Just the rear sticker is impotant. You have PW10B device.
This device is just capable of 900/1900 MHz networks.

That's curious. PW10A-models are for 900/1800 MHz and the Radio Stack 6.14 is for PW10B-models and 900/1900. Are you sure, that it is a PW10A model?
If you search manauly for a network, do you get any network?

NO I DONT have any network if i search it manualy
You could try setting your band frequency manually.
Enter bootloader by holding Power button and doing a soft reset (PAy Attention, that's like a hard reset. All data on your device will get lost....)
Now pressing the right button, with the little calendar printed on it (called App1 by the device). Now the device displays:
UTILITIES
=============
DEBUG/CALI.
GSM TURN ON
GSM TURN OFF
GSM RESET
GSM 900
GSM 1900
GSM 900/1800
GSM RFCAL
GSM NORMAL
Select the correct frequency, depending on your model.
Make a soft reset to exit bootloader....
Stefan
maybe you should make a bigger warrning in your kitchen
about 900/1900 and 900/1800 radiostack picking

But Radiostack is independent of the ROM....
So, what would you suggest to write as warning?

Check the rear sticker of you´re device.
If it´s a PW10A then 900/1800, if it´s a PW10B than it´s a 900/1900.
Do not trust the output of the os....

Different names are no problem.
It depends on what rear sticker say. So you have a PW10B device. Tehreforen 4.xx Radio Versions do not work try the 6.xx
Also you have to ensure your provider works either on 900 or 1900 MHz....

Dear Mr. Stefan,
i really need advice ...
thank you.
PW10B devices require 6.xx RSU-Version. You should You should then also fix the bandwith to 900 MHz in Bootloader
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=ChangingBandsWithBootloader
RSU Version can be found on www.romkitchen.de/tools/
The displaying of PW10A in your system depends on the ROM and is complete unimportant.....
Stefan
now is fixed

In pakistan network bands is 900mhz and 1800mhz.
You can try this one:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=ChangingBandsWithBootloader
But pay attention. Entering Bootloader causes a hard reset. All data on the device will be lost.
