

Is it faster? I got orange contract sim but using o2 at mo.

Had the same from T-mobile but it worked for me. Restarted phone and I'm now on the EE network and I'm running a custom rom.

Doesn't seem to be any faster. Did a speed test and got about 1.1Mbps up and down.
