today i wanted to install AxLor DF1 Xlite wwe so i HSPLed to 2.08.HSPL and then installed 2.10.50.28_2 Radio then i went for rom upgrade and rom had a thing called "Task 29" after this step was done phone reseted and is stuck at the first screen !
what should i do ?
i even tried Hard Reset !

you have to install the ROM after the task 29. Reset the phone (press the button under the battery cover) while holding the volume down button. This will take the phone to bootloader (tricolored screen).
Then run the ROM update utility that came in the download with the ROM.

1. what ROM did you download?
2. did you flash via bootloader?
1. Official WM 5 Rom & Jigg WM6 Rom, both i try also can't....
2. U mean the black screen by press camera + reset? yes.

maybe you have downloaded a corrupted ROM. try to download it again then reflash
impossible since last time i flash the device using the same rom....

Get hold of Original O2 ROM for ur device and extract all files to ‘C:\WINDOWS\Temp’ directory and then replace ‘Device Software Update Utility.exe’ with a newer one through which u can Flash in parts. After attaching the USB start the upgrade and instead of ‘ALL’ select ‘OS+EBoot’ only by pressing tab key and down arrow key.[/FONT] May be it will boot in a normal way.

chibineko, if ur phone is working alright then hmmmm might be software problem only. Try to flash the original ROM for your Atom from O2.

I ve did it again, I ve ^$#&^$ up my athena! Shame on me......
I was on SPL 1.2 and wanted to go back to 3.5. So I downloaded the Athenawrapper.exe and he ran ok. After a restart I thought my 1.2 ROM (Michys) would not work anymore but it did. (Didn t think good enough I think because when I had a good upgrade this rom couldn t load anymore). However, I ve downloaded Michys latest ROM (for SPL 3.5) and run the upgrader. On I think 95% or so it went wrong, black screen and a failure of the updater (can t remeber the notification, should have wrote this down, sorry). So now I can only get into the bootloader.

Any suggestions?

The same thing happened to me after I had downgraded to SPL1.2 and tried to use the wrapper again.
I did not follow the AP4 upgrade manual as I had no trouble the first time.
I did make s ure I installed enable rapi when I first did it but on the last occasion I was blase.
When Michyprima brings out his version 4 rom, I will try again to install SPL3.5 but will be interested in your experience after you fix your ID and radio
Try this.
1. Download AP 3, enable.rapi cab, and AP4.
2. Go to bootloader mode. Flash using AP3.0.
3. After flashing, sync your fone to your PC.
4. Copy enable.rapi cab and run it IN your fone (just double tap, it will self-extract).
5. Then flash to AP 4. This worked for me.

i tried hard rest.
nothing works.
but i think i did a mistake ,Full TMOUS Compatible with 576 RAM + 1 GB Storage and i have normal HD Leo..
can that be the reason?
The problem is if you have a TMOUS and flash a non TMOUS compatible ROM or even worse a .51 Radio. There is no problem the other way.
Did you HSLP flash your phone first?
The ROM you are flashing, unless it is a stock one (ie from HTC) does not include a Radio ROM. These custom ROMs will specify what Radio ROMs work with their ROMs. These Radio ROMs have to be flashed first, although if you go into bootloader mode (Hold Volume-down button and switch on), then connect and flash the correct Radio ROM.
yes i have HSLP 2.08 .
and i also installed radio rom 2.12.50 before flashing to the rom.
the rom is VBNROM▐ Aug 16 - RC5.5 Android Compat▐ BLACK/GTX▐ 21915/24623▐ Test 23129/23569▐
and i have a European leo version not the american.
so can that be a problem?

oh i see that's y it didn't work probably.
Please Can someone help me, I had a friend help me flash my HD2 because I had a dutch version ROM and I really didn't know how to do it myself and it seem working fine not until I got a call but couldn't answer it and the phone got stuck. Each time I reset it wouldn't help, it will gets stuck at htc and won't load up. I did a hard reset and it loaded up but when I tried calling it got stuck again. This morning I tried to flash a new ROM from CleanEX DsE Core ROM Series (6.5.X ManiMore) every thing seems going on well during synchronization from computer. it showed the last ROM being (Miri_HD2_WM65_21914_Sense25_V18.0). But now the phone wont get to a complete start up. I cant hard reset it any more since it keep continuing from the same htc screen spot before battery removal, not giving me the chance to hard reset from power down mode. when I soft reset it once, it got to the point when it ask for my pin code but it went back to the htc screen mode again before completion. now I cant do any thing just staring at the htc screen.
He first flashed the ROM with HSPL. I saw something like SPL 1.42 SPL 1.42.HSPL on the reset screen. Is this suppose to be the correct HSPL number? and how can I go about this, I need all the help please.

i wanted a stock rom so i searched online for the stock one and found
RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_1.48.405.2_Radio_Signed_15.28.50.07U_2.05.51.05_2_Ship
but this started heating up my mobile and so each time it gets switched off by itself.. so now i decided to reinstalled the previous one
so i re- cracked my phone using HSPL run and it was written we cracked it on the phone... then my phone went black again and it gets restarted by itself over and over again.......
help..wat am i supposed to do?
i didnt know that it would bve that big a deal to install a new rom on my phone and now my phone is useless...i cant reinstall the previous rom.....
everytime i come on the site new rom keeps on coming with beautiful themes and i want to installl them......
what am i supposed to do?

If I were you, I would do the following:
1.turn off the phone and charge it until full power (green light indicator).
2.go into bootloader (the four color screen) by pressing the vol down key and power up button at the same time
3.check your hspl and make sure it is 2.08 HSPL
4.plug your cable and wait until you see the "USB" at the bottom of the screen (it is advisable to use Win XP)
5.do Task 29
6.flash your Radio
7.flash your ROM
8. hard reset
Also need to be ensured that the ROM must be compatible with the phone (some ROM is not compatible with TMOUS)

You enter the Bootloader screen by holding down the 'volume down' button while rebooting or powering up the phone.

Usually if the phone gets stuck in the white screen then it means the Radio is incompatable with the installed Rom so you have 3 options that I can think of.
Download the latest Radio (2.15.50.14 as far as I know) and flash it via the bootloader screen in activesync mode.
The second option you have is to download a different rom than the one you chose last time and install it via the same bootloader activesync method.
Lastly could also download the latest stock rom from your provider and flash it via the sd card method which should reset all parts to stock version.
