after installing any of the new roms my phone constantly crashes, and i dont know why...
is there a way to pull up an error log? or someone who would know how to stop it from crashing?
ive tried, DCD 2.1, and nueROM v2, they both crash on me.
searched around, and it said i need to use a relocker after flashing the custom rom?

Have you thought about searching for the term...relocker...? Just a guess.
actually i searched "titan relocker"...
and im actually wanting someone to confirm that could be the problem before i waste another 40 minutes of my life.

Yes, yes I am. I had the same problem day one. If the SPL doesn't match up right, your phone will freeze minute or two after it starts up. Mine would not as long as a USB cable was plugged in. Try using this.

*Sigh* Honest helpful suggestion...don't mess with you're phone anymore. It was written in quite a few threads that Windows Vista is harder to do certain things with and will need special drivers.

I'm really desperate cause I've already tried to upgrade for some days...
So if anyone knows how to fix that plz write =D English and German are okay with me

Thanks for posting, but as I already told you: I did my research...
So I already tried different FlashingTools, like ProphetTools etc.
When I SoftSPL, I get to the whitescreen but i cannot make my pc recognize the phone at my usb-port.
When I enter the 3-Colored-Screen manually it shows the usb-connectivity, but I cannot update the ROM...
There was a way (I cannot remember anymore which way I did it, cause I really tried very often) I entered the 3-Colored-Screen and there was "RUU" written in the right upper corner of the screen. But then again the connectivity doesn't work...
Also tried different usb-ports and cables...
I could say that I'm feeling like a weirdo, cause upgrading a rom seems easy and still makes my day miserable xD

Didn't see the "Lazy_Tool" at the first glance, but now after trying I still get the same error...

Realized that the error-code could be useful^^ --> "Error[260]: Update Error" (Sth like that^^)

OK, rephrasing: the problem I had with my phone was that while a ROM update was running the phone would restart and I got the same error you did.
It turned out the battery was at fault, after replacing it with a new one - it works great.
If u do as dioxda2 says all should be fine. He is right in saying 260 is a connection error. That means unplugging all usb devices out of ur machine. It also means disabling all other connection software, like my raspberry program that display device screen when active sync'd. I always disable my anti virus and firewall (make sure ur not connected to internet at time).
i always ensure that the flashing tool is on the root drive, not in many folders (so place flash tool direct on ur main hard drive in its folder as uve unzipped) this itself can cuase connection errors. Ensure battery is 50% min too.

First of all, I must say that I tried almost every solution to resurrect my device, but I've failed.
Yesterday I decided to update the ROM on my TG01, so I downloaded a 6.5 Lite ROM, and used the PIN method as usual. But the device stucked in the black screen, so I removed the battery and linked the PINs again. WTF?! What I see is, only a black screen, no icons, nor logo.
Tried to hard reset by pushing volume up+camera button+power button too, but the result was the same, device just vibrates, and the screen does not show anything except a blank black screen.
And am I the only one having problem with the TGTool? When I clicked on TGTool, it just opens and closes.
Need your help again, thanks in advance fellas.

Removing the battery in that situation is not recommended and it is possible you may have bricked the device. I would recommend reading up the posts in the ROM thread - one in particular by Lasarek, here.
Hopefully if you follow the advice, you will be successful in resurrecting your TG01; if not, then the only known cure is to send to the Toshiba service centre and get the MB replaced.

Just a couple of thoughts at this point...
- There are 2 versions of TGTool - Cedesmith updated with some minor changes from v1.2 to v1.3; best I can think of at this point is a) re-download the version you have tried (and try again) b) try the alternate version of TGTool.
- Also, it has been reported before that the process doesn't work on Windows 7 X64, but will do on eg. XP. What OS are you running on the host PC(s) ?

It seems that you're dealing with TGTool the wrong way
Creat a folder on desktop and name it TG01
Put inside tgtool, and Official rom, name it TG01.tsw
now press start menu, run, type cmd
type cd desktop/tg01
then type tgtool -dec tg01.tsw tg01.bin
and then you'll have tg01.bin necessary for tg downloader
download tg downloader from lasarek's post and follow instructions
NOTE: your PC should recognise your phone as tg download port
if not, then you have to send it to Toshiba service..

