Hi Bro, I got problem with my HTC HD2, unfortunately I got White Screen! Pls see the link provided, I have the same problem.
I did the HARD RESET, tried remove the phone and SD cards none of them worked!

Could be LCD ribbon broke or pulled if you had the touchscreen replaced.
Does it vibrate when powered on.
IF so just leave it on and connex to pc and sync it.
Install HSPL
If you see an image pop up during and after completion, install a Radio and then install a cooked rom. Remove HSPL install OEM rom if needed.
If the screen never shows an image, see if you have a warrenty available.
If not the best choice for a LCD screen prelacement is buying both Touch and LCD as one unit.
Getting everything fitted just right after removing the touch screen is a bit difficult for the average joe.

In the bottom (the white area), I can see the "Serial" title but if connected to the PC "USB".
In addition to this, if I start running DFT HSLP2 for HTC Leo software under the colores screen, I can select which SPL I required, if select SPL 1.42 I'll get the following error:
DFT HSPL2 for HTC Let (the title box)
Crirical Error
Flow:00000006
Error Code: 00000014
Description:Unknown

Dropped HD2 from approx belly high on Boxing day when I slipped on Ice.
worked ok with a few crashes for 24hrs a couple of times the screen colours went funny:-{
Then following day after charging just a plain white screen.
Have tried to load DFT HSLP2 for HTC Leo software but get the same error msg as below.
I've contacted my phone insurance and they are sending out a claim form and it'll cost me £30 and take 10 days if they approve the repair/replacement.
If I can fix quicker myself I'll have a go as I really need my phone asap
Any help appreciated.

my USB cord disconnected during a rom upgrade, and I can't get back to the recovery screen on the computer. My phone is currently in the 4 color mode (red, green, blue, white), how can I get it out of that to continue my rom upgrade or start over?

Mine did that a couple times, I just started the process over again and my phone is working great
but doesn't the ruuupdater.exe have to verify that activesync is running so it can connect to the phone? the phone won't even load now, just goes to the multi colored screen.
I've also tried restarting the update program for both the 1.50 rom and the wm6 and both cannot connect to the device, because it is stuck at the multi-colored screen (which currently says "usb" since I have it connected to the usb)
Have you try a soft reset? That usually works for me.
how do i do a soft reset if I can't perform any functionality on the phone? not a smart remark, I just can't perform any actions on the phone, doesn't even boot up, like i said, only the red, green, blue and white screen appears when i turn the phone on.

Get your stylus and poke the little hole next to the IR near the usb port. Check your manual if you can't locate it.
I understand where that is located though, when I click it, it brings me back to the multi-colored screen.
First of all do you have HardSPL installed? If yes there are no problems...just run the upgrade again and choose the SPL version you have (and not the SSPL, cause it hasnt`t worked for me!) and go ahead...it will work!...at work I have a bad USB cable and in last week have failed to upgrade about 3 times...every time can resume from the begining withouth problems...

Now I'm having an issue when wm6 loads (still have not repaired the ROM update yet), it hangs at the Windows Mobile 6 screen and does not go to the today screen, any ideas?
I turned on my X7501 yesterday and a screen popped up with several colors and a serial message at the bottom. I took the battery out and turned it back on again and it started up normal as usual so i did not think about it. Later on that night my X7501 froze so i did a soft reset and this screen pops up again and will not go away. Taking the battery out or soft reseting will not work anymore. The charge port is red instead of green or orange while connected the charger. The screen that pops up is a red, green, blue, and white screeen that reads ATHE100 1PL-v2. 02 ATHE100 MFG SPL-v3.50.01 iNex in the red section, and USB or Serial in the white section. I am very new to this flashing of the roms and uprading. I purchased the X7501 from ebay almost a year ago with the Athena Project 4 i think already flashed on it so i have not tried to uprade being that i was satisfied with the rom. My computer does not even recognize that the X7501 is plugged in. can someone please help get my phone back working.
I have an old 8525 that I want to bring back to life... tired of the iPhone. It has Mobile 5 on it. Haven't used it in... oh, close to 2 years. Still powers up fine and all so I decided to try upgrading. I used Hard-SPL first and it errored out after the tricolor screen came up, saying it couldn't find the phone. So I popped the battery and went back in, and tried Auto Unlock v3a. Script failed, as did the manual method of copying up. Every time I get to the tricolor screen and it displayes HERM100 IPL-SSPL by Des and HERM100 SPL-1.09.ds. If I leave USB plugged in it says USB, otherwise it says serial. I do NOT have a SIM card in it right now. Am I missing something? It seems like I should have an option on the phone to do the upgrade, but I just have the colors I'd really like to get up to 6.5!

