I downgrade SPL 1.01 MFG and the MDA VARIo 2 Cid is locked and stop the boot in welkom screen.
And I flash any rom the PC say Update error and the pda not conected the pc.But the bootloader is an USB and the ruu is verifying the pda and the 0% is stop the error.
I presume you don't do any sort of job that requires you to write.
I can't understand what the hell you're trying to say.
Review the wiki on how to flash from the MICROSD card; that always works (but of course, now that I said that, it will fail..).

Hi i have a Cingular 8525 and ran cid unlocker and bootlogger 1.0. i tried to install just radio upgrade 1.34 and it gets to 95 percent and i get an error message (three times) tried hard reset and it continues to go back to the bootlogger mode.
ther is a 4 color screen
herm100
IPL-1.00
herm100 MFG
SPL-1.01
Did i brick the phone, i tried running bootlogger again to no avail.

U may need install a special Bootloader 1.01 MFG!

To install radio upgrades, you need Bootloader 1.04. 1.01MFG won't do radio images.
Upgrade to 1.04 and then flash again.

use mtty to upgrade your bootloader to 1.04, then re-flash
also, are you using the standard Hermes RUU to update? or the Magician MaUpgradeUt to upgrade the radio?

You should have Radio 1.27 after that.

since i'm stuck in bootloader mode, how can i use the ruu update utility ?
i'm getting connectiong failed and only option is to exit utility
any ideas ?
if u are in bootloader connect the usb cable and the phone should say usb at the bottom, just open up the ruu update and it should work just fine

re-edit: crashed at 11% - invalid command error 290... RUU encountered a communication error
recovery
at 11%, titan reset and went back into bootloader mode, RUU crashed but gave option for recovery which was "successful"
retried the same RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.56.651.0_RS_3.42.02_SPCS2.04_PPST_0619_Ship.exe
and crashed again at 11%
i think i killed my phone
i can't seem to do anything, not the telus wm6.0 ruu nor the one stated earlier...
is there a way i can revert to my previous SPL 1.04 ?

got my telus wm6 to run and then decided to up to olipro 2.40
now it won't got past second splash...
radio is 1.32, rom is dcd 3.2.5
now from my understanding of what i've been reading is that i need to revert to olipro 1.20 to be able to flash my radio
and i can't do that since i can't get activesync.
any ideas ?
Get a SD card. Go to WIKI and following reverting to Stock. Then start over on flashing. I have done as you did and fixed the phone.
your phone sounds jacked up, how long is it stalling at 11%, r u giving it decent enough time?

let it run for at least 20 minutes before deciding it crashed...after 1st boot softreset before letting it run any customizations
My Htc hermes phone keep turning off and on after i upgraded it to rom 3.54.07.06. that i downloaded from a thread on this site. I did the Power+OK+softrest and got the 3 color screen its shows IPL 1.01 and SPL 1.40 Oilpro . and connected to my computer but my computer isnt snycing withmy phone or anything plz help me T~T

You can also try to flash from the SD Card:

Though I'd try to upgrade the SPL(1.40) to Hard SPL V7 (2.10) first.
Try connecting the Hermes to the pc after 1st making sure to untick "Allow USB connections" in activesync, put the Hermes in bootloader and run the RUU_Wrapper.exe for Hard SPL V7. After this you should be able to use the sd card method to flash your Hermes with any rom. You used an early Hard SPL that is unsafe to try sd card flashing with... Live and learn...

SD card flash....
1. Format 2Gb or less card FAT32. Copy .nbh file onto it and rename hermimg.nbh.
2. Insert sd card into Hermes and reset to bootloader.
3. Follow prompts...
If you are using the unaltered ROM, the radio part may take awhile to flash - DON'T RESET... This may cause irrecoverable errors in the radio rom causing you to have a permanent brick...

This may not work, that means you're looking at a permanent brick. You may be able to flash an OS only rom on but you won't be able to use the phone anymore.
How do I update hardSPL to a new version? i currently have 1.16 and want to upgrade too 1.22
i tried using somthing called uspl but that didnt help it still says SPL 1.16 Hard on the bootloader

That's not really difficult : just flash th 1.22 the same way you flashed the old one !
Launch the SSPL on your phone : you'll have the tricolor screen.
Plug it using your USB cable, and launch the RUU with the harsSPL NBH.

I have been rying to change it but it still shows:

CPLD-4
The "sspl-1.16-nike.exe" (the kemit icon, when on the phone) must be on the phone and executed from the phone itself (gives the tri-color screen). after that you can start the 1.22 exe from your PC and flash the spl as described.
Don't forget to backup first, remove storagecard and SIM before doing all this.

If you're using XP - untick "Allow USB Connections" in activesync on pc. Put Hermes into bootloader and run the flash for Hard SPL V7. If this works then try an sd card flash for a different rom. No guarantees it will work but at this point, what have you got to loose?