Hi, I'm sorry it's being temperamental. Megaupload normally works fine (and I can access other files I've loaded ther without any issues just now). There is though sometimes a delay between uploading and the file being readily accessible. Request you try again in a while or in the morning and see if you can d/l OK.

I have no direct knowledge of the T01a, but there are several more specific threads which deal with this version of the device in the ROM forum. May be worth a slow browse through if you've not already done so ?

my htc hd2 is giving a white screen at the startup since today,
when I press volume down and start it shows this:

I can connect it through usb to the pc,
when trying to run hspl4 it gives me

Are you sure it does not say SPL 3.03.0000 lol just picking I know it does as there is no SPL 3.3.0000. Any way sounds like you may need to update your drivers. You can either go to control panel and device manager and find your phone click on it to make the device drop down then right click on the dropped down device and select update drivers and then select from the internet, or go and download the latest ActiveSynce or WMDC versions as the have the updated drivers.
If this does not work try changing USB ports, changing USB cables, or even change computers. Also are you right clicking on the HSPL.exe and selecting run as administrator?

Are you flashing using ActiveSynce or are manually putting your HD2 into bootloader and then flashing?
Try hspl2 (or 3 for tmous), I've seen once or twice where hspl4 fails for no known reason. (And vice versa,,, sometimes hspl4 works where hspl2/3 doesn't)

doesnt work with version 3 or 2 since my firmware is 3.03 he gives an error saying he doesnt find the firrmware

This is a long shot here but run a Task 29 and then while you do not have a ROM on the HD2 try to run the HSPL.exe as administrator agian. Be warned that any info that is not backed up or save will be lost when you run the Task 29, so if you do not want to do it I understand.

can also try downgrading the spl by flashing a correct but lower version stock rom, which would then allow you to try hspl2.
Of course, the quickest easiest (and often very successfull) thing to try would be a different PC. there are dozens of threads where people try everything for hours, no luck, but 2 minutes on a different machine and hspl is installed.

first time it did around 14% then gave an error message saying it was corrupt,

There is something that is not right here and I can not put my finger on it.
There is something not right hear but I can not put my finger on it. I got another digestion, but aftercthis one I think I am going to be tapped out. Take and run the HSPL 4 again but instead of flashing HSPL flash SPL 2.08.0000 and see if it will let you do that. If it will the you should be able to flash. SPL to it then.

Hey rpedro82, I have one more suggestion for you. Now if you don't want to try thisI totally understand as I would be a little leiry about doing it myself. Some of the other members here on XDA that have had the same issue as you of not being able to get past the splash screen and not able to flash anything. This is what they did, they toke and placed their HD2 in a sealed plastic bag and set it in the freezer for 10 to 20 minutes then as soon as they took it out they flashed their HD2. I think this helps for two reasons, one if you are having overheating issues it will of course help with that temperarily. Two cold makes things contract so if you are having a issue with the processor and the main board loading connection for whatever reason the cold allows them to restablish the connection at least temporarily.
put it in the freezer, then retried, still stays at 0%
aaarg, its so frustrating,

I try to put 1.42.HSPL with HSPL2_run so i can put beck stock rom but after that all thing is stuck...

I tried allmost of treath to find a way thru the flashing of kdz, but every time i stuck on 4% and after it stop and told me that i need to reconnect device, i reconnect it and the same result is came. So im frustrated from it. I had stock with root and cwm, but i make a mistake and install ota , i was bricked after it. So i was sitting 3 days behind my pc and searching how to repair it. I was done but with pacman rom. And now i can not get back stock.
Ressolved: try to download vmware workstation 10.0, into install windows xp sp3 eng . And this system you dont get this wparam error and phone modem set as cs_emergency

Hello friends i resolved it..... everything what i need was win xp sp3 eng verzion and vsb offline method and now i flashing ny phone.... im really happy that i done it now im on 47%.
ITS UNBELIVABLE THAT THE PRoblem is operation system with czech localozation....
You should try with lg mobile support tool, is an app for pc in the option recovery from update error , a lot of people told that thats how the make a brick device to take back to life
