I recently flashed axura and was good...but wanted to try something else.
Tried this one rom...I renamed it with spaces.
CWM says it to rename it without spaces or do it manually...did it manually.
Phone will show the splash screen where it says Vibrant and will stay there forever.
When I hold down the volume buttons and power up......here's the message it says:
E: Can't mount /dev/block/stl11
(Invalid argument)
# MANUAL MODE #
-- Appling Muti-CSC...
Installing Muti-CSC
E: Can't mount /dev/block/stl11
(Invalid argument)
E: Can't mount /dev/block/stl11
(Invalid argument)
I tried deleting all user data and cache data...but gives me the same can't mount error message
I'm really worried that my phone is going to become trash.
Is there anything I can do.
Hard reset?.....I don't know
Help me out please

Sounds like a nice boot-loop. From my experience, I would say flash back to a true stock rom via Odin and start over from a clean slate.
Please refer to the bible sticky and Odin back to stock and try again . The vibrant is really hard to brick dont worry
Thanks guys
Odin did it..I was worried at first because odin froze a few times, but after persisting it finally went through.
You guys saved my life!

Hey all,
So I'm currently having this issue where I restored from a soft brick and have had massive amounts of trouble doing much of anything other than stock. I've managed to flash UKB 2.0 this morning without it messing up but I can't install the 2.1 patch because CWM won't load.
Everytime I try to go into CWM now (Have tried all ways of doing it) it just says
"E: Can't mount /dev/block/stl11
(Invalid Argument)
E: Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1
(Invalid Argument)
#Manual Mode#
E: Can't mount /dev/block/stl11

What do?

Go to the development section nitsuj has a sticky titled list of cdma sch I-500 roms that's not the exact title but you'll find it...scroll down to ths list if recoveries click it and download jt's 3-30 all fix.tar file and save it in your odin folder.
Remove your battery and Flash the recovery via odin and just for good measure reinstall your battery and immediately hold up down and power until you see the cwr screen at that point wipe everything and reflash your rom and you'll be good
Note after you flash com rom 2.0 you will have a different recovery version but that one works fine too

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1362961 so here what it did, first it installed correctly then got it to reboot and see that its stuck in boot loop for 15 min so im saying myself um not good so i decide to restore my backup but here when i flash back to stock i get this:
Code:

ok so here i am not knowing what to do i need help im not the best in these things can someone clearly point me to a solution or help plz
You need to flash a better recover than the stock recover, which you will likely need to flash with Odin. I'd try the Vibrant board to see if someone there could be of more assistance, but that's basically what you're looking at, as far as I recall from my TMO Vibrant.
Ok here are the updates of the problem, i did the a complete wipe of the phone then flashed the ice cream sandwich from passion from the phone and i loaded now where it bugs is there is no mobile network so im kinda stuck it detect telus under access point but in network operator it find nothing any idea guys?
You need to go back to eh03 via odin. Then flash as usual through cwm. It happened to me before. Without odin you wont get out of this.

Hey all,
So the other day I went through my SD card and erased about 11GB of stuff I thought that I didnt need. Didnt run into any issues.... until this morning.
I attempted to flash a ROM this morning and halfway through I get this message:
-Formatting NAND with ext4 Alignment...
Installing system files...
E: Error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(Status 0)
And then goes back to the install zip menu.
When I try to do a NAND backup I get this error:
E: Failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
E: Cant mount /cache/recovery/command
E: Failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
E: Cant mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Cant open /cache/recovery/log
E: Failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
E: Cant mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Cant open /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
Ive tried wiping my caches, as well as doing factory resets. When I reset my phone it just sits on the HTC splash screen.
So its obvious to me that I foolishly deleted a folder that I need in order to flash new ROMs properly as well as restore previous partitions.
I am S-Off of course

Anyone have any tips or workarounds for me that dont involve having to install Linux on my PC?
Try 4ext custom recovery.

Applied the CSC-code : ATT
Successfully applied muti-CSC.
E:failed to mount /data (Invalid argument)
can't mount '/data'(Invalid argument)
E:Can't mount /data/log/recovery_log.txt
So, I would like to recover my device back to normal.. I tried to remember how doing that...

This error can be due to flashing Of faulty Roms Or By Some Problem while Developing Your Own rom and flashing it due to which your Internal SD Card File System Gets Corrupted
This Solution Is applicable in most of the case's When CWM OR TWRP fail to Recover Your Phone From such a situation
