I cant find this rom at google. My bad hands flush the 6.1 rom and forgot to unlock the cid. so right now the phone cant enter to the system. only RED DOPOD letter appear after switched on. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks a lot in advance
PS i am thinking that if i have the same rom as mine, i can flush it again using memory card, maybe it will work....

Her is my way
1. I´ve first try flashing a windows mobil 5 rom from my qtek 2020 on the m3100 for 2-3 times
2. then I´ve flas it with the new rom from Cingular ther are using bootloader 1,06..... and IT COME BACK ALIVE....
and if you have a HTC HERMES Then you just find a rom with you phons cid her

- Where did the Himalaya flashing process stopped?
- What did you see on the Hermes screen?

- Which rom did you exactly use? (post the ftp link of it please)
2) About your M3100
- Which CID does your hermes have? If it's a M3100 from UK, i guess it is ORANG001, right?
- Which ROM, radio rom and bootloader version did you have on your device when you fixed the problem?
If there's anything else I am missing and you think can be useful, please post it too...

I do not know what the flash didt to my hermes but it seems on usb monitor like it slowly after trying to flash the old 2020 rom 2-3 times went further and further in to the program. the screen turn silver and read USB like on the 2020. Every time it just stop (frozz).
Then I just try the new cirguler rom.

I don´t know what the original rom was I think it was on off the first orange releast I got it 20/7-2006

P.S. now my problem is that I can´t unlock the phone because imei-unlock do not suport bootload 1,06

It's ok, it was original rom from M3100... no problem, no need to upload anything.
If you have dead Hermes try to flash with Hermes_1.18.416.1_1.18.416.101_1.14.00.10_WWE_Ship.exe For me - it`s work.Regards

I have A SPV M3100 anyoane write same ... for unlock and new freez in "Windows mobile"
when i put in 3 color and i see:
"Herm100
IPL-1.01
Herm100
SPL-1.04"
And when is in 3 color and connect to PC ActivSync get error cannot recognize this device
i've installed diamond black 3.1 rom and tonight i changed registry with advanced config tool(its in this rom-i have changed system cache)....after soft reset device freeze at boot screen. hard reset doesn't work..."format failed"-this message only appers.i have entered bootloader and installed wizard love rom...didn't help. i think that registry messed up everything...how can i get back to old registry when i cannot make a hard reset?? my device is SPV M3000 G4 its CID unlocked.It's strange cause device is charging battery and i can enter the bootloader so i dont have a brick...but problems with hard reset and even wizard love rom couldnt help....can someone had this problem too??

yeah it went all good...i have instakked it without a problem 100% finished and as usual soft reset...but still freeze at boot screen...it drives me mad, i have tried almost everything and i dont know whats happening

i have tried everything...have installed 2 difrent wizard love roms and my htc wizard still freeze at boot screen...i can enter the bootloader and install roms but they are all stuck at bootscreen...my problem started when i changed system cache in my registry using advanced tool configuration ( BD 3.1). first after soft reset Wizard was frozen at windows screen, after hard reset it was hanging at touch screen config...i tried to hard reset again but i can only see info that "format failed"....what can i do now?? pleeeeaseeee help....

Polish SPL= the same as Dutch SPL.
Orange SPL = t-mobile SPL etc..
Only the version changes..
Operators cannot edit the SPL's, they have to use HTC's SPL's.
What only differs is the CID block, which will not be overwritten when flashing either IPL or SPL.
sooo...i tried to remove the HARDspl but i couldnt get into my wm cause device freeze at bootscreen so i have downloaded the spl nk.nbf for orange and flashed this file with RUU...i have now 2.18.0001 SPL but Dutch rom cannot be installed it shows some error INVALID ID or something like that...I dont think that polish and dutch roms are the same because i cannot flash this dutch rom...have u got any idea what i should do next?? its really annoying cause ive tried almost everything and still no progress....and i still dont know if i removed hardSPL with this method that i described...in order to flash an original rom do i have to go back to CID lock??
i tried to install NL Orange rom but its not working...i can only get message " INVALID VENDER ID" with other roms like T-MOBILE i get message "UPDATE ONLY" --try to get newer nk.nbf file...what should i do now??
Hi,, I have used shelltool to install TNT 6.1 from wizlove all went smooth
Then i decided to try a different radio so flashed 02.71.11 from o2.37.11
all went smooth no problem,, It wasnt a day and I had to get rid of 02.71.11
so tried flashing to others and ruu loses conection on staus bar and screen goes into the green red mode,, since then I have tried to do hard spl and it gets as far as the white screen and then ruu says lost connection
I cant seam to do anything now cant flash wiz love ether
help me please head is sore from reading too much

Try to charge your mobile with your original charger,
Then go to your bootloader, put in the USB Cable.
goto the site of your brand of phone... imate / qtek or whatelse...
download official WM5 ROM.
try to flash it again.
Also flash your radio rom to 02.19.21
I like 02.19.21, i think its the best radio-rom for prophet i ever used.
but that can be because i have Vodafone, dont know if its also the same with your provider...
but i should say, give it an try!
here you can download all Radio-Roms.
First of all, when u start flashing again to WM5/6 (doesn't matter what rom) always use HARD-SPL!
And i can advice you an good rom(although for me in case)

after a lot of search, finally I got here and read this post...
I encountered the same problem, and I think my phone is 80% dead!
My phone was unlocked, but carelessly, I didn't complete the hard-SPL flash procedure and flash a new ROM directly, so it is dead...
I downloaded an original Orange ROM, but process stopped @4%, and returned "INVALID VENDER ID". Is there anyway that I can flash a new ROM?
Now my phone can enter the rainbow screen only, and it reads:
ONBL 1.08.0000
SPL 1.08.0000
Any experts here can offer a solution? Can I flash rom via SD card, and how? Really really appreciate your help.

I just can't hide the excitement when I finally flashed a ROM back to my phone.
This model is already quite old. Not sure if anyone still encounter the same problem. Anyway, I'd like to share how I did it, just in case it still helps you.
The key point is called "HTC Goldcard". It is made of a normal Mini-SD card, but it helps you to get a super-CID in tri-color mode.
Google it to find more details, and I am sure you guy can work it out yourselves. You could PM me as well, if you understand my Chinglish
