Has anyone have experience with the standard Brando battery?
http://shop.brando.com.hk/pda-battery-htc-touch-hd-_p03374c0980d039.html
At $15.50 with $3 shipping, it seems to be the best deal from a reputable store.

2500mAh 3.7V Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery for HTC T8282/Touch HD
Who would like to buy a standard battery when there are 1500 or 1700 mAh ones available that are the same size as the original one? Please consider the biggest battery thread for more information

Hi,
are there stronger batteries for the Hermes device available?
Shipped one is about 1350mAh, maybe a third party offers 1900mAh.
I have seen a 1500 mAh ones, but I think some 3rd party battery manufacturers are a tad "optimistic" when they state their batteries capacity, so i dont know if they last much longer than the original battery.
There are indeed some compatible and HTC original batteries (same as for HTC Apache) with capacities up to 2800mAh, but there are no compatible battery covers for the Tytn yet, since the batteries need extra room, thus battery compartment extension.
3000mAh soon: http://www.lionbattery.com/description.php?noproduit=473
Boy! Can't wait til they come out with that one!
More Power More Power !
WOW They even have a 4800mAh now
http://www.lionbattery.com/description.php?noproduit=324
Could you imagine.. This would be a small heavy weapon sorta.. You could throw this and really hurt someone.. Just the weight of the unit with this power pack.. YIKES..
4800mAh is for Universal.
Mugen Power Netherlands rep say they are working hard on a same-size-as-original power battery with around 2000 mAh. Waiting for that one. Of course the price needs to be right, not 1/10 of the deviceĀ“s price.

i believe the one i bought is the same one as kramer11's but it's about the same size as original. seems slightly thicker but you won't notice the difference.
you probably won't notice the battery life difference either as it is only 150mah difference. i ended up purchasing a 3000mah one and have started using it from today. it makes the device thiker but it's a great stuff that comes with a replacement battery cover. recommended for anyone who wants longer battery life.
I dont understand why the hermes battery is twice the size as the htc wizard and is only 100mah more.
Anyone ?

Can you post some pics regarding how does this battery look on your TyTN? And how is that working out? Would really appreciate some more details .. Also, where did you buy it from?
How about this one?
http://www.boxwave.com/products/hig...ded-battery-htc-wizard-cingular-8125_1160.htm
It's for the 8125/Wizard
Would it work in the 8525 / TYTN?
--sorry some how i missed posting the link, how useful was this post?
Boxwave battery response
I requested that boxwave look into compatibility of the ElectraSpan Extended Battery (which allready works for the 8125/Wizard) for the 8525/TYTN.
The response I received from boxwave was they would look into the request but it depends on requests (demand) received as to how quickly they will develop/offer the new products.
So here is the link to request the extended battery for the 8525:
http://www.boxwave.com/community/request/request_model_103.htm
Fill in your name and email and then a quick note telling them you have the 8525/TYTN and hit submit. If enough of us request this battery they'll probably bump it up on their priority list.

Done. I used one under which I've ordered from them before, so maybe that'll pull a tiny bit more weight than a random e-mail address....

Boxwave shows it as available now
Interesting that they never bothered to tell me, but Boxwave is showing the extended battery on their site now:

Nice capacity (2500 mAh) but it blows away the same leather case they sell that I just got for my Cingular 8525 I'll wait for battery technology to get slimmer, thank you very much. In the meantime, I just acquired a second 1350 mAh battery so I can pop it in if needed.

That eBay Gold Batterie I never tested but I have one Gold Batterie that I buy in pixinf.com store and it is very good. It have almost two times the original battery duration. I recomend. :good:
I think are fake gold batteries in the ebay and other sellers. Is better you try to find a reliable shop.

Hey guys just wondering if anyone has bought any extras extended mah batteries... Looks like there some 3500mah on eBay and even some 3800mah.. Is there any risk to using these off brand batteries and has anyone bought some? Let me know thanks
I'd be very leery of any battery not blessed by the manufacturer, bad things can happen http://www.myfoxdfw.com/story/26109226/on-your-side-samsung-cell-phone-fire

I would either wait for a company like Anker or Zerolemon to come out with their batteries or get an OEM LG Battery.
I picked up a cheaper 3000mah 3.7v Battery off eBay and it's totally junk. It drains so fast it's completely useless and I tossed it.
Stick to what you know is a good Battery itts not worth it.

This piqued my curiosity so I checked out eBay. They don't appear to include any sort of custom back so I would surmise they're the same size as the original battery. I would still be skeptical of these but if you buy one be sure to give us your review.

Hi,
This is not an accessory for the nexus 6 exclusive, but it seems like a very good deal: The Jackery Giant+ 12000mAh external battery is 100$ off on amazon.
Current prize: 29,99$
Normal price: 129,99$
Has anyone here made experiences with this device? Can you recommend it? Is it worth it?
Here the link to the product: http://amzn.to/1vxmTfk
That list price is ridiculous.... It's probably not even worth the $29

http://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00BQ5KHJW - Anker 13,000 mAH battery bank - $29.99
http://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00N2T7U90 - Anker 16,000 mAH battery bank - $39.99
So, uh, no... it is not worth the $29. Also, you should check out the price of that thing since it came out... it has been $40 for months now and was never higher than $70.

Why are so many people promoting this? Did they do a mass marketing campaign and pay people to do this? It sure seems like it... There are TONS of Battery banks that are the same size or bigger and even some from reputable manufactures that cost the same or less on the daily... (ANKER 13000mah 29.99 for example)

I read about this deal in AndroidPolice, but didn't know exactly if this was a good deal, that's why I asked.
And I thought the build quality of this battery is much higher then the Anker ones. Yeah, I have an Anker battery, but this one looks much better and premium.

All the Anker posts do get out of hand but I must say, for the cost and quality, they can't be beat. I would like to expand my knowledge of other brands though. What other brands do you recommend that have good battery quality at the same price point?

Have you had this battery? If yes, please write down your experiences, this is interesting for me.
Or at least explain why you would say that.
I don't like any product that has an artificially high price and then always sell it with deep discounts so you get a "good deal"
