hi
i have a qtek 2020 (ph10b) with "no gsm" at startup and when i try to flash the radio i get "error 114 : radio rom update error".
in "RUULog.log" i get

check operator
check your radio rom is from yeor operator o2 cdl etc
you can do that with the rom editor
they must mach i think the system and the radio rom
you can edit it resave and reflash

I made a simple softreset and the xda ii stopped at the blue o2 screen with "No GSM, 1.60.00 GER"
A hardreset didn´t work.
So I pressed On/Off + Reset + Action-Button and
made a whole Update with the german rom update (it´s a german device) and when it came to erase the radio stack rom the update stopped with the message "Error 114: Radio Rom Update Error".
Then I used HimaUpgradeUt.exe and only the radio-file, but there was the same error-message.
What can I do now? Is there a way to erase and write the radio-rom or must I send the xda back to O2?

I Upgrade my O2 XDA II firm ware from ROM vesion 1.60.50WWE to 1.7.2.00 T-Mobile.
When upgrading to radio about 51% then has got a Error message ID 104 or 144 (I don't remember exacly) and guide include 4 step, summary access bootloader and reinstall.
I have reupgraded but received the same error.
after that I have downgraded the ROM vesion 1.60.50WWE but received the same error too.
Nowaday, My O2 can not start and I cann't doing any thing.
Help me.

can you still get the boot loader screen or it's completely dead ?
If you still can, try flashing another ROM but after modifying the country code
Nowaday My O22 have been working, but I only use it with PDA function, no Telephone. Because process upgrade ware not completed. I was access boot loader and try reupgrade ROM with only radio stack many time, but any time upgrade when proccess write radio stack about 50% then Error. Although proccess erase radio no problem. I was try many other version ROM but the same error. If reboot O2, I must wait 20 minute It can working.

Radio version:

ExtROM version:1.72.04
The boot loader version is 1.01
May have problem with hardware ?
Can have replace Flash ROM- Radio stack?

maybe it can work if you change your boot loader to 1.06
but now I haven't upgrade bootloader any time.

I try a lot of things, but, ....still no gsm
details:
first, all instalation (os, ext , radio) finished succesfull, but after reset I don't have any phone...
I try again, and the installer stop at radio (installing only the os and ext.)with message : press reset +power+directional... ant try again.... I try again but still same message apear

how do you mean "no GSM"? no signal? no phoneProgram?
what have you tried?

no radio, protocol and imei in device information

I have the phone program , but I can't communicate to SIM (no aplication installed, if i try to run Sim toolkit),
antena icon with "!" say "No service"
when I press the phine button, the program start but with large delay.
have you double check your language and operator for nk.nbf; ms_.nbf; and radio_.nbf with xda2nbftool.exe???

What did you do?
I think he only did the upgrade with a nk.nbf and ms_.nbf.
Frpm the messages I think he means the device says it doenst have the GSM functionality operational. Typically the result of upgrading without Radio.nbf
Get a good (1.17 / 1.18) Radio.nbf (set operator!!!) & try again

Oh My God i dont know how to upgrade the bootloader... i think the problem is your bootloader cuz its not updated.. it sgould be 1.06 and all of that will work fine.. i dont know how to upgrade the bootloeader...

My jasjam showing "no GSM" error after i upgrade it to shaps.4.22 & telestra & stain normal & Dvh-V-24 & Cic-13-
normal when those roms works about one year.I have (no gsm error & no protocol & no IMEI ) about one week.
I read many webpages in Xda-... & try many ways but steel have those errors.
My device os can boot(shap's 4.22 )

Try installing a shipped rom, you should be able to locate it in the wiki.
