sorry for the noob question but i cant find for the life of me how to make a three way call on the x10 2.1 can anyone please fill me in?
Good question.. I actually haven't used this on 2.1 yet and I just went to try it out and there was no option! I remember 1.6 it was easy to do with the menu button but when in call, menu button does nothing.
Anyone have other ideas?
When you're on a call just open the contacts list and select the number you want to call.

You want to reset Recent Calls?
Go to the Phone window (Start/Phone), then Call tap Call Log, then Tools at the bottom, then options, then you get the reset option for recent calls. Hope that's what you're looking for.
It was possible with xda 1 using xda manipulator but not as far as I know yet available for xda2.
i don´t think it´s possible yet... i also wanted to do that...
But i think if we could find the file in which it is stored and swapping it with a file from a new XDA2 it would be possible
Some hackers interested it finding the solution?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with using microsoft sync with the fascinate. Im having trouble getting the bluetooth calling functions working. When I first got the vechile I was running froyo and could make and recieve calls no sweat but since upgrading to gingerbread when I try and make a call using the voice commands the call ends 1 second after the call is placed. Also when a a call is coming in the answer button does not work, if i grab the phone and slide over the answer button the call will then work through the bluetooth. I have updated the sync to the latest version off the microsoft website. Also the exact phone im using is a rooted Telus sgh-t959d. Any help would be really great, thanks!
Have you tried settings-> applications-> manage applications, highlight "all" in the top of the screen, navigate to nuisance voice command (or whatever the official apps name is) and hit clear data...you may have to re setup a few things but its worth a shot.

hmm the only thing in there with voice attached to the name is the voice dialer and voice recorder. I cleared that, give it a try I guess
Well I managed to get it to work. It seems that juice defender was messing with it. When my phone was not active it was turning off the radios so I think that was the problem. Thanks much for the help!

Re: Conference call
Hi there.
Did you try the menu? for example: when you're on call 1, let's said mom, tell her to hold on then hit the menu button "add call" should be in menu. Check it out...
I haven't come across this being brought up before, and I certainly don't want to repeat thread topics, but is anyone else not able to forward calls through the Call menu in Settings? The option is greyed out.
I first noticed this when trying to get Google Talk set up for my voicemail, when the app was unable to adjust forwarding settings. Ultimately, I had to call T-Mobile so they could send missed calls to my GV number. The CSR couldn't figure out why he could access that setting but I couldn't, so he suggested I try a master reset, but I'm not ready to do something like that right now.

I'm on pure stock, and the call forwarding options work on my phone. That is I can get to the settings, I didn't try and forward calls.

On stock rooted 1.27.531.7 and I have the same problem. Will not let me set it to G Voice through the normal means. This worked on the factory software just fine.
Do this: dial **004*<number-forward-to>#
Ex: **004*15556667777#
Then call it.
The code wouldn't work for me, giving me a similar error as when I tried to set it up through GV.
