The program XDAunlock doesn't get then unlock code (message: see above). What can I do?

Yes, I tried this program too, but it doesnt run, message: " 'XDA-developers-SER-v12' is not a valid pocket pc-program". My ROM-version is 3.14.16 GER.
With this ROM VErsion you can not use the unlock tool. You have to flash a new ROM to your device, or stay locked.
For flashing the XDA-Developers ROM, connect your Device via ActiveSync to your PC and run the XDA-developers-SER-v12.exe on your PC. That will flash a new ROm and on the first boot it will unlock your device....

I currently have the above using Rom verdion 3.16.32 ENG. I have tried downloading the unlock programme without succesess. I get the message 'not a valid Win 32 application' Can anyone help so Ican unlock this devise from o2 network

For unlocking I´m nearly 100% sure that you require a different ROM on your device. The unlock tool you have doanlooaded should be run on your Wallaby device....
But it requires the Wireless modem function in the ROM, and i think this is not available in your ROM. For unlocking you have to flash a new ROM.
Therefore download the Special Edition ROM
ftp://xda:[email protected]/Wallaby/ROM/Special/special_rom_1.2.exe.zip
Unzip the file, connect your device via ActiveSync to your PC and run the Exe file on your PC.
Than just folllow the instructions on the screen.....

I have An HTC (PM2oo) device locked to T-Mobile. It has code on it and i need to do simunlock on it. please help me. I also have HTC 2125 for sim unlock. I copied XDA sinlock exe. into the phone and ran it in the phone but no success.
I can flash any rom (via activesync) to my softbank X01HT (radio 1.14.01.10) but i cannot flash the Hard-SPL-V7 (error 260), the phone was lost connection with pc when enter bootloader.
I've already unlock SuperCID using HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a but the M3100v6Unlock cannot connect to the phone.
Pls help me. I've already purchased unlock file from imei-check and want to unlock my phone.

I've installed HardSPL and want now to flash a new ROM but no matter which I try none work. Each time I try to use a new room I get an ERROR 260 connection error. How can I avoid this?
I've tried following the service manual for the Touch dual which describes how to flash from an SD card but I've had no luck with that either.
I've read adn reread these forums and don't know what to do next. Any help appreciated.

First make sure that you phone is Niki
The bootloader says NIKI200, SPL-1.16.Hard, CPLD-4. The current ROM is 1.35.110.06 and is T-Mobile branded.
I used the HardSPL from JockeyW but have not used his CID unlock. Do I need to CID unlock to flash a new ROM?
The problem seems to come when I run any RUU. I start with my phone booted into Windows mobile and with an activesync connection to my pc. I run a RUU and follow the instructions. I get to the progress screen, my phone boots to the tricolor bootloader screen. There is no flashing progress and then the RUU says connection error 260.
How do I avoid the connection error? Do I need to change the activesync connection settings before running the ruu?
try flash from bootloader (power off device, press'n'hold camera button, power on device) and run RUU utility
I can flash CE rom, but can not flash radio,
when flash radio , prompt "Error 114: Radio Rom Update error".

It seems that this pnewbootloader is wrote for xda1/wallaby, not for xda2/himalaya, since wallaby got bootloader version 5.15/5.17.

in the half of flashing my pc goes off
and phone cant flash now.
i cant do HSPL for write any rom .so i need to flash official rom but i cant find that.
Now phone can go in bootloader mode but cant turn on fully and hang on windows logo.
When i go in bootloader is same this

you must hard reset device and try to Flash ROM again ,,,

I also try many rom from there and all of them have a Invalid Vender ID error

But it cant find device
The Update Utility cannot connect to your PDA
But when i have flash rom it flashed and come out of flash in 1% and invalid id error
