My Memory Card stop working after a while, if it is not in use. What could be the problem? I am using Imate Jamin, 195MHz,

Powermanagement, there is a resetting to fix this. I don't recall but you can use "search", it was posted"(again) only a few days ago.
if you mean by this
HKLM/Drivers/SDCARD/ClientDrivers/Class/SDMemory_Class/DisablePowerManagement change this value to 0. And try then.

Try this tweak as there is a power management option inside. ( thanks to XDA developers and Modaco)
( but did you make a hard reset to you device after flash? )
You should feel lucky that if someone may willing to offer help for nil return from you.

Hard reset NOT= remove the battery.....................
To clarify hard reset: it is a technique that wipes out all extra info, format your memory and start from a clean ROM again. This way you get rid of all corrupt files etc. Downside is you have to do all settings etc. again.
Removing battery is similar to a soft reset.
If you want to make a hard reset, in your case the easy way is to go to
Settings>System>Clear Storage then, type 1,2,3,4 and tap "Yes".

My problem still not solved about memory card. I just wanna ask, whether it could be the problem of the Hardware. Actually my jamin is working good after installing W6.1 Korand 3.1, so thats why i don't wanna reinstall any new ROM.
I haven't experienced this problem with Korand 3.1, so it might be a hardware problem, although I would try changing the reg file and soft reseting again...

I'm having a problem with my T-Mobile (Wallaby), every time i put some data on the SD card, within 1-2 days all data is deleted by it self. I have:

This happens with ALL WM2003 ROMs, not only T-mobile, and there is no solution, except locking SD-card...
Calligrapher doesn't run on this Rom Ver. 6.0.7.0 Any ideas?
be more specific. How it cant run? Install properly? wat else SIP and Today Plugin did u install?

It says in the notes that there are several IMEs (pcm Keyboard...I think CE star) which do not work. On another thread about Chinese IMEs, they noted that most are not working. This is, to me, the worst part about this ROM... I may need to go to another rom because for whatever reason, non-default IMEs are not working.
Well...they sometimes work right after a soft reset...and then fail.
I have English Rom version O2 Xda Atom Pure! Calligrapher worked before on 0.3.0 and original roms. Just this rom won't work on!
try to install G4 SIP Tweak.cab make pcm keyboad as default SIP, it works for me....

Jiggs I know you are busy however I'd just see if there could be any work arounds so I can run Calligrapher. I have tried the suggested "sip change" programs mentioned and also tried sk tools etc. Only if you have time of course! I'd be very grateful. Thanks again for your wonderful work
I have just tested the latest version of caligrapher on my new build. It works perfectly
Caligrapher is cool, but the application is large

Calligrapher v8.5 works fine for me w/6M pagepool.
Calligrapher uses a LOT of memory. It seems to fail to run when you have too many today plugins (or a few using lots of memory). Here are the things to try:
1. Go to options and set Calligrapher to be the default SIP on reset.
2. Reset the device.
If it still doesn't work:
3. Disable ALL of your today plugins.
4. Reset the device.
If it works now, decide which today plugins you can't live without and turn them on one by one until Calligrapher stops working.
If it did not work, try SIPChange - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=271008.

I just loaded the Transformer 1.1 ROM onto my JAMin (Prophet), but to no avail (the SD card does not appear), same problem with TNT V5 OFFICIAL. What's going on??
Is it because i used Fantastic_b4_step1.rar for my temp rom, instead of the Prophet_PV_Temp.zip?
PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Really a lot has been written about this subject allready. In fact so much, that it is impossible to link all here.
You could try to use the search-option => advanced search to look for many interresting posts.
About your question: if you want to know if your problem is related whith your step1 RUU, just try another one. This is the how many of us have found solutions to our problems.
It is known that Fantastic uses some tricks in their step1, but then again, Transformer Upgrade.bat erases the ExtROM... Anyway, I have the best results by using an "official" NVID RUU as step1.

have somebody the same issue with the irus WM6.1 "build in" Encryption?
it does´t work. everytime i tick the checkbox the tickmark disappears when i hit the ok button . :-(

did you try hard reset, because mine works just fine . i dunno about others in here
What rom are you running and did you perform a Hard Reset after installing the current rom?
The HR after an upgrade may seem trivial but it can eliminate many issues and is considered a "Best Pratice".

I am using the irus full WM6.1 Rom.
I have tried several times a hardreset and also the irus 6.1 Vanilla - but it didn´t work. I have tried the original T-MO WM6 and it works fine but the rest of this Rom is ****. I want to use the irus rom with a working built in encryption. i don´t want to use other encryption software but i want my data to be encryptet :-(
Well i can't comment on the current Irus roms because I have not tried them, I also like to have encryption. I have been using the encryption option that is built in to Resco Explorer (One of my Must Have Apps) Not sure if this helps but it is a thought.

thanks - the resco explorer encryption is ok but i would prefer an on-the-fly encryption - the WinMobile built in encryption is also good because you don´t need a password and it is fast.

How to remove SD encryption when cooking a rom? -- ANSWERED
I'm trying to use DogGuy's kitchen to build a rom based off of the new 3.56 sprint rom. Everything is working fine, except that the sd encryption gets all messed up -- I can not disable encryption! I go to the encryption option after flashing my newly cooked rom, and choose uncheck the encryption box then click ok. Then if I go back into the encryption setting, it shows encryption enabled! wtf??
Please help.
I found a reg edit that will fix this:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\Filters\ENCFilt]
'EncryptByDefault'=dword:0
I would still like to know how to remove encryption all together however, if anyone knows..
You may want to ask no2chem over at PPCGeeks, I know he removed it when he started working with WinMo 6.1 bases...
DCD also removed it from his ROMs..... either one can answer if they have the time....
