Are there any roms or kernels for the 4G gtab???
I saw that they finally got root and CWM but havent been able to find anything else.
I'm trying to get a Dev system configured for building Tom's but I'm a noob and can't seem to find any honeycomb specific material, I also have a WiFi Tab 10.1 so I would be able to test both a 4g and wifi rom

Well if I actually knew how to develope anything on these devices I would help but sadly I just know how to use the great things that all the devs make.

I have a Epic 4g & I'm known in the theming community there, so my boss just got a photon & rooted it & since I know more bout this stuff than he does, I'm coming here to see what's all available like overclock if there's anyway to do it at all, how to put clockwork on the easiest way, or anything else that might be cool or helpfull. He's rooted but not unlocked, I downloaded super user for him, put busybox on, & a few essential root aps.

No overclock or custom kernels yet. With the unlocked bootloader it shouldn't be long, but we still need them to release the code. Please post your questions in general. We're trying to keep development uncluttered.

My brother got one for free after and it has gingerbread on it, it looks like it is a pretty good tablet with the way it is but it doesn't seem like it has any updates for it. So does anybody know of any roms that are available for it that I could flash to it for him?
I tried searching on here but I couldn't find anything on it.

Hey guys, I just rooted my Galaxy Note (from Rogers) and I flashed the new LiquidSmooth 4.2 ROM on there and the Jellybean 4.2 apps but I am have trouble with the music player (just stops working) and the phone restarts randomly (4-6x) a day. I was just wondering what ROMs you guys are currently running and if there are any that you'd recommend? Thanks in advance
I really enjoy the Black Star ICS ROM. I haven't found a JB ROM that I like yet -- too many problems. It's all personal opinion, however.

I hate to be the wet blanket here... There's a reason these threads get closed quickly. What ROM works best for me, may not work best for you. Give em all a whirl and decide for yourself

So I just got my S4 last week and so I was curious about what kind of ROMs and other mods are available for it. Any recommendations ?

Yes I did read about some of the roms and mods. I was just looking for some recommendations on which ones to try out. And I musta missed the sticky on rooting. Didnt think it was a big deal to just ask.
And sorry, I didnt realize this was the wrong section. Roms are part of development and so I thought it was the right subforum. My bad.

Admin will move it but any questions non rom specific go in general questions... Any way read the sticky before posting as to not get beat up... If you want to test the waters and Have not tried any roms yet id say try bonestock its me7 based and very very stable. . When you get bored you can start flashing the others see what you like. . Good luck
Not that i have any issues on my current rom.... But just to make sure I'm not missing anything, what are some of the camera apps or apks you guys are using nowadays on 5.0 and up roms!?
