Hello, turns off your mobile, then support the green and red buttons (still supported) and you light your mobile and you deliver it as cause.

All,
So I wanted to switch to TMobile from AT&T. I backed up my rom with the XDAtools to my SD card. Then I loaded the special edition rom... Everything was working and the phone was unlocked.
Then I reloaded my backed up ROM... That was when I got really really mad. The restore went fine, but upon restart.... NOTHING. Now I cannot turn on my device and the LED just blinks red once.
Please help. Any ideas are appreciated. I've had the phone over a year and I believe the warranty has expired.

Can you get to the boot loader screen with "GSM Ok" message ?
What boot loader version ?
I get nothing. Screen doesn't even come on. The send key just turns green and the alert light blinks red quickly one time.

Have you tried a hard reset?
Are you sure, you do not have an hardware problem? Normaly you enter the bootloader by pressing power button and making a soft reset. Maybe this switch is blockated by anything....
HTH
Stefan
yes i don´t think its a hardware problem because nobody touched it during the week of my holiday but i´ll go to the shop tomorrow looking they will say

XDA won't start
Dear forum users,
I own a XDA I, which is sold as PCT 206 in Turkey. The original OS is ppc 2002
I also have the same problem on my XDA 1. I used up the battery to the end and after plugging the charger I got the bootloader screen.
At that time a had a cooked rom ppc 2003.
I tried to flash from SD to the original ppc 2002 but I still get the bootloader after soft and/or hard resetting.
Does somebody have an idea.
Best regards.
Sounds like the power switch may be stuck if you are entering bootloader from soft reset.
same trouble

i have same problem, after i upgrade from SD card and after i gave a cold boot machine start with TMOBILE logo and: 4.0.1.16, R6.25.02, G324e4...
by the way... i have no more access to setup options at start... any idea about how to fix this?
Is there a way to access to RAM using IR or USB without init windows CE thanks a lot
lambertoh, you have a different problem, you need to reflash your phone using sd card method again, it might be helpful to try a different memory card.

Actually i'm trying building a serial cable and i pretend use tty application to try to use an terminal pda in the computer.
Excuse for the english, is not my native language.

Hi!
I have not messed with any ROM upgrades or anything since I got my phone half a year ago and it has worked fine all the way. But after restarting it today, it suddenly hangs in the "htc quietly brilliant" screen! All I can find on net about such problems start with: "After I flashed with ROM XXX...".
I know I could try a ROM flash, of course, but then I would loose all settings and stuff on the phone. And still be left with the feeling that it could pass out again at any time.
Is there any hope to get it resurrected? Has anyone else experienced this without having messed with ROM?
I have tried:
- checking the battery pins, they seem OK.
- loaded until the lamp was green.
- starting without the sim.
- soft reset.
Thanks for any hints!

Thanks for the tip, but that didn't help either
I'm afraid that only doing a Hard Reset will solved your problem.

Maybe not, since you removed the sd card and it didn't work, have you installed a cab (to internal memory) recently ? If yes then maybe it is the problem
Hi All,
I've done a full search, but cannot find another thread on this - if I'm wrong then please accept my apologies!
Anyway - when I start my HD2 I get nothing - just a blank white screen. It's running stock WinMo 6.5, and nothing else.
My 1st thought - screen is borked. But no - hard reset and FlashRom screens are both fine. Tried a soft-reset, no joy. In desperation I tried a hard reset; the screen says complete - but computer says 'no'. Still the white screen of death!
To add insult to injury my micro USB port has stopped working and I have to use an external battery charger so there's no chance of being able to load a new ROM or anything.
Can anyone suggest anything?
Thanks!

You enter the Bootloader screen by holding down the 'volume down' button while rebooting or powering up the phone.
Mark.
Yes,the phone enters in the bootloader mode.

Usually if the phone gets stuck in the white screen then it means the Radio is incompatable with the installed Rom so you have 3 options that I can think of.
Download the latest Radio (2.15.50.14 as far as I know) and flash it via the bootloader screen in activesync mode.
The second option you have is to download a different rom than the one you chose last time and install it via the same bootloader activesync method.
Lastly could also download the latest stock rom from your provider and flash it via the sd card method which should reset all parts to stock version.