Oki let me tell you what happened.
I was on the pc surfing the web (my HD2 was plugged into the PC to charge), when all of a sudden we had a power surge at the house, the power wasn't cut, all the lights sort of flickered and my pc got restarted but thats bout it. The next day I came to plug my phone in to sync with the PC and it wouldn't bring up the screen that lets you choose the method of data connection. The phone charges but neither it nor the PC recognize that there is a connection between them.
I have tried, hard resets, soft resets, factory resets and giving the phone dirty looks. Nothing worked.
So deat XDA developers .. any ideas? do you think it's hardware or software related?
Also do you think formatting the roms and flashing an HTC rom would work? also how do i go around doing that without the USB cable connection because I've read that you need have it plugged in for the HSPL or smthing like that.
Please help me.. this is by far the BEST phone I've ever had and I don't want to lose it
also wanted to add another piece of info i just discovered, Before when you would hold down the "volume down" button and do a reset the tri color screen would come up saying "serial" and when you plugged in a usb it would change to "usb" ... now when there isn't anything it says "serial" when i plug in the usb it stays as "serial" and if i pull out the battery and hold down the "volume down" button and re-insert the battery while the phone has a usb cable plugged in, the tri-color screen appears but at the bottom it is empty no "serial" or "usb".

Firstly I'd try a new USB lead, and then do a hard reset, do you know how to do this?

To flash a new rom you need to download one unzip and rename nbh file to leoimg.nbh place it on the root of your SD card. Boot up holding volume down button and power button together then release power button once prompt. It will install new rom. Also make sure you have 50+ battery

Hello all!
A friend of mine gave a Mozart today for repair. The glass is broken bad but the LCD is intact! The phone itself behaves very strange! When I power it ON (or plug the AC charger/USB Cable) The HTC Logo appears and sits there for around 15 - 20 secs then it reboots itself and the process repeat itself till I unplug the cable. Then it just turns off.
Bootloader works!
I tried to factory reset it (both volume buttons at power on) it didn't help!
I flashed the official Mango RUU but the problem persists!
The phone have not been modified by any way (HSPL, Custom ROMS etc.)
Ideas?
just send it to the service center, lucky if the warranty still exists. If the warranty dead already, then I think it's okay to spend a little money for the beloved mozart. currently, I have no idea what should you do.. If I were you, I would possibly done that. Either way it goes, seems that it needs an original hTC 7 Mozart's Display screen. (If you see hTC on below the main speaker, the hTC is written in the screen's display)..
I already ordered the screen and I'll change it no problem. The thing that is bothering me is why the phone wouldn't start like it should!
Update!
I've just replaced the digitaizer but the problem persist! The phone boots, shows the HTC logo, stays that way for some seconds and either reboots (if connected to cable USB/AC) or just turns off (in not connected) Bootloader works! I even HSPL the device and tried some custom ROMs. Every time the same thing! Before the HSPL I tried some official RUUs but no change! Some times while holding some of the keys I'm able to make it show the ZUNE Update screen! ( the black screen with a PC and a phone waiting to connect) then ZUNE tells me that there is no restore point (which is right) and tells me that I can disconnect the phone!
