Does anyone have any idea where the moisture sensors are and how many are they?

Anyone ? I saw a couple of teardowns but i can't (or i don't know how to) spot the water sensors. Does anyone have the slightest idea about it?

After wiping clean my screen I found out there is a small white dust particle under the Gorilla glass but above the actual screen. So it's always visible. It has about the size of a pixel.
Anybody else having this problem?
Unfortunately my refund period of 8 days just passed, so I can't get an exchange any more. I've read somewhere that the screen and glass is one bit, so that would mean a possible repair also includes a new screen. Anybody experience with dust particles under the touchscreen itself (so not the gap between screen and bezel) and Samsung repair?
I had this problem years ago while using htc desire hd.
I dont think they (samsung) care this issue and try to repair. I know its disturbing you but belive me its just not a problem at all. If you want to see that dust and look for that, you see that dust. But you know what i am saying.. just forget it

That is true. But things that are once seen, are hard to be unseen... And it just annoys me that there are other SGS3's without any particles under the glass of the touchscreen...
Does anybody know the compatibility of the displays out there. Is the LS970 the same as the LG-E970, 971,973 ect?
Anybody? I have even called LG and still no answer :/

Sorry if this had already been covered. My proximity sensor and FFC are very dirty so I cannot rely on either for anything useful (soon to be a warranty claim on this). When in a call on the newest paranoid android, my screen immediately goes black and will not come back on because of the dirty sensor. Is there a way in paranoid android to disable the proximity sensor? This is normally in call settings but I was not able to locate the toggle. Can anyone help me out?
Bump..

Take the phone apart and clean it perhaps? Its really not that hard. 8 screws and a pry tool and your in. And if I remember correctly those components do come out. Just use some rubbing alcohol and clean the dust out.

Hello everyone,
I have got dust problem on front camera in my amaze. :crying:
Does anyone have same issue? or had and fixed it?
Please help me.
I would say either try to blow it out with some compressed air or worst case scenario you'll have to take it appart and fix it that way
Harmfull!!!!

compressed air will do more harm than good it might harm the speaker.

I support Social-Darwinism on XDA, the less noobs, the better for us. LOL!
(Just kidding)
His best bet would be to take it apart and clean it, however he needs to make sure that his phone is airtight therefore dust can't go in.
dust?
Isn't it impossible to get dust inside the front lens unless you've taken the phone apart? If you haven't, are you certain it isn't something ON the lens?
No actually most of the asian amaze have this dust problem. I dont know why.

Herro.
Well, because its so big and lumpy, i've dropped it a few times. And that causes the sides to snap off. And im talking about the "chrome" side.
Anyone knows an easy fix?
What do you want to know here ?
What things you want to fix ? Tell here please clearly..
I just did a quick search on ebay and you can replace the bezel for under $13.00 USD
