ActiveSync 4 and install of Windows 2005 *FIXED!!!! - MDA II, XDA II, 2060 ROM Development

I have a problem with installing Windows 2005 on my pocketpc
Now there is Windows 2003SE on it.
Steps:
I installed Microsoft ActiveSync 4 and rebooted my computer.
Than i downloaded Windows 2005 (wm2005_.zip)
I set my Qtek2020 in the cradle (Power ON) and ActiveSync recognized my device.

I open HimaUpdgradeUt.exe and he says he's going to update to rom type 1.50f
When i press the button "Upgrade" he's giving me a popup for about 5min:
After that the install begin but he's only saying 0%
Than after about 1 or 2 minutes he is saying:
And i am disconnected with ActiveSync, if i but put device again in the cradle he's connecting and directly disconnecting.
System Info:
Windows XP Prof. Service Pack 2
Microsoft ActiveSync version 4.0.0 (Build 4328)
Rom version: 2.06.00WWE
Rom date: 06/14/04
Radio version: 1.18.00
Protocol version: 1337.38
ExtRom version: Diamond 1.2se
When i do this i don't have him in boot reset, that's OK ?

Yesterday I performed my upgrade to WM2005 and the first time I got that exact same problem! I noticed that if I try to perform the upgrade using my Notebook it fails because I don't have my Pocket PC Power Supply connected (I left it at home), so I performed the upgrade through my Desktop PC instead even without using a power supply, just make sure to connect the cradle directly to the PC and don't use a USB HUB so you have enough power on the cradle to power the device. But you'll be safer if you use the Power Supply as stated on the first warning on the upgrade proceudre.
Then make sure you erase your STORAGE and Exteded ROM under Windows Mobile 2003 SE. It seems like WM2005 makes use of those memory partitions and if they are not empty you will run into some problems later, so make sure you erase them first. If you don't have an Extended ROM partition you will have to unhide it and unprotect it first. Search this forums for the application to unlock and unhide it.
Then you need to put your Pocket PC in BOOTLOADER MODE by pressing the POWER, ACTION, SOFT RESET. (The Action button is the middle of the big round DPad or joystick). Then when you see the SERIAL screen, place your device on the cradle and perform the upgrade.
Be aware that once you have WM2005 installed on your PPC, you will no longer be able to use Activesync through the Cradle (USB), so make sure you have a Bluetooth dongle installed on your PC to synchronize your data.

U need to patch the nbf files first... also check whether upgrading in bootloader mode works (i.e. pressing power +
stylus-reset + middle round buttton at once)

When i put the device in Boot loader, then i see Serial and something else.
But when i put him in the cradle he says USB and something else(the same).
And the setup is not completing.
If i want to setup a bluetooth connections with ActiveSync he's not responsing (active sync).
I readed much of tutorials and help files, but all not worken.. I think it's Active Sync 4!!! Can't i install Windows 2005 with an older version of Active Sync??

Upgrade with the older activesync version 3.8 etc. before installing version 4.0. This is what I did.

I think what's the problem is. I changed the operator in nk.nbf to 0².
I bought my Qtek 2020 at KPN Business Center.. Hope this will help some others :lol:
