As the subject says, I would like to know if it is possible to change the operator name (CD, O2, MOBILE, etc.) for another name inside the phone/software. For instance, in er2003edit, I would like to change the operator name (CD) from the latest 1.72 ROM, for my own branding (whatever name).

Hi there is there anyone who tryed the Manila2d on a non wwe rom, it workes fine for me exept that i dont get any text , just pictures. Someone who know how to do to fix it?
Even when i put in the langue pack it will not work, just blank fields.

i'm from germany and having a bit of a problem using an WWE rom (thx to the creator of Lilly) becaus here the numbers are formated like +49 17x xxxxxxxxx in contrast to the 0049 17x xxxxxx or the inland version 017x xxxxxx.
So the problem is that the histroy shows the +49 version but the phone can't dail it! It needs the 0049 version or the 017x version. I do not remeber if it worked with the orig. rom ( i hope so for the sake of all the germans .
So i need a fix for that. In form of a Reg hack or something.

Machine : HTC Touch PRO T7272
Opérator : SFR (yes French)
ROM :5.05.406.1 date: 01/22/09
Radio : 1.11.25.01 Protocole: 52.58.25.30U .
I've used already HardSPL to change the ROM on the HTC, but it didn't unlock the mobile to other carrier. What should I use as software to un lock this mobile?

you will have to change the radio programming thru EPST but you really need to put this in the GSM section instead of CDMA
