By a mistake i run the file HimaClearJumpCode on my himalaya. But i can't run HimaUpgradeUt_noID.exe, i think that does not connect with the pda... it says to disconect and make a reset and plug in again.
But only shows on the pda screen USB and V. 1.06...
Can please somebody help me in this problem?

I'm sorry for the typical question and thread!I did everything but without result,
for this reason i've decided to make a post
so as i said on title i'm stuck on boot screen,to let you understand
the screen with 4 colors,red,green,blue,white.Now here the point,it seems that i can't resume my phone
from that screen!I've tried as is written here "format a microSD card with FAT32
extract the .NBH file from the rom image you like
rename the .NBH to HERMIMG.NBH and copy it to your microSD card
put microSD card in phone and start it in bootloader (hold Ok button on left side and POWER button at same time and stick with stylus in RESET on bottom)
confirm flashing on screen" but it was useless,nothing happend,when i push the left button ok
and at the same time power and soft reset,the screen change color become gray and appear a write "Loading...."and some numbers above 00068002
to return invain at the beginning screen.I don't know what i wrong and if is there another way to resume it,obviously my activesync don't work.
Here others informations if it can be useful for someone about my boot screen
Red stripe there's written: HERM200 I PL-1.01
HERM200 SPL-1.11
White stripe: Serial
does anyone had my same problem???

Try flashing from the computer - just start with the phone in Bootloader mode, select force using SSPL and flash whatever ROM you like. Give it a try.

Check the following:
1.The PDA Phone is connected to the USB cradle/cable.
2.The USB cradle/cable is connected to the PC.
Now how can i fix this problem????

This should switch to USB once you plug it in...
Give us a little more info now please:
* what file are you trying to flash
* what RUU are you using
* have you tried connecting with mtty (if you get in, try task 28)
* have you trried hard reset
Just to be clear on my previous post...
1. Put phone in BL mode
2. NOW plug phone into computer (that order is important)
*Phone should now say USB*
3. Launch CustomRUU (should not be a retail RUU)
4. Flash

-regarding the RUU i don't have any idea about it!
-Can u post the right RUU that i should use please?
-Never tryed mtty
-Yes i've tried with hard reset but without result,it send me back to the boot screen

Use the RUU file from THIS THREAD
Get the nbh file
Drop it into a folder with the RUU
Launch the RUU
Whichever nbh is ok???

Alright - lets try a task 28 with mtty
You will need to find mtty first (should be a link in the wiki or use search).
The tricky part is getting mtty to see the USB connection... I get it by doing the following
1. With the phone in BL mode and mtty closed, plug it in to the USB
2. Using ActiveSync, manuallyt tell it to check for connected devices (this will get it to start polling the ports)
3. While ActiveSync is still polling the ports, open mtty
4. Where it says connect using... or port... or something like that, you should find USB001 or something like that - something with USB in the name. If you don't see it - try steps 1-3 a few times.
Once you have seen the port, you can connect to the phone. The wiki has some instructions for getting to the USB prompt in mtty. Once you are there you want to issue the task 28. See if that helps.

first i was trying to upgrade system from O2
something goes wrong and ERROR showed
and i could only my xda in bootloader on
then i was trying to upgrade rom bootloader by mitty
i`ve done this steps :
you will lose all data on your device, and your sd-card, so make a backup first*
make sure there is no sd-card in your device.
boot your device into bootloader mode
by holding down the big action/navigator button together with the power button, and hard-resetting with the pen at the same time
now the display should say 'serial' and the bootloader version.
insert a blank sd-card
put your device in it's cradle
start mtty.exe
select 'usb' as the port in the mtty program.
type the followint command into the mtty window
d2s 60000000 00300000
this will write your radio rom to the sd-card
the last step takes very long and my pc hang up
so i treied to do the same once again but mtty showed me "usb port could not open"
and i dont know what to do know???

i have same problem...
Yes my xda-II change status from SERIAL to USB.
but in PC my xda-II detected as UNKNOWN DEVICE,
so i can't run FLASHTOOL.
i just hope if flashing to be run from sd-card
mine did that once so i rebooted and or changed usb port

I did it, and tried to about 3 PC's winXP SP2,
and still detected as Unknown Device, i think its connector problem or hardware error

I have a qtek 9100 and when i put in usb cable, nothing appears, don´t connect with my computer, still unreconized.
Maybe it is the ROM problem, my SO is wm05, i want to upgrade the ROM but i can´t stabilish connection.
Can anyone help me?

Nopes !
it's not a Rom problem,but other factors like,which windows is on your pc,winXP or winVista ? and which software are you using to synchronize with ?
1. if its winXp use Activesync 4.5 but if winVista download and use Windows Mobile Device.
2.Check your usb cable,it might be faulty or mini usb port of the phone is damaged.
To flash a rom,its not required to establish connection through Activesync,you can flash a rom if usb cable establishes connection with your phone and pc.
To verify the connection of usb,get your phone in bootloaders mode (tricolor screen) and connect your phone with pc via usb cable,watch small usb appear at the bottom of the bootloaders (tricolor screen),if it appears, then you're good to go and flash the Rom.But if it doesn't,then you got a connection problem,either replace the usb cable and check again or get the mini usb port repaired.

Hi! I tryed te fash my niki 200 with original rom! The flash is stopes to 42% and now i have boot mode with this message "Upgrade ROM code error! Please try again". I can not conect again to usb because i received message :"usb device not recognized". Mtty can not conect because i received the same message! There is another metod de make this device?
Have you flashed HardSPL?
Put your device into bootloader (hold b oth Camera and Power button while performing a Softreset via Stylus) and now you can theoretically flash your Provider ROM!
After that your device will work again!
I have not flashed hardspl! If i put the Niki in boot mode, show only "serial" on the screen with usb cable pluged and PC says "usb device not recocnized"!
Flashing in bootloader mode doesn't requires an ActiveSync connection so ignore it and start the ROM Upgrade! It's working, believe me! I've flashed my Niki with this method hundred of times!
I tryed to flash my niki in bootmood, but not working "error 260:conection"! My computer not recocnized my device (with or without activesync)!!!In bootmode on screen show "serial" and when i pluged the cable nothing happend (must see on screen:USB)! This is my problem!!! The computer does not alocate to my device a com port(USB). The same problem with MTTY (no USB poet detected). You understand me?
Maybe your USB drivers screwed up.
Trie with an other PC, this helped me one time.

Hi guys,
I want to root my phone so I downloaded the fastboot and usb-drivers and set it in a folder named 'fastboot' on the desktop.
Now tell me what I'm doing wrong:
I connect the usb-cable with the phone (NOT the pc)
Then I connect the phone with Vol+ pressed and hold it, blue LED lights up but when I point it to install the drivers it says 'drivers could not be installed' and ive already read to do it very quickly but still no success.
Please help me!
Should I do it with flashtool?? (its still downloading, so ive not tried it yet)
