Bootloader blocked - 7 Mozart General

Hello and sorry for my english.
I have a Mozart phone but the phone is blocked on bootloader with only one line that say "PD67100 SS-BC (4k)"
no "serial" or "usb" write...
No hard resert possible.
How to resolve this problem ?

I just look at mine - it is the same loader,
From my experience the Boot loader screen should always display Serial, even when not connected to a computer. In my 7 years of supporting HTCs - I have never seen the issue you describe.

Same prob here on HTC unbranded version. Hard Reset and Checksum possible, but no usb-connection in bootloader.

just without vender id. instead pd67100 there are differend characters.

I think this happens coz of RSPL/HSPL hack
I don't really like flashing these roms as they may result in destroying your phone.
I just like ROMs coming from ansar.
I hope you all find a solution.

As long as your are careful and follow the guides and read everything then there should be no issues with flashing ROMS to devices "ansar" ones or otherwise.

means your device now in half brick condition, and not yet solution till now (but it with jtag it may possible i think)

About issue:
After running RSPL on MANGO OSPL, you can't flash device via SPL.
Windows Phone 7 OS is still booting and working.
Instead of full SPL screen you will see only one the first line:
You device will be "HALF BRICKED", because you can use OS, but can't flash anything else.
At the current moment it's IMPOSSIBLE to recover such devices. And I am not sure it will be ever possible.
What you must NOT do:
Before running RSPL wizard check your SPL screen.
There current SPL version at top: "X.Y.Z 2250 "
When wizard asks you to choose your current SPL version, be sure it's present inside versions list.
If your current SPL version doesn't present in the list, you can choose nearest version, BUT ONLY IF IT HAS SAME FIRST NUMBER!!
Example: You have 4.XX on the device. Do NOT choose 1.XX 2.XX 3.XX.
Generally it means that you must NOT run RSPL wizard after MANGO RUU ROM installation. You must flash older version (with 7004 or NoDo) and then run RSPL.
Installed OS version doesn't important. Only SPL version important.

I've been told that Goldcard will not help to replace the SPL with an older version so won't get you out of the situation that stops you flashing ROMs of your choice. However, I would expect it to still be possible to use Goldcard to change a ROM.

I got an update message from Zune this morning and after "htc update for Windows", the boot screen comes up again + 5. boot loader and 21.50001.77 firmware version

Nothing like that here - just says up-to-date. Which ROM did you use before?
