I have read threads that contain this mod...but have yet to have positive results in a search...can anyone point me to a link that explains it and possibly have a link to it?

Don't know about ringtones n stuff (maybe somewhere like wavcentral.com?) but there is a great theme site...
www.mcdeb.com - the creator of the themes on this site are fab!! I've been using hers pretty much non stop for 3 months now. Some really good designs, and as I've read somewhere before, she seems to be one of the few designers who realise that there is text at the top of the window and we don't want clutter up there as well.

You should try searching for this in the Development and Hacking Thread on the main page of XDA-Developers.
Just for the fact that they have plenty of posts on your topic and all of your questions will be answered better there. You should check it out. They have some great stuff there.

This has got to be the best locklscreen I have seen to date.
I have a HTC HD2 and would love to have this. I imagine you would have a black 480 x 800 png for the background, but can change anywallpaper to the same file name and have it as the background with the text on top.
Is anyone interested in making this?
I have see some similar, but nothing as good as this.

Sorry, I posted this in the General section first, not thinking. So, I will now post it here and hopefully get someone to help me.
I am new to Sense and still pretty new to Android itself with the Atrix 4G being my first Android phone. I originally came from iOS. I do not really like the stock look of Sense and have't seen any that I truely would like to look at everyday. How do I go about creating my own theme/skin? Is there just a program I need to download or are there certain files that I need to edit? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
Yeah it's always a little rough in XDA about posting in the right section. You'll get the hang of it soon enough.
Anyway, take a look here: Install these as regular APKs and then check them out in the Skins part of the Personalize Menu.

If you want to theme it further, you can unzip the APK and take a look around there. The images are in there.

Hello everyone! Heard a lot of good things about this site so thought I'd sign up and give it a go. Been having lots of issues with ICS (all three stock releases for my phone - E4GT). I'm fine with running (and actually prefer) EL29 anyway. I would, however, like to give my phone a fresher theme.
I found http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1323763 and thought it was beautiful, plus everyone raved about it. But...the Download link is dead. The last page of the (closed) Thread suggested anyone looking for it see if someone could email it or link a working Download mirror. I tried looking everywhere, but can't seem to find any active mirrors, so would someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction?
